This review is long overdue. We used to go here a few years back. We haven't been back since Covid started. We had booked a party for our son who was back then turning 15. Covid hit in February and the party was in April. They had to close down due to Covid and when we called to ask for our refund, they didn't want to give it back, claiming that all sales are final and no refunds. It took us almost two months of going back and forth with them, to only receive half of what we paid. They kept our money when it wasn't our fault that the party was canceled. Im pretty sure as a business, they got a kick back from the government for covid, but still kept our money. They never offered anything to us at all. On a kids stand point I am pretty sure they would have rated the place 5 stars! Looking at them play with each other, chasing each other playing tag, climbing up the ropes, going around non stop for 2 hours made me feel happy for them, they sure had a blast...why did I removed 2 stars then? On a parent stand point, I found the place filthy, crowded (except at the party room, we were the only ones) and lunch got 45 minutes delayed. Finally thought it was better to eat toward the end of the fun because with all that jumping, better have strong stomachs ;-)))) Price of the party was also way too much for what it was worth, I would not go back there. Fun place for kids. My little sisters jumped for an hour and were basically done after that, in case you're wondering whether to do the one hour or two hour. They give each person a stamp and that's how they tell how long you've been jumping for. Make sure you go to the computers first to sign the waiver and then go pay. There's not much supervision on the trampolines. The workers are younger kids and they stay by the registers. Towards the end, this older lady started yelling at kids on the mic for having a football with them. read more

I visit this place for the second time on a Saturday and I was disappointed. This place looks neglected from the entrance through out the entire building. The floor was so dirty, bathrooms were neglected (no soap, toilet paper, cover seats) for the total amount you spent there $50 dollars for 2 kids 2hrs is ridiculous. Customer service is absolutely outstanding! Specifically two employees who have created the most inclusive, friendly, welcoming environment for my son and I. My son is 15 and has autism. He absolutely loves going to trampoline parks. We've been visiting Get Air for years, however, recently since there was a management change, the park has taken on a whole new look and feel. It's way more clean, everything is in working order, but Tat and Tim deserve so much credit and kudos for being the most outstanding employees! Called twice ahead of time to confirm that we could bring our toddler and her two eight year old cousins to jump during toddler time, as it was her birthday and she wanted them there. Both Vanessa and the guy she escalated me to both stated that yes, her cousins could come and jump with her. Once we arrived, we were turned away by the extremely rude man at the counter who essentially said "oh well, that sucks. Doesn't matter what they said, they're not jumping". This place was a huge disappointment... half the advertised play areas we saw on their website aren't here. We asked the staff about all the areas we saw online and they basically explained that the website takes little bits of multiple locations to showcase and no one location has them all....we feel that was misleading because the reason we chose to come here instead of RocketJump was because of what we saw on their website. Whole sections that are here are not open for use. The place is old and filthy. Only staff we saw were two people at the front desk. I thought we were getting a great price when we saw everything online, but now being here I feel like we were overcharged. It cost about $60 for four people to play for two hours when the tickets were purchased from their website with a discount. They have cubby holes for you to put your items in, but there are no lockers. There's also not any hot food available. I wouldn't say this place is any nicer than rocket jump when it comes to the play areas, but at least at rocket jump you have rock climbing, lockers you can rent, and you have a hot food section. Hopefully get air didn't make me sick. Depending on the person, if you jump for like an hour and thirty min, you will be VERY VERY tired. I also sounded like I smoked for 20 years. disrespectful kids. a LOT. if you play dodgeball and miss someone or you are not doing that good, someone will be toxic to you, and do the L on you. Also, someone will hit you on the face with a dodge ball and not even care. they will put your cake in the fridge. no one watching us!! no adults who work there on the trampoline.. there are some really big kids, (I mean they are like 17 or something) on the dodge ball court! they throw really hard and it hurts. The park itself is great- it's the fact that they are severely understaffed on a Friday night. There is no actual attendant walking around to make sure kids are being safe. There were easily 30+ teenagers that were being insanely rowdy with multiple fights that broke out. Not one attendant in sight to ensure kids are being safe. I thought it was overpriced. A child ticket was $19 for one hour plus $4 for the required nonslip socks. I only saw one staff in the whole place, the guy working the ticket counter. No employees were out on the floor. There was a birthday party going on. Another major safety issue was that a laser beam projector was pointed at an angle where the laser beam was projecting directly into baby and toddler's eyes. That can cause eye damage and burn retinas. The foam cube pit smelled like urine and the foam was old and disintegrating, their clothes were covered with tiny bits of foam and I wondered if the kids were inhaling the foam dust. It was my kid's first time at a trampoline park, so they had a good time but maybe next time we will check another one out instead. A good thing about this place is the toddler time hours. We are in the toddler area for the whole two hours and parents with shoes are there with toddlers crawling around. I also didn't like that they put up a sign stating that bigger kids can go there. There's also one intance where a dad with shoes on started jumping up the trampoline at the toddler area to reach the very top of a ledge where the basketball ring is. Hosted a birthday party for my 13 year old here today. As venues go, I really liked it! The jump area is downstairs. There is an open jump area, a foam pit area, a basketball hoop area, a dodgeball area, and a mini-obstacle course area. The teenagers all stayed in the dodgeball area so they could throw stuff at each other, lol. Some of the younger kids who were at the party liked the open play area. The party area was upstairs, which I liked because some of the parents who were at the party were able to hang out there and talk if they didn't want to be downstairs with all the craziness. For about 280 dollars total, we got three pizzas. Three 2 liter bottles of soda, ice cream sandwiches, and party favor bags (not really cool for the older kids, but still included). Overall, I was pretty impressed by this venue. My only critique would be that I expected more enthusiasm and energy from the party host, but it could be a personality thing. Also, I wonder if it could be a thing to buy more time for a birthday party. Like, each party is 2 hours long, with 1.5 hours of jumping and then a half hour for food. But all the kids wanted to go back down and jump after eating...so would it be possible for an extra half hour of jump time to be included as one of the possible add ons? read more

