The only place to just "jump around" is in the big kid area. Kids under 46" don't really have a place to just jump freely. Management needs to add an area for kids under 46" to jump freely, otherwise this is pretty much a waste of money. I would not recommend this place for kids under 7 years old. Also things appear to be falling apart. A lot of things look dirty. Not a lot of money seems to be spent on upkeep or maintenance. read more

I really loved Get Air Poway I have a almost two year old who loved the children play area. I did place minus one star because there is no staff in this area and there was a little boy telling his sister to punch other kids in this area. There were also fast running and aggressive kids, mind you nothing happened to my son. That's not to say that would always be the case though someone could have easily hurt the smaller kiddos. My overall experience was AMAZING 10+ my son came in nervous and skiddish and did not want to leave and was jumping in the foam pit by the end. We will be back and we had a blast is highly recommend and may have his next birthday party here. :) read more

It's been a while since I experienced truly superb customer service, but the staff assisting with our 11yo's birthday party offered just that. Yes, there are improvements that could be made here & there, those foam ball pits are showing some wear, the pizza was meh, etc. But on a Thursday night, our little party had a fantastic time and I think the staff had a lot to do with that. My advice to management, give those party-hosts an extra bonus and consider a way to give the parents paying for the party a free session on those massage chairs. :) I look forward to doing this again, I was very happy with the experience. read more

My son and his friend had a fantastic time at Get Air Poway. They are both 5 years old and right at the 46 inches which allowed them to play in the big area. There were quite a few bigger kids (teenagers) and at one point my son was next to one when they bounced which caught my son off guard and threw my son into the air. He landed a little funny and was startled by this which made him cry. There was only 2 people monitoring the area and one of them came up to us to check in on him which was a nice gesture. This place was packed due to the Veteran's day holiday and all the schools being out. I took one star away due to the super long wait we had to endure (1.5 hours) before getting in. There was quite a bit of confusion as to the lines and no staff to provide guidance and direction. They were definitely understaffed. We will go back for sure and hopefully it won't be so packed. read more

I take my 5 year old here quite often and the staff are always friendly and the place is always clean. Now for the bad: my daughter is just under the height requirement so most of the time she's made to jump in the kids section which is gated off and small. If I want to jump with her, which most of the time she wants me to, we have to use the upper foam pit area which only has two trampolines that are used to launch into the foam pits and a lot of the bigger kids are using those as well. Needless to say she gets quite bored within 1 hours time. As I said, the staff are friendly, but they're held to enforce these rules that are making the place become more of a jump-nazi dictatorship by the week. "No chewing gum. No sitting on the top of the trampolines. No laying down on the trampolines. No double flips. No little kids in the big-ass trampoline area even though there's practically no one here. You must wear socks. No drinking (we even disabled the water fountains so you can't drink)." Every other minute someone is blowing a whistle and yelling guidance. I get accidents can happen and we want to be safe but damn. Its a trampoline park where all corners and sharp edges are covered with soft mats. If kids can't run around here, where the hell can they?? We signed waivers so let the parents decide if they want their kid to jump with other kids or segregate them to the small area. I would leave no stars if I could but my experience here Get Air was the worst I have ever experienced. I was just there last night for a birthday party for my little brother. Our party consisted of his friends (7-10) and a few family friends who are also teens and young adults. Everything was going fine until a bunch of other teenagers started bullying our kids. There was absolutely no one supervising any of the jumping areas. The teens were cussing and being extremely rude to our kids. We tried to tell them to stop but they would not listen. At one point, one teen decided to GRAB ONE OF OUR KIDS and throw him. This was absolutely unacceptable. What made it worse was that all of the teen's friends were laughing and joking about it and did not even apologize after being confronted about it. We spoke to the employees about it yet absolutely nothing was done. It took maybe 20 minutes for this teen to get kicked out despite the fact he assaulted one of our kids. The older kids in our party had to do these "lifeguard's" jobs for them and essentially keep an eye on this group of teens to make sure they didn't mess with our kids. Even after being talked to, these teens still cussed and believed they did absolutely nothing wrong. The lifeguards did the absolute bare minimum, and it appeared that the we're friends with these teens. The teen got kicked out but then returned twice trying to sneak back in. The last time he tried to sneak in, he sprinted and tried to hide in the dodgeball court. Our kids expressed feeling extremely uncomfortable and scared and the staff did nothing to help until we called their manager. This experience was absolutely ridiculous and showed how poorly the place is managed. I am definitely never coming back here and do not suggest to come back here unless you want to get harassed by teenagers and be with a staff who does absolutely nothing to help. read more

This place is super dope. I came in on a Saturday night during club air and had blast with the music, lights, and the staff was chill.

This is NOT a safe place to take your children!! My family and I were there for a birthday party and since COVID restrictions have been somewhat lifted, the jumping area was open to the public as well, which we didn't mind until there was a group of teenage bullies, who started messing with some of the kids from our party (ages 7-10). They were dropping a lot of f*bombs and screaming at them, mainly in the dodgeball area. But, it didn't stop there - it continued in other jump areas, too. Us parents of the kids from the party were there witnessing all of this and had kindly asked the teenagers to be careful about their actions and language, but of course, who are we to them that they would care to listen?? One teen crossed ALL boundaries once he laid hands on one of our kids from our party. The teen thought it would be smart to grab a 10-year old from our party, who was minding his own business, by the neck and picked him up!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The incident was immediately reported to the "Referees", who was basically one of the teen's peers. There were no adult managers on site to be seen or to help deal with the situation. So, THAT alone is a red flag!! The teen wasn't immediately reprimanded by the staff. He was seen laughing and hi-fiving his friends who were there. Bullies, I tell you!! You can imagine how LIVID our parents were!!! He was finally "kicked out"...for about 10 minutes?!? We think this teen was friends with the referees, who let him back in and he tried to slyly hide behind the dodgeball area. UNACCEPTABLE AGAIN!! All in all, avoid this place at all cost! read more

