On a whim, my eight-year-old daughter and I decided to go to get Air Alexandria on Father's Day. Turns out, fathers jump free then so our total price for two hours was just over $30. The space itself is one massive room with two party areas, restrooms, a drinking fountain, shelves to put your shoes, and lots of trampolines, obstacle courses, foam pits, and more. Some parts are a little run down, but my daughter loved our time here. Her favorite parts were the obstacle courses, the swing into the foam pit, and the play zones. The facility itself is spacious and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and even unsafe in many ways. There was no real supervision. Kids were running wild, older children were swarming the toddler area, making it dangerous for smaller kids to enjoy anything. When we raised our concerns, a staff member named Sanai admitted that many parents just drop their children off and leave, which honestly blew my mind. That's not only unsafe but incredibly irresponsible, and the business does nothing to control the situation. To make things worse, the place wasn't clean. I saw spilled liquid in one area and spit in another, just sitting on the floor with no urgency to clean it up. It gave the entire facility an unsanitary feel, which is the last thing you want in a space full of children. There were way more kids than adults anywhere in sight, which backed up what the worker told us. It just didn't feel like a safe or managed environment. Visited with 2 of my kids today (ages 6 and 12). They had a blast for 2 solid hours. No complaints there. The place is a bit run down and very minimal staff (1, maybe 2?). We celebrated my son's 9th birthday here. The check in process was rushed and very unorganized, even though you have a time slot for the party, you still have to wait in line. There was only one associate at the front desk at the time we arrived. There are no separate party rooms. All parties are in one area. I ordered 2 additional pizzas, that cost almost 34$, that's not even what it would cost to order from Pizza hut. additionally, I didn't receive all of them at the same time. I ended up getting my last pizza towards the end of the party. Please make sure you check your receipt, as I was charged an extra 21.99 each for 2 additional jumpers that wasn't even part of our party. I have been bringing my 3yo here for 2 years now. He absolutely loves it and always has a blast! They have recently renovated about half of the entertainment and it's much more fun and safe than it was. My 8 year old had a blast at a birthday party here. There were not many other patrons, which was great because we still try to avoid closed spaces with lots of people. They give each party a separate area for food and tables throughout the reserved time, which was a plus. And tons of jumping areas for kids to be silly and get out that weekend energy. But. No one greeted us upon entry and we could have just walked off the street and gone directly in to jump without paying had we not been there for a party. We signed the waiver online, but again, no one was checking. There was no obvious check-in area, and I later learned it was the snack counter. And several of the video game machines were broken. There were broken equipment and springs hanging, tattered swings, no toilet paper and the handicap stall in the women's restroom was broken. While the jumping part was fun for my son, it was fairly unkempt. There was what looked like gum stuck to some trampolines. Very very dirty and disgusting floors leading into the jumping area. The bathroom was awful, like it hasn't been cleaned , well ever. There was one soap bottle , half full, and none in the men's room according to my husband. Filthy is an understatement. We went at about noon on Monday in August 2022. Less than 30 people in total there. All of the mats and trampolines were super dirty. The floors were just as bad. This was not just from the day, it Gad obviously been weeks since anyone cleaned. Only one employee in the whole bldg. no one watching the "unaccompanied" kids at all. Way over priced! Cost $55 for me, a 10 year old and 4 year old for one hour.... Wouldn't have minded the price if everything wasn't so worn out.... Waste of money and an accident waiting to happen.... My three year old had a blast here; however, I was unimpressed with the management of the place. First and foremost, there was only ONE person working on a busy weekend afternoon. The areas were clean enough, although I did see trash overflowing from the trashcans. No one was monitoring ticketing or time limits, which wasn't problematic during our visit. However, you could easily slip in unnoticed and play for as long as you wanted, because no one is out in the trampoline areas monitoring usage and safety. Because there aren't any workers out on the floor, children run wild while their parents play on their phones. The website boasts about a section specifically for children under 46 inches tall, but there were kids as tall as me running around. I was nervous about my child's safety the entire time. It is disappointing because Get Air has potential. If the trampolines were monitored by staff, there wouldn't be as many unruly children. Additional staff would also keep the entire space clean and trash free. Please note that I do not blame the guy who was working for any of these problems. What do you do with 9 yo kids on a rainy summer day? You scramble for ideas and thanks to Yelp turn frowns upside down! It was easy ordering tickets on-line. I paid for 2 hours and received a discount for doing so. Once you complete the transaction you receive a code. You must keep the code for check in. Also, don't forget to complete the waiver for each child. Its so much