BE AWARE this collision shop reports directly to CARFAX and a minor dent is reported as MAJOR ACCIDENTS! Took my truck for a small dent that occurred while parked and this collision shop sent out a MAJOR Accident report to the CARFAX, not once but twice! They and CARFAX are unwilling and non responsive. Getting the lawyers fired up as they reduced the vehicles equity over 10K Poor way to get paid GERBER! read more

Did a great estimate and when he saw that my car was practically brand-new he wrote it up for no aftermarket replacement parts. I would not go back there again as they did not repair my car properly. There was damage that was not fixed, they said it happened before the accident. Which you did not. They did not go over the repairs with me to see what they were going to fix and what they weren't going to fix. When I went to pick up the car I pointed out, the part that was not fixed and was told that was there before the accident. As stated earlier it was not there before the accident. So even though they finished ahead of time and did a good job and what they did do, I would not go back there again and I would not recommend anyone taking their car to them. read more