So disappointed and angry with this place. My 8 1/2 year old son was invited here for a 2nd Grade Birthday Party. My son is height challenged and was the only one in his 2nd Grade Class that was not allowed to go in the Big Area. He was told to play in the little kid area. Meanwhile, his classmate's sibling who is a Kindergartner, was allowed to jump with the big kids. How is that fair!! He was told he had to be 46". Ridiculous! This is height discrimination without consideration for age or maturity level. He was at Rockin' Jump last week and was not restricted from any areas. My son left Get Air in tears!! Many of the parents were upset about this and the way it was handled. Needless to say, we will not be returning. read more

what in the world. all of a sudden the rules have changed? for the past two years i have been allowed to bring my little one in (who is under 4 feet) to jump WITH ME in the big kid area when it is during school hours. The staff has always allowed us to and many other younger kids to go when there is only a few older children in the building. Never has this been an issue. Today i drove all the way from Ranch Santa fe to Poway ( a good 30 mins) to come jump with my two little ones because they didn't have school but we knew public schools still had class. We arrive, excited and ready just to find out "the rules have been changed" There was seriously 6-10 kids in the building, this HUGE building and i was told that my 4 year old who is 3 feet tall could not come with me anymore to jump in the big kid area where she has been for the last 2 years on days like this. EMPTY DAYS! first off, you just turned away a loyal costumer and what the what! why did this changed? did this even really change? SOOOOO THE BEST PART!!! i get to tell my 4 year old, who USED TO love jumping around with me and her sister in the big kid area that she isn't allowed anymore. For a place like this, safety has to be top priority. However, staff on the floor are pretty indifferent to what's going on. My six year old and I have been here for several birthday parties, but our latest time here was upsetting. My son and his friends spent most of their time inside the dodgeball courts playing with other children. At some point, teenagers joined in on their game. The supervising staff did not separate the six year olds from the taunting teenagers. Needless to say, the teenagers threw the balls harder and some children got hurt. And what did the staff do? I've been to this place with friends and family members. It's fun but you gotta pick the right time to go otherwise it's filled with little kids. For someone like me to be jumping on one trampoline and have kids run/ jump on my side risks injuries. The rules are heavily enforced and parents need to watch their kids. There has been times where parents have confronted me or my friends for their child's misbehavior. Prices are a little cheaper than Rock N Jump in Miramar so it's worth the money. I have been coming here since both of my kids were young and it's sad to see how down hill it's gone. It's filthy , grime and dust everywhere, wads of toilet paper on the bathroom ceiling, black grime all over the padding , dust hanging everywhere , And finger prints and dirt all over the glass. I stopped coming here , especially on weekends because theres no staff monitoring anything and kids are out of control. Today I decided to give a shot and take my kids for a few hours and I already regret it. The staff here today like every other time is miserable, on their phones and don't give a crap about anything going on. I came in with a Groupon and honestly would have gotten away with not even checking in because they're too busy on their phones to care . Two workers both with a nasty attitude barley said two words to me. One (LA hat) literally sat there on his phone while I was at the counter . The other one that helped me was clearly unhappy and bothered . I'm honestly upset I spent $38 to come here . This place needs a full makeover , a major deep clean and all new staff . It's a shame we have to now drive to San Marcos to go to sky zone , but at least the staff is friendly , they monitor the areas, and it's clean . Get it together get air !!! read more

My son has fun here. Seems cleaner than other places I've been to. I like that they have other stuff for kids to play with in the lobby area. The area for toddlers is a good size and my son didn't get bored. I do agree with the establishment not having very good staff. They could train them better and have a lot better attitudes. First time to this place! I'm a single mother and my child likes to jump with me and this place has rules against parents with kids. Unfortunately they do not share this information with you until after you pay in which there are no refunds. My child was very upset because I could not jump with her in any situation while being a very slow day. Half of the machines are broken. There seemed to be no air conditioning, I talked to the manager on duty and he didn't care about my situation. He just said I could "jump on my child." Ps. They blow whistles for breathing. I think that Get Air Poway has come a long way from the past few years and the park is beginning to get a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere, while still keeping the jumpers safe and under control! Get Air's staff has seemed to improve on knowing how to monitor the kids in the park and keep them from hurting each other! While it can be challenging to keep everybody satisfied the staff really tries their best to make sure everyone's needs are met and concerns are taken care of! read more

My boys (7 & 3 years old) had a great time! They have a separate section for younger children that is enforced. Another little girl in the "kiddie" section kept escaping and the staff kept bringing her back! Funny for me, not funny for her! I want to write a better review because the park is clean and my toddler son has a blast here, however management is terrible and clearly doesn't care about their customers. Each day from 10-12 is toddler time, reserved for smaller jumpers to be able to enjoy a safe environment with their peers. However, both times we have been here management has double booked the venue for adult men to come jump for a "special work event". It is infuriating to drive over an hour to a venue that is supposed to be reserved for a specific age group and then to arrive to a crowd that is wild and puts our children at risk, just so management can make a profit. This will be my last visit here. I'll go to urban jungle next time. read more
