There's been some solid updates to Get Air that make it worthwhile to revisit. There is a large inflatable section with two big slides and one little. Also added is a ball pit and slide in the Little Air area. The coolest update is the zip line. Perfect for kids probably 5 and up.

Toddler time was amazing! This place is so much better than the competition because they're more chill... kids love this place and the recently updated some of the swings and obstacle course.

Visited with 2 of my kids today (ages 6 and 12). They had a blast for 2 solid hours. No complaints there. The place is a bit run down and very minimal staff (1, maybe 2?). Needs a bit of an overhaul but there's plenty of fun to be had if you're looking for something to do with your younger kids.

I have been bringing my 3yo here for 2 years now. He absolutely loves it and always has a blast! They have recently renovated about half of the entertainment and it's much more fun and safe than it was. We come on Tuesday Thursday or Sunday mornings for discounted toddler time for the little ones. I would highly recommend bringing your kids. It's great exercise and a perfect way to wear them out before nap time.

Get Air is located in a small strip mall with plenty of parking. The place was filled with kids on a Saturday morning. Compared to other trampoline places this place was decent. Trampoline, slam ball, kiddie court and a foam pit are some of the activities that are available at Get Air. Get Air also has a section where you can have a birthday party.

My 8 year old had a blast at a birthday party here. There were not many other patrons, which was great because we still try to avoid closed spaces with lots of people. They give each party a separate area for food and tables throughout the reserved time, which was a plus. And tons of jumping areas for kids to be silly and get out that weekend energy. But. No one greeted us upon entry and we could have just walked off the street and gone directly in to jump without paying had we not been there for a party. We signed the waiver online, but again, no one was checking. There was no obvious check-in area, and I later learned it was the snack counter. And several of the video game machines were broken. Restrooms were fine but not great. I think I saw a total of two people working the entire space. I'd still come back for someone else's birthday party, as the kids had a blast and it was fairly empty.

Nice place! Staffing was low when you checked in, but other than that, it's a cool place!

Disgusting mold and food between mats

Good activity for the kids, but zero stars for cleanliness and adhering to policies/safety practices. There were broken equipment and springs hanging, tattered swings, no toilet paper and the handicap stall in the women's restroom was broken. The floors were disgusting, and don't look between the springs of the trampolines there was so much old food, mold, and dirt. Watch your kids close because they can just walk straight out the door because it's not blocked off and walk straight into the street. Only saw one employee at the desk and one pushing sodas, no other employees around to check that big kids weren't in the little kid area.

I am writing with some concerns about the way my family was treated by your staff on Saturday morning at the Alexandria location. First, let me share that my wife and I discovered Scramble at Christmastime, and have now been several times to both the Alexandria and Falls Church locations. I felt we had discovered a true gem - a place where we could retreat with our now two-year-old for a morning or afternoon of fun. The whole environment is designed for fun, and I appreciated how inclusive things felt, as we interacted with your staff and strangers with smiles all around. But our visit on Saturday left us feeling unwelcome, embarrassed, and like second-class citizens. We visited the Falls Church location a few weeks ago and asked about birthday options outside of hosting a party, because we envisioned a very small gathering. The staff member there explained that if you do not book the birthday package, you cannot bring in outside cake or balloons and that we would only be able to purchase food from you all. Got it - all good! We invited two friends and their little ones to gather with us on Saturday morning, we paid the entry fees for everyone who joined, and we ordered a few pizzas to enjoy while our little ones ran around. We were first approached by your staff member, Cora, shortly after receiving our food. She came to our table and told us to move the two tables that we had pulled together apart. Her approach was curt - she didn't start by explaining any rationale for what the issue was - she simply gave us the directive. I asked her if she was serious because of the tone - I was honestly surprised - and then she explained that it was a fire hazard. So we moved the tables apart and returned to our fun. About twenty minutes later, while we were all away from the tables where our belongings were sitting, Cora approached again. This time, she snatched a gift bag while my wife was nearby. She told my wife that gifts were not allowed, and proceeded to move it outside of the play area. I intervened to ask her what the issue was, and she explained that we could not have a gift without having a party. I then went to the front desk and spoke with her and the party manager for a while to ask what the issue was and to share that I felt like we were being targeted because we had two separate interactions, and none of this was explained when we checked into the venue. We are not rule-breakers. I am fastidious in honoring the rules of any space I enter. My wife jokes about me being too straight-laced. I understand that Scramble has rules, and have no desire to work around them. I believe that this interaction could have been resolved through a simple dialogue where a member of your staff could have politely shared the policy and asked us to make a shift. Instead, we felt like delinquent teenagers, and the experience was deeply embarrassing and off-putting. Our guests, visiting for the first time after our rave reviews, wondered what the issue was. After Cora removed the gift bag without approaching us to explain things, I felt unwelcome and uneasy about even staying. I felt the message she sent to us was that we were second-class citizens that day - those deserving of respect at your establishment are those who pay a premium for expanded services. And I could not help but wonder if the interactions would be different if half of us were not people of color. I am not sharing this because I seek retribution against Cora. I share this instead, hoping that your establishment can be more considerate of your guests. You say that your mission is to "provide extraordinary play for all children"; I hope you will consider that the environment you create for families has an impact on your ability to attain that mission.

Since it was our first visit, Cora took the time to walk us through the layout and answer all of our questions. The food was fresh, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus, they have Wi-Fi! I was able to get some work done while my toddler had a blast playing. Highly recommend this place--we'll definitely be coming here from now on!