easier when you arrive prepared. Our check in was fast and friendly. It wasn't crowded which allowed for plenty of room. I asked how we would be notified when time was up and was told, "Your time is up when the kids are tired!" Wow! Music to this mom's ears! Cubbies are along the wall. Leave your shoes but take your valuables. There is a vending machine with drinks and a machine that provides something similar to dippin dots ($5). Several picnic tables with tablecloths....but they weren't too clean & needed a good wipe down. (So BYO wipes if you're squeamish about these things). As for the venue itself, I loved that it was brightly lit. I also loved the music and that it wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear the person right next to you. This place has a lot if fun things and the best way to describe it is trampoline park meets American Ninja Warrior meets American Gladiators. It kept two boys ridiculously happy for 2 hours straight!l. There is seating but limited and even more limited since many surfaces were sticky. (Again, byo wipes) This is not a complaint but it did seem to be short-staffed so my observations should be taken with this in mind. It would have been nice to see a worker or two actively monitoring the areas. But, it would also have been nice to see PARENTS actively supervising their children, especially younger. Its the right thing to do. I personally do not think this is for anyone under 5. Given the cost of admission I would naturally expect workers on the floor for safety and the surfaces to be much cleaner- especially during COVID. Overall, its a hit with 9 yo boys! The website makes you believe they have a lot of clean protocols in place. We arrived at 10am and there was a helpful staff member (the only one on site). A quick look around and everything is filthy. Like brown smears and hair in the bathroom sinks. (Did they not get cleaned overnight?). Looking further there was a sticky substance that was spilled all over a mat (near the entrance) that was never addressed. Also as you walk around there are pieces of food, candy and other trash all over the floors throughout the facility. Also there is literally no one monitoring the gym. Horrible customer service. The guy who was working was overwhelmed and as I asked how he was doing he stated - "overworked and under paid". We purchased 2 adult and 1 child and he asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes. Then he stated he overcharged me on socks and I should receive a refund. The next day I received a receipt for the old amount (with the overcharged socks) and so I responded to an email about how I liked my service. Filthy. Manifestly unsafe. The safety pads around several of the obstacles either have large gaps or are missing altogether. There is child-sized open gap in the safety netting about 20 feet up on the double slide near the front wall. Also, it has no access control (anyone can come in or leave at any point). If you do go, there's no real enforcement to even pay...anyone can walk in and go jump. This is a plus or a minus, depending on your perspective, I guess. The doors were propped open when we were there. Hopefully people leave only with the children they came in with, but this is apparently on the honor system. There does not seem to be any staff. Nobody polices unruly behavior and nobody keeps an eye on the equipment to make sure it's working and the safety padding is actually in place. Did I mention it was also filthy? read more

This place is so much fun! My 3 littles and I go during the Toddler time and have the BEST time. I felt it was clean and plenty of room to spread. The GM, Justin, is always super helpful and positive. We choose this trampoline park over the others in the area. It is manageable with multiples- you can see just about the whole area, and even my one year old was having a blast doing just about everything there. Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. We've been here 2x this week. True, its during the day so we pretty much have the place to ourselves so I'm not worried about social distancing BUT its an indoor play place. If you go during peak hours or on a weekend, im not too sure what you are expecting. As far as I can tell it is clean and my kids gave a blast and get to to run around and burn off thier energy. The staff is super nice and helpful when we are there and they make sure to follow covid protocols and safety procedures. Also, my child is 2.5 years old, so I chose this particular trampoline park over others in the area specifically because ai had heard they had a toddler area, for kids under 46 inches. Well, that toddler area was overrun with children at least 5 feet tall - I know because I'm 5 feet tall and they were as tall as me. That's 60 inches. These kids parents were doing zero to stop them from trampling the little ones (they weren't anywhere nearby), and there was no worker on the floor that I could talk to and ask to get these kids out of the toddler area, all running and jumping and flipping and throwing things at each other in a space that was supposed to be designated for a little kids. read more

The front desk staff here are very sweet and attentive. They did a great job getting everything out for our kid's birthday party. However, two big issues that indicate a major management problem: 1) Major safety hazard. Although some of the damaged trampoline area was blocked, kids were freely jumping on the green trampoline right next to a drop off with cement floor, wood, nails, etc. One kid did fall in! This whole area should be blocked until it can be fixed. The staff indicated they've been waiting for someone to come fix it for some time. 2) consistent with other posts, this place is not clean.
