The pizza was good although a large would've been a medium in NY. The salads were a good size for small. There's no waitress, you order the counter and wait for your number to be called and it's typical pizza place, nothing fancy. My partner has been going to Georgio's since she was a kid and now she's continuing the tradition with me. Even if we are staying near the strip, we must make a pit stop to our favorite sub shop. No frills, just excellent service and great food! We always get the turkey sub with provolone cheese and the homemade house dressing that comes on it...kiss the chef because that stuff is liquid gold! Didn't want to cook so the family and I ventured out and decided upon Georgio's for some pizza a few nights back. The staff didn't seem happy at all. Got garlic bread as an appetizer which was pretty much a toasted loaf of bread with some garlic powder sprinkled on it. The bread sauce was thick, cold, and lacked any seasoning. It may have just been tomato paste. Not good at all. Got a large pepperoni pizza. It was very greasy and very soft. The crust, which was small, was overcooked and hard. Overly soft pizza with very well done crust isn't great. I didn't think the pizza was the worst I've EVER had, but it definitely wasn't remotely close to the best. It sort of reminded me of pizza you would make at your house with stuff from the grocery store in a pinch. The Pepsi fountain machine was probably the best thing about the meal. I wanted to love this place because the location was ideal, and I usually love local pizza joints, but unfortunately I just can't recommend. read more

My friend and I have very different pizza tastes, so we really appreciated the freedom to each have our own personal pizzas. The toppings were good and the crust was even better!
