The owner was SO helpful and accommodating after Tafel tried to charge me 3x too much and my warranty company tried to get off the hook.

The most recent visit consisted of them replacing my tire lugnuts. The car is only driven , at most 5 miles a day however , the driver of the car expressed that they would experience the steering wheel shaking violently and loud knocking noises when accelerating. At the time, we simply believed it to be a bad tire so we took it to a tire place. As soon as the attendant began to lift the car , we could immediately see that the tire was loose. The same tire that had the lugnuts replaced , had new lugnuts but were NOT tightened properly before sending us on our way. Due to the hazard, we simply needed to get it fixed ASAP. Needless to say, the outcome could have been bad but luckily no one got hurt. When i called in to express my frustation and have the issue rectified of some sort, i was asked to provide "proof" that I took the car to have the tire looked at. As i explained to the man who answered the phone, the Tire place did not charge us for simply tightening the Lugnuts so there is no receipt. I asked the gentleman to escalate my issue further up the chain of command. Although I'm not sure if he truly escalated my issue or not, he called me pack again asking for some proof. Sir, i have nothing to give you. Fast forward a few more days and i reached out to the Meineke Corporate# and filed a complaint (Request 91265 and 93578) and have yet to hear anything back. I will continue to escalate my issue until somebody with power follows back up. I am still paying biweekly for the poor job. I'd appreciate a follow asap.

Service was prompt, courteous and cost efficient. Best yet,…read more no one made fun of my driving( my right tire was off balance). I love to hug curbs. I would recommend anyone to try this Meineke.

***************UPDATE*******************…read more Update: After posting this review, I was finally put in touch with the sales manager, Zack. Unfortunately, the conversation only reinforced why I felt compelled to leave this review in the first place. After weeks of trying to resolve this privately through text messages, phone calls, and voicemails--with little to no response--the only thing that finally got the dealership's attention was this review. Rather than working toward a solution, I was accused of "blackmailing" the dealership simply for sharing my experience publicly. During our conversation, Zack told me it was my own fault because I "couldn't read a contract," despite the fact that I signed paperwork accepting responsibility for a ceramic coating product that I was never actually provided, while also signing paperwork stating that I did not want to purchase any additional products. Instead of acknowledging the obvious contradiction or addressing my concerns, I was called a liar, talked down to, belittled, and treated as though I was stupid. At one point, he even said, "do you think I'm not gonna take every opportunity I can to make more profit," which made it clear where his priorities were. He also told me, "it's not my fault you can't read," and then hung up on me after telling me I was no longer welcome to do business with the dealership. I never wanted this to become a public issue. I gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make things right before leaving a review. Instead of resolving the concern professionally, I was met with hostility and disrespect. Before choosing to do business here, understand that this was my experience with the management responsible for handling customer concerns. If this is how a repeat customer who purchased a $90,000 vehicle is treated after raising a legitimate issue, I think potential buyers deserve to know. ---------------------- I have purchased multiple vehicles from BMW Louisville over the years, but after this experience, I won't be returning. When I purchased my $90,000 BMW M3, I made it very clear to the finance manager that I did not want to purchase any additional products. Despite that, a ceramic coating package was added to my bill of sale without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, I never actually received the ceramic coating service or product that I was charged for. I'm not including the price to be Braggadocious, more so for the fact that trying to sneak on a $600 charge on to purchase when it's already at that balance, it seems so ridiculous to me. After discovering the charge, I contacted the dealership multiple times. The finance manager acknowledged the issue and assured me that I would receive a refund. It's now been another two weeks since that promise was made, and I've still received no refund, no follow-up, and no resolution. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a dealership handles them. In this case, the lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-through has completely destroyed my trust. It's extremely disappointing, especially considering I've been a repeat customer and have spent a significant amount of money with this dealership. I cannot recommend BMW Louisville based on my experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. PS- Chris Pike in sales was wonderful, and always has been. Julia in finance was not.

