We stopped in here on a whim during our vacation to North Myrtle in March 2024. We ordered a large cheese to bring back to our AirBNB. We opted to wait for our pie and it came out quite quickly. Now, the ultimate test, how would it taste? I'm originally from NY, so I am a bit picky about my pizzas. However, this one hit it out of the park - going to give it 4.5 stars! Pizza was a pretty accurate NY style pie, thin crust with the right amount of toppings. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

This is great NY style pizza. The flavors throughout the pizza are well-balanced. The quality of ingredients is also pretty good. The crust has a little chew to it and makes for a good base to the pizza. Our garlic knots were pretty good. The garlic flavor wasn't super strong, but the texture was good. Other than that, this place is a great spot to get NY style pizza.

    The undercooked pizza

Ten years of being a loyal customer, and this is the first time I've had to say this was not a good experience. Came in at 5:30pm on a Saturday and yes, it was a little busy but I've definitely seen it busier in here. Ordered two cheese pizzas...both came out in record time and at the same time. Now, if they were cooked at the same time, how was one overcooked and the other way undercooked?? Very disappointed especially since I don't see any of the regular management staff here. I guess it shows that some leadership is needed to keep the quality in check. I give them at least 3 stars only because it has been good for years and I'm hoping this won't be the norm moving forward.

It was amazing, but $100 for 3 pizzas..What even is this price? (Large) They were quickly made, but the crust was burnt. The restaurant looked amazing, but not from the outside. So overall, a 7/10.

Found this lil NY style pizza spot while visiting the area. It sits in a shopping center so there's plenty of parking. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for indoor as it was pretty chilly today. The ambiance is much like any NY pizzeria...counter, big steel oven, pizza boxes stacked high and a few tables. The service was decent, not overly friendly but certainly not rude. Then there's the food...big doughy garlic knots, nice sized hot wings and piping hot yummy pizza! The food was fresh, hot and very good! I give Gino's a solid 4 stars! I highly recommend visiting!

Just ok. Nothing special. The Grandma Pizza was recommended by friends so we got it. Way too salty to enjoy.

While being very tender the rings were thick and the breading would not stay on...which contained all the thicker flavor. every time i cut in half the breading would just slip off leaving basic UNFLAVORED rings.... The veal parmigiana contained 2 layers with cheese on the top but also LOTS of breading between the layers giving the impressing of being a thicker piece of veal. I did not appreciate all THAT breading. The wife liked the chicken piccata. What i dislike is the fact that they PREFIGURE the tip starting at 20% and going to 27% based on the amount you pay including the TAX & CREDIT CARD FEE.... it should be only the basic FOOD amount. While the atmosphere is excellent and silverware is spotless , i think next time i will try another place. As this will not be my go to Italian. I don't mind paying their prices, but i don't think the value is there

I was greeted promptly and warmly, and the bartender quickly gathered my order, including a slice of cheesecake that looked too good in the front display to pass up. Even though my order was to-go, the atmosphere inside the restaurant stood out. The space felt relaxed and comfortable, not overly loud even though it was more than half full. A gentleman was playing soft jazz on the piano in the corner at just the right volume, which added a really nice touch to the overall vibe. But the food is the star. I ordered the Vegetariana and the Margherita, and both were excellent. The brick-oven crust had the perfect texture: crisp and lightly charred on the outside with a soft, chewy interior that held up beautifully under the toppings. The Vegetariana was loaded with mushrooms, olives, roasted red peppers, and fresh greens over a bright tomato sauce and melted cheese. The toppings were generous but balanced, and everything tasted fresh. The Margherita was simple and classic, with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil. The ingredients really shine in a pizza like this, and it was outstanding. And the cheesecake absolutely lived up to the promise from the display case: rich, smooth, and dense with a buttery graham crust. A perfect finish to the meal. Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent brick-oven pizza. I'll definitely be back.

I don't mind paying $25 for a pasta dish but I expected heartier pieces of chicken. It almost was like it was shaved v cut. I'll be back but I'll be ordering a different dish. Their pizzas are fantastic and the lasagna reminds me of a hometown favorite.
