Called them to see if they could get my BMW in same day and the guy on the phone laughed at me. After laughing he kept repeatedly asking me "who are you?" like I was joke to him. He was so rude that I thought I called the wrong number and not an actual business. I've never had a business answer the phone and laugh and ask me who am I after asking for a service as a paying customer. Their whole business it service so it's not unreasonable to expect service. My daughter took her mercedes there because a service light was on. Her first time ever dealing with a mechanic, she said whoever she dealt with was rude at first. 4 hours later she was able to get her car. I was looking over her receipt when she got home and she paid $228 for a oil change. I called the shop to confirm what exactly was done and he said yes it was a glorified oil change. She definitely was taken advantage of being charged $105 alone for labor. We will never take her car there again. Lessson learned. read more

Holy cow! I love German Motors. My trunk wouldn't close. trunk actuator busted! Craig (the owner/operator) says it's gonna be about $125 for the part alone + labor. I said okay. He comes back out and says "we were able to mold your spring back to where it would latch. Only charged me $40. Seriously awesome. Don't get me wrong, I've paid him to fix oil leaks, coolant leaks, and many odd problems and he's always so fair and does good work. Never tries to oversell me or anything. I just feel like people need to know there's a good, honest mechanic in town. read more

Horrible experience. They had a BMW x3 for sale on Craigslist. We contacted over Labor Day weekend and although they were closed... salesperson agreed to meet us next day at 10am. We drove up for the appointment... inspected the car... took a test drive and my wife and I agreed it was the car for her. We pulled up back in and sheepishly the salesperson said I'm afraid I have some bad news for you. While you were out for the test drive... I sold the car to someone who apparently drove it the day before and that he had processed their Credit Card over the phone while we were out. Simply horrible thing to do to us. All he had to do was say there was a person who tested the car earlier and that our purchase was subject to his possible purchase, or tell other person that since we were out driving it, he had to wait for our decision. We were set on the car and couldn't believe it when he told us this upon our return. Don't trust them! read more
