When I arrived, the receptionist quickly reviewed the info with me, took a look at the car, then gave me a useful overview of what to expect from the process including tips like: Don't forget to snag your EZPass, garage door opener and phone charger! She helped me through the rental car process and made it easy to return the rental by simply leaving the keys at the desk when I came to pickup my repaired vehicle. I received regular notifications throughout the process, starting with a projected completion date, then regular updates as the parts came in and services were completed. (The work was done with impressive finesse, and the completion date was so early that I saved hundreds when returning my rental car early.) There were some really nice finishing touches along the way too, like answering all my questions and concerns when picking up the vehicle (zomg, went a long way in easing the anxiety experienced around losing my vehicle for a time after the crash), printing a second copy of the bill so I could stick one in my records and send the other along with the certification required by insurance, and exceptional after-care in answering questions that I had a few days after completion. We also asked for a quote on our hood latch release, as it was no longer able to pop the hood. They completed and passed the inspection, and gave us a quote for something like $400 for the hood release. I'm handy and that quote seemed ridiculous, so we declined the extra work and I said I'd do it myself. Less than a month after getting the car back, the front brakes started to grind. We're talking metal on metal. How is this possible? They just looked at it and should have failed it for pad depth, or at least *warned* us about it. I've attached photos to show the blatant neglect and disregard for safety (and the law). I highly doubt they looked at anything if they missed something so brazen. As for the hood latch, my lazy self finally got around to doing it. The only issue was a $11 bracket being bent. The whole mechanism didn't need to be replaced, but they wouldn't know because they didn't look at that either. Looking at all these positive reviews is perplexing. As someone who does all their own car maintenance and basic repairs, this is the most dishonest experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Since the business seems to be monitoring the reviews page, the car was a 2016 Kia Optima on 6/16/2022, owner's initials are BB.

I had used Safelite in the past, and that was what my insurance company recommended, but I was surprised when I looked online and saw all the negative reviews. I was a little worried about it, but I used them anyway. It's so convenient since they will come to your job or your house. I was concerned about the windshield looking the same way since it was a new car and I wanted it to look like it was supposed to. I called them, and they pick the correct windshield for your car, with the correct frit. Yes frit. I found out those little black dots on your windshield have a name, lol. Mine has a lot of frit at the top, and the replacement they put on does, as well. I could see my car my from office window, so I came down and met the tech when he came, he worked on my car, and then I came down again when it was done. That was it. It was easy on my part, and you wouldn't even know I had a new windshield put on by looking at it. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Holy crap! What a joke. EVERY RESCHEDULING LOST ME MONEY! Not even worth it. Go with anybody, any other company other than these clowns.