I generally don't write reviews but this deserves a standing ovation and this is the craziest thing…read morethat I have ever seen at a dealership. Although they deserve rating in minus but since its not an option I was forced to do a one star rating. I had a cracked windshield in my 2022 X5, I was vising Louisville so called this dealership. I told them I have insurance with $0 deductible(this is the key information to remember. Dropped off my SUV on Thursday evening and asked over the phone about the cost and was told $2485. Got a call from Dawson service advisor next day that my car will be ready in 3 hours and how will I like to pay. I thought may be they don't deal with insurance so I told him I can give him my cc number. He wanted to drop off the car and pick up loaner which was not an option at that time for us. I got a text from my cc company and when I checked my card was charged $6485.92 so I called Dawson and told him I had windshield repaired on the same car last year and it was no more than $2000 and he said that's Chicago and this is Louisville. Next day July 4th service was closed but sales was open so went to drop off car and I was given an invoice for $4700, so I inquired why I was charge $6485.92 and I was told to call Service director. I called service director at 8 am on July6th and left a message for his assistant Daniel. In return got a call from Dawson and he said I had reduced the invoice and it had been really crazy here and I don't know what was he mumbling and for all the inconvenience, he said he will do the wind shield for even $4000. so I asked him to send me an invoice with paid on it so I can submit it to insurance. In a split second he said you know what, because of all the trouble I have gone thru, he will do the wind shield repair for $3163.68 and will issue a credit for 3322.24. Now I have three invoices from them, $6485.92, $47$$ and $3163.68 This guy knew I had $0 deductible and thought I won't care but this a fraud and a highway robbery out in day light. I am going to write a letter to BMW head quarter and have there invoices publish in newspaper for the same repair. If you are heading to this dealership, please do your homework, they will increase the price as they want to just rip you off. Now even if I need repair, I am going to have my car towed to Chicago if I have to but will avoid this dealership at all cost. I wanted to put all three invoices here but it has my personnel information on it.

I came in with a small dent and scrape on my car that they themselves described as "minimal," yet they had the nerve to quote me almost $5,000 for the repair. As a college student, that number was absurd, but honestly, it would be ridiculous for anyone, student or not. Marcus, in particular, was dismissive and condescending when I questioned the price. Instead of showing any understanding, he spent the whole time trying to justify a completely outrageous bill. The lack of respect I was shown made the experience even worse. Bottom line: Oxmoor Collision is overpriced, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else.

Even with parts backlogged (supply chain, looking at you!) they were able to find creative solutions to finish the job, all while keeping insurance in the loop. - 2/5 - Initial repair quality. There were some obvious details missed in the install and door paint that I would have expected to be seen and fixed before I ever saw my car. My observation is that quality control was a challenge in the shop for this repair. - 5/5 - Responsiveness of the shop general manager when I was unhappy, and commitment to getting the job right. While I had to take my car back in, he worked with me every step of the way to ensure final repair quality was to my satisfaction, and even left me with a thoughtful $20 gas gift car after the repair was complete for the trouble. Overall, 4 stars but I can see where when firing on all cylinders (so to speak!) this shop would typically be a 5/5. I have confidence that they want to satisfy every client, every time, and I appreciate how they worked out an issue with me. I hope to not need their services again (fingers crossed!) but I would not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future or recommend Oxmoor Collision to a friend.

This all happened within one week: The first issue: I took my car in to get a headlight fixed. Simple, right? Apparently not for Ken Towery. I drove home only to find the headlight was still out. So I had to go all the way back. I dismissed this mistake for human error, and went on my way. Then came the second issue. My car had a consistent oil leak, which they dismissed as "residual." Despite me pointing out the large puddle under my car, they still insisted it was fine. After they supposedly "worked" on it, the leak actually got worse. When I got home, I found an auto part sitting in the back of my trunk. Turns out, that part was related to the leak they claimed didn't exist. If I had not caught this, they would have sent me on my way and pocketed my money, knowing that my problem was not fixed. Misha Simms was the one responsible for all of this. No apology, no accountability, just lies and excuses. It's clear this place has no interest in solving your car problems, only in charging and gaslighting their customers.