Check in was easy and the space to jump was sufficient. They have a dodgeball area which my kids love! The young man helping us was friendly and kept checking up on us which was nice. We highly recommend the private room. Worth the extra $50! It can get VERY crowded outside. The bathroom can get pretty bad upstairs but understandable with so many people and having only two bathrooms. Bring extra hand sanitizers and toilet paper. Side note: I'm assuming that for a space that hosts parties wouldn't have to be so tight with their matches. Bring your own lighter or matches if you're planning on lighting up the birthday candles. Apparently the management at Get Air Poway did not get the memo that there was no school today and only had one employee on site. That made it particularly difficult when a little jumper took a knee to the nose right in front of me which started immediately bleeding all over. I am very thankful to the other parents who went and got napkins from the snack bar and sanitizing wipes to help clean up while I held the kiddo on my lap and held his nose til it stopped gushing. No employee ever came to help or check on us. The area still had not been thoroughly cleaned up by staff beyond what we had been able to do ourselves by the time I left. I can't fault the one poor lady working at the registration desk. Check-in is inefficient. After filling out release forms for 5-10 minutes (1 for every person), you must then check-in at 1-2 counter spots, which takes too long. Only one was operating during our visit. Just sayin', I'm glad no one was in front of us, otherwise we would've waited an extra 20 minutes. The kids had a great time playing at/in/on: Dodgeball, Foam Pit, Jungle Gym elements, Climbing Wall, etc. A kid hurt his ankle during our visit, and the staff was very slow attend to him ... the staff should have recommended the kid go to Urgent Care or the ER because it looked either sprained or broken. The massage chairs are just a giant tease for the parents. The staff shoo's you away from sitting in them if you don't put in extra $$$. The main reason I do not support this business is because it's dirty and feels like it is not being monitored by anyone. The people at the front desk act irritated and inconvenienced that people are there. Also, the male assistant manager is disrespectful and doesn't have any idea of professionalism. As a heads up, during school breaks, even though their website suggests they allow elementary school kids to come, they will NOT allow them in. Their website says "when local schools are out, toddler time prices will be honored, but jumpers may be required to jump in the little air section." To me, that means that it is not normal toddler time hours BECAUSE the schools are on winter break. I think I'm a little old for these types of places but my young niece and nephew love it. They have a blast every time. Price is really good per hour, it was like $18 but a little less for kids shorter than a certain height. The space is huge with different sizes trampolines and various foam pits and things to swing from. Adults are welcomed to jump too but again it made me a bit motion sick. They have an upstairs area to host parties and I saw people bringing in their own food for their parties. They do require you to buy their non stick socks, regular socks don't work. The place could have def been a bit cleaner. The ceiling insulation seems to be coming off and there was a lot of dust areas. Overall I would def take the kids here again read more

Absolutely zero supervision near the swing and monkey ropes where kids are climbing with other kids below them. The risk of falling onto one another is higher among the younger kids (especially since many parents are not watching their kids). The park is overly crowded with kids and teens of all ages running around. With no supervision, the older teens are not cautious of younger kids. Cons: the trampoline section was extremely hot/humid, the music was very loud and there was not a ton of employee supervision for the trampoline area. On subsequent visits (weekdays), the trampoline area was cooler/quieter but there was still a shortage of employees, both supervising and checking people in.
