I asked what time it would be ready he said around 12ish. I could've done better with communicated by calling to ask if the car was ready. But he gave me a discount for the inconvenience of coming in at 12. The car was ready to pick up at 2ish. I didn't have anything planned so it was okay for me to come back. I appreciated the thought of giving me a discount. I'll just make sure I call ahead next time :) The car was very clean on the inside and out! I think the price was worth it! Within one year the paint started oxidizing despite being parked in a covered garage (pictures below). Tim now pretends that Ive got the wrong phone number when I text him to fix this via the warranty (which I paid extra for). This is the same phone number listed here on yelp as well. I called from a different number and he answered and hung up immediately. I intend to take this matter the legal route to small claims court, to get it resolved. I got scammed, I hope you don't. Why I'm happy: 1. he emails back extremely fast on timing, estimate and we picked a date. 2. he arrived on time, finished sooner than expected approx 2 hours 3. can work in a garage, was drizzling that day and I didn't have to move my car out 4. removed the dents with 0 paint damage + no other damage to my car One thing to note is my car is aluminum (Lexus IS 300) so there is a 25% premium for that type of body. One thing that stood out was how thoroughly they cleaned my tires. My tires/rims looked better than they have after other car washes.
