He explained that adding 5% over the factory privacy glass would make the rear windows extremely dark and suggested that 15% would provide a better match to 5% on the front windows. I appreciated the honest advice and his willingness to share his expertise without any pressure. In the end, I decided to go with 5% all the way around because that was the look I wanted, and he was absolutely right. It is extremely dark, but exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was just as impressive as the quality of the work. Although my appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, Yosup accommodated my request to drop the truck off early in the morning so I could pick it up after work. Just say you messed up instead of deleting your original comment where you lied and said my review didn't happen and then give poor excuses after. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Customer service was disappointing and communication was terrible throughout the process. If you're going to sell vouchers and book appointments, at least respect customers' time enough to give proper notice. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I had to wait an additional couple of weeks to get my tint done as it was a pricey purchase, but he was very chill about it and was able to get me in quickly when I reached back out to him after I was ready. After deciding on tint film, he was able to get me in the next day and completed the car in a couple of hours. It was a very straightforward and professional process.