We arrived and the party room smelled AWFUL- like the party before us was a full on weed party. I was stunned and freaking out. All of my closest friends with their sweet kiddos were about to arrive and we would all be stuffed in this tiny room of stench. the party host noticed right away and offered to try air freshener and I said yes and asked for the manager. The manager came over. I asked her....how can a birthday party at a venue for little children be filled with...this? I was appalled at her response. First she said, maam, weed is legal in Virginia. Ok in that case why don't we go ahead and also allow parties to serve alcohol and smoke cigarettes. THIS IS A CHILDRENS PLAY AREA! Who cares if it's legal! How is that relevant to my concern!? Then she quickly backtracked saying of course they weren't smoking in here, they must have just smoked outside and it was just on their persons when they entered. Ummmm no. The entire room REEKS. She refused to do anything for us other than offer to mop (but we're all in socks...no thanks). Later they took $6 off my balance and gave me three day pass vouchers (I've always gotten these in the past after large parties). Did nothing to offer any kind of discount. I told them that I would sadly have to give a one star review and the response was just...shrug. Awful. Not returning and don't recommend this for birthdays anymore.

The parking garage is very close by and it's free. So very convenient if going with young kids. We are a family of 4 and it cost us $52 in total for admission. I don't know why places charge for adults - like we are not going to climb and slide ( well unless we need to help the kids but voluntarily - NO!). Adults are free on weekdays but not free on weekends - dont understand it. I mean it's $3 per adult but rather give the $3 as a credit voucher and we can have a cup of coffee or a drink. Anyway - I would say that this place is more geared for kids under 7 years old. They have a cute baby area and a toddler area. The "obstacle course" for older kids is very small and once you do it- that's it. I do think they should incorporate more activities for older kids. The toddler area is nice but my daughter (4) got pretty bored after going through it like 3 times maybe. Aa many reviewers have said - there is not much table seating around the older kids and toddler area . There are some tables by the baby area which doesn't really make sense as a parent will most likely be with the baby at all times. It's pretty gloomy down there. Anyway - the place is clean and they have a restaurant ( well food and a seating area) on the main level. Quite convenient when the kids want to play but they also need to eat. I did see that you can host a birthday there - which looked sweet as there was a birthday happening when I visited. The toilets are clean and there are change tables. The staff are around but they don't really engage with the kiddos really. The atmosphere of the place is ok. I do like that it's very clean. Would I go here again? Probably not. The kids said they wouldn't come back again as nothing excited them about the place. They were over it after an hour. I think if you have younger kids / they will enjoy it more.

They have a large open obstacle course and then a few different areas with slides and soft play. There is also a large area with magnet blocks. We had a couple of kids meals and the value was fair. My kids are 3 and 7 and while the younger one could not do quite everything, there was enough she could do that made the visit worth it. My 7 year old could easily do all the courses. This is a nice addition to the Scramble family and we will definitely visit again.

It was definitely over-crowded and quite hard to find a table to sit down. We eventually found one right at the back of the store. The kids had the best time but scramble employees were no where to be found! There was no one monitoring kids. My kid got hurt a few times by slightly older kids and it was quite chaotic. The staff were not cleaning at all. You have to remove your shoes before entering the play area but the toilets are located inside the play designated area which means you have to go into the bathroom with socks on which is very gross. They should allow shoes in the bathroom area. Also the soap dispensers were empty and the lady that cleans the bathroom just hung out in the bathroom not really cleaning or filling the soap. The cafe - there are food options for kids and adults. We did try the kids pizza and French fries. The pizza was fine( cheese) but the fries were not good. It tasted like they fried it in very old oil. They do have coffee but I did not try it as the didn't have an option for skim milk. They do not allow outside food or drink but no one seems to really monitor that. Security - ok so this is non-existent. There is a door that divides outside area with inside play area but kids can easily open the door and leave the premises. The lady that stands by the door doesn't monitor kids matches with their guardians. She just opens and closes the door and often she is not there at all. They do not give wristbands at all or any form of security feature. So watch your kids closely while you are there as once they go into that massive play area it's difficult to locate them. The kids seemed to enjoy it as they don't worry about germs , dirt or food. I mean it's fine for an hour or so but honestly it was the last resort when deciding on a place to take the kids too. They also charge the adults an entry fee!!! ‍ I mean it's not like we are playing in the kids areas . I think we paid $55 for entry (2 kids and 2 adults). Would I go back? Not by choice but if the kids asked then I would consider it for an hour or two. ( definitely not on a weekend though).

For starters, the indoors aren't ventilated that well; it can get super hot and muggy in the summer and pretty cold in the winter. The ceilings are only high in the middle courts for volleyball and is a bit short of a court so not much room to maneuver well. There is also a ledge along the side to put your stuff - but it will definitely be hit by balls here and there. I believe years ago you had to make an ID card which now run for about $5 a piece to play - but I haven't had any referees asking for those yet. The referees also just stand on the ground and rarely call for doubles/net :( hopefully some changes will be made for a fair judging system! When you enter the building you can head upstairs and easily view 2 of the fields, or go down to the field level and watch. If you're on the farther fields you have to go ground level. There was plenty of area to get close to the field and see all the action. All the fields are completely enclosed like a hockey rink, and they also have netting to the ceiling. There is also a snack area on the top floor. It's located in kind of a weird place. The surrounding buildings are industrial.
