I LOVE Georgios!!! Everything there is so delicious and the staff isn't as horrible as everyone is saying. The owners are incredibly friendly. If you think otherwise, they were probably just busy at the time. Give them a break. Their food is outstanding. And their dessert calzones are to die for. My family and I usually order a bunch to take home with us since we live kind of far away. If we lived closer, I'd be there every day. The homemade greek desserts at the counter are perfect. Every single time I am in the area, I stop in. And I even have taken the time to travel the hour just to get their steak tips to cook at home for parties! And we've had them cater our events. They overcharge, they don't get take out orders correct, they don't know the menu, and they're EXTREMELY rude. I'm not a picky person but I've been hung up on the phone by them multiple times. Georgios has very good roast beef sandwiches, but the wait is just too long. I called the other night, Tuesday night and they said one roast beef sandwich would be 20 minutes before i could pick up. that's crazy, it's just not that good. Also, at least twice I have gone there, ordered there and I am standing there with only a couple other people and my order comes out and they don't tell me. I have ordered from this place a million times and until today I will never order again. Food is delicious don't get me wrong. But as a loyal customer, who has never complained once about delivery always taking over an hour and 20 minutes even though I live 15 min away, the one time I complain because the delivery person left without contacting me I'm offered nothing but another 1hr and 20 min wait for food cooked 2hrs ago. The food is average, messed up on a sandwich for pick-up. Called to complain and the manager was rude. Asked for refund and was told they don't give refunds even though it was their error. The staff is TERRIBLE. Some of the rudest, most inconsiderate, blow offish group of employees you'll ever have to deal with... However... The food is so good it is worth the punishment. At least for me it is. The buffalo wing meal is incredible, the taco pizza is incredible, everything I have ever eaten from this place is incredible. well i thought i would share my 2cents about this place.. although there are many reviews already, the food is great, my current fav is the chix kabob calzone. 28 big ones for a large. its the size of a large pizza. no more than two slices. to put me in a food coma.lol so it will feed 4 people. like other reviews state its kinda expensive there. but everything is great. read more

Obsessed with the chicken kabob salad, I specifically come here just for this salad and the house dressing they have is amazing! I have been told to try the honey bbq steak tips from here numerous times but I have yet to do so...I have seen them and they do look very good! The menu is very lengthy which is great because there is many options and they all sound delicious, I noticed they just recently added quite a few new items on the menu and I will be trying them at some point. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I do notice that the customer service isn't the best, and when I say that I mean that the staff are all young teens who are all chatting behind the registers and don't acknowledge you while you are even paying for your food they are all just gossiping I'm lucky if I get any eye contact. When Gilley's closed (and the strip mall it was in torn down for a CVS -- like we really needed THREE pharmacies in a 200-yard radius), we were hurting for a good pizza place nearby. Georgio's has more than fit the bill. Regular pizza's come loaded with toppings. Specialty pizza's are truly special (the Chicken Kabob Pizza is OUTSTANDING). Best item on the menu -- anything with their BBQ'd steak tips. So far, the only thing I haven't liked has been their steak sub -- the meat was chopped up and dry -- but all the other subs, pasta dishes and roast beef sandwiches have been great. Pizza deals on Sundays are a sport's fan's dining dream. Not only is it a fave of the BPD, the contract ambulance folks and VA employees spend many meal breaks there. read more

This past Saturday, my family decided to order takeout from Georgios. We each ordered something different. About 2 hours after I ate 1/2 of my individual spinach cheese calzone, I became violently ill. Food poisoning! Worst 3 hours ever. Anyway, their establishment was already closed by the time I was starting to feel better and I tried to leave a message to warn them not to serve that item, but there was no answering machine. They are closed on Sunday's, but called anyways just in case someone was there. I called again on Monday at 10:15 am. Told the young lady the issue; I told her I didn't want my $ back or a credit....just don't serve the spinach so that no else would get sick. She told me that she couldn't help me and that I would need to speak to the manager (Artie) who would come in around 2. I'm like....what? Seriously,you are going to continue to sell this product???? We used to go here all the time. In the last year it has gone down hill. Last order was all wrong. But tonight we figured give them another chance. BIG FAIL !!!!!!!! Called placed my order for delivery, was told 15-20 minutes. An hour later i called looking for my order. Was told sorry, they thought it was for pick up and would send me a new order right away. 45 minutes later i got my new order. Fries & mac bits were greasy and cold, the calzone was warm with the grease soaked into the box, Italian sub was inedible because the oil had soaked the the roll so bad that i couldn't pick it up to eat. Typical Greek pizza place where they try to cut any corner possible (or dare I say Greeks in general? Amazing how their home country's economy is in utter shambles given that they pinch every penny possible) by not putting nearly enough tomato sauce on the pizza, but damn, isn't that pretty par for the course everywhere. We got a bunch of stuff, ordered a RED onion and hamburg pizza, wife said RED onion twice, still got white onion, unveiled at home. The most hilarious part of the order is the 11-count Chinese duck sauce little packets they give with a chicken finger order, which I guess is what they call sweet-n-sour. The quest for decent take-out rages on, good luck to all...I have had their RB sandwiches before, which are decent, I must say, but CERTAINLY no comparison to Mike's Roast Beef on Broadway in Everett....the Holy Grail of RB sands in Mass, but Sam LaGrassa's in Financial District is close.... read more
