We did have some issues on repairs. But when Bryan the manager at Gerber found out he gave a 110% of himself to make sure everything was repaired correctly and he also did more then we expected. From the beginning he communicated with us through the whole process even on the car rental he text me to make sure the pickup of the rental went smoothly, and he gave us regular texts to keep us updated on the repairs that were happening. The process of the repairing our car had some bumps at the begin but Bryan dedications as the manger of Gerber and to his customers real made a big difference. Recently my daughter needed some work done on her car so I suggested this shop as I've had good experience there before. Prior to taking the car for repair, they gave her an estimate of around $2000 for the repairs and said it would take 4-5 days. She drooped it off and needed to rent a car while hers was being repaired. The shop knew this when I verified that it would be 4-5 days for repairs. The next day my daughter received a text message letting us know that there was additional damage after closer examination and it will now be over $4,000 for repairs and take over 2 weeks. I find it extremely alarming that no call was made when over double the estimated price was now being asked for the repairs and double the time. Especially when they knew a car was rented. Customer service goes a long way so after this we decided to take the car somewhere else. read more

Paid $360 to have our windshield replaced. Received a terrible quality aftermarket windshield which cracked 6 DAYS after replacement. Called to have them come back out to look at it and they won't do anything about it. Will go through a different company next time. read more

I have been going here for years now unfortunately someone always wants to hit my car. The service is outstanding!! A year ago I had extensive damage to my car where the axle was severed. Bodywork, brakes , brakeline all had to be done. Now my brakes were acting up , thumping noise, shaking, grinding and my mechanic said all 4 rotors have to be replaced with pads. When I called to complain about the place Gerber subbed the brake work to , I was shocked that they apologized and offered to pay to get the work done at my mechanic. They were so understanding. Believe me I was shocked to hear that. So if you need someone who stands behind their work this is the place. Awesome!! read more

If you have recently been in a car accident and need collision repair, DO NOT BRING OR HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO THIS PLACE. I hope i made that clear. I was in a car accident back in July 2010, had my car towed here because they were "Recommended" by my insurance. I made sure all the paperwork/documentation was taken cared of right away. Collision revision received my car the following day from the company the towed my car from the accident. It took them 3 months to barely finish my car. My insurance had to eventually pull it out of the shop because of the length of the repair, which was unreasonable (3 Months for a minor to medium collision). Customer service? Dont even think about it, they have none. Do not believe what the website says about their customer service. No one reached out to me about my car after 2 weeks and i had to keep calling them about the status of my car. Mechanic gave me estimates, of two three weeks, which turned into 3 months of unfinished work. They just kept blaming the auto shop working on my engine. They wont even offer any assistance as far as Car Rental/Loaner. Luckily i have a great insurance company who was willing to cover my rental for all those months of not having a car even though maximum coverage is only 30 days. Collision revision is now "under review" whether they should be kept in the recommended shop program. Again, please be wise, dont make the same mistake i did. This shop only does body work, other than that they will contract local shops, who you dont know what they can do. If insurance is covering your accident, you are better off sending it to a dealer who actually do know what they are doing about car repair. read more

I have (unfortunately) used Collision Revision twice in the past 4 months for 2 different reasons on my sons car. First he had a fender bender and the second was no fault of his own. Both times I have received EXCELLENT service and detail. They worked directly with my insurance provider and were extremely fast. I was sorry to read the other review posted here. I really don't understand the bad reviews. This place is great the employees were great customer service was excellent ! i have NO complaints at all. They did a excellent job on my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport. I dropped it off tuesday morning and it was done friday afternoon. There was quite a bit of damage to so it was no small job. They called mw twice to let me know how it was coming along and even detailed the truck in & out free of charge ! i would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks again guys. Hopefully i never need your service again but if i do I will definitely be coming back to your shop !!! read more

Over the years I have had to use Turi's. They are great. They stand behind their work. They handle the insurance paperwork. They always have had a quick turn around and my cars have come out looking like new. They return the car incredibly clean. Love Turi's. read more

I would have to agree with the previous reviewer regarding the horrible service this company provides. My husband's car was in an accident a few years ago and was repaired by this location. We still own the car and where the body work was performed by this Collision Revision the car keeps rusting in the panel which they repaired. We have brought the car back in excess of five times for the repair to be redone (CR guarantees their work for the life of the car) apparently they don't tell you they do a poor quality job and that you will have to keep bringing it back time and time again to have it fixed. Although CR just repaired it again a few months ago, (the panel they "replaced" keeps rusting although there isn't any other rust on the car) it has to go back into the shop because it's rusting again. Run from this repair shop, just save your time and energy and take it to a smaller "mom and pop" shop that will perform a much higher quality repair. Although the repair may be more expensive, it will be well worth your time and energy! read more

Brought my car (BMW X5) even though it took the shop 4 months to complete the repair due to no follow up on job being completed, I had to return my car at least 5 times due to minor faults like not installing a light bulb (crazy how you forget to install a headlight) the cosmetic work was incredible work looked sharp. My other concern was Stephanie the lady following up with me had no idea what she was talking about you could totally tell she was googling all my questions, it's ok not to know something I rather have heard her say idk then the BS she was telling me. Mindy front counter awesome customer service and Francisco great follow up. Sad enough I can't say anything nice about the manager he never called or spoke with me throughout the whole 4months. I'm leaving a lot of details out as far as how bad they screwed this job. Management could use some improvement. read more
