Get air is very clean and always organized. I like how the employees are very nice and interact with the jumpers.

Excellent place to take the kids on a hot summer day. Air conditioned and clean. Price per minute to jump is excellent.

No star score, really. We had my grandson's 7th birthday party there. We set up everything at a table by the entrance. My daughter went and paid for the "amusement". The children all went to play. We arrived at 11:15am and no one told us there was a 75 dollar charge for that table set up for a birthday party by us. The children had already been playing over an hour!!! They had us move our party to a smaller table and then told my daughter and her husband that they would be charged 50 dollars for the table if outside food was consumed at that table. The children had already been eating their snacks and drinking their pop when we were asked to move to the smaller table??? Why wasn't the charge for 50 dollar charge for outside food told to my daughter at that time? The bench seat where my grandson was sitting had a wad of gum on the wall behind his head. Really??? Then to make it worse, we had to take the snacks and pop away from the children and throw it away and take the remainder of them back to our vehicles. Horrible place to go...not too clean or safe. A boy was jumping around in the section by the front door and his leg slipped through the mats and the springs under them!!! We thought he and the boy with him were just kicking back. Finally an employee came to help this poor boy, who was scared, pulled his leg out of there. She was not the person who should have tried. She was small, with glasses and the boys were bigger then her! The adults the boy(s) were with weren't even taken to him while the employee was trying to free this boy's leg. Watching it, we all felt bad for him. What a very horrible experience at Get Air! We will not be going back and will definitely not be recommending this establishment to friends and family! read more

Understaffed and undertrained employees. Terrible wait lines on weekends. After patronizing for over three years things never seem to improve although we did have one competent employee last year at a birthday party but in our experience and that of our friends that's a rare occurrence. We have decided to look elsewhere for this type of entertainment for our kids. read more

We visited this park for the first time today and it was not impressive. The carpet was dirty, the foam pit looked like it had seen better days and the trampoline area needed a good cleaning. On top of that, there was an employee who just did not want you to have fun. I felt like everything we did, she said something. I will never go back here again nor will I recommend anyone else go. I thought a trampoline park was supposed to be fun but the employee made sure no one was having any of that. To sum it up, I would recommend going to another park that is cleaner and to one where the employees are O.K. with you jumping and having fun on the trampolines. This place is one of the only places in Spokane my active teenagers like to go together. It is great that they are located in the shopping mall, so my husband and I can have a short date while our kids enjoy jumping and being active. The only complaint I have is they are not exactly efficient at the cashier. The line could be very long and moves slowly. They need a better system. read more

We took the kids at 11:30am on Saturday and had no problems with the place being understaffed in any way. It was reasonably inexpensive and the kids had an absolute ball. Unlike their location in Tri Cities, this location is large enough to handle the crowd without feeling claustrophobic. Highly recommend! read more

So disappointing. First time here (we've been to many over trampoline parks) and we won't be returning. The registration and purchase took 20 minutes because there were 2 people working one desk on a Saturday afternoon. The other desk was closed. It wasn't clear that you have to have grip socks until after you've spent the 20 minutes in line so you have to now waste 10 minutes of your purchased time standing in line again. There are very few places for non-jumpers to sit so be ready to stand when deciding how much time to purchase. The men's restroom has 1 stall and 1 urinal so be prepared to spend another 10 minutes of your purchased time standing in line for that. The different play areas are not clearly marked with rules so you have to rely on the 2 employees walking around to either tell you where to start the obstacle course, dodge ball, etc. or risk the dreaded whistle. It does have a lot of different play areas but what good are they if you're spending all your time in lines because of poor layout planning and low staffing. read more

So disappointed in this place. Their policies cause safety and security issues for children. Children under 46 inches HAVE TO stay in a designated area no bigger than the size of a backyard trampoline. Children over 46 inches are not allowed in this area at all, so if you have children both under and over 46 inches, you must either have another adult with you or your older children (as young as 5 or 6 years old) are expected to jump UNATTENDED in the big kid area where they are susceptible to bullies, pedophiles, abductions, and unchecked rough behavior. No wonder the place was empty. These policies no doubt will put this place out of business. We did not stay. read more

Granddaughters b-day party was on 3/4/2017. Scheduled to start at 5:30, for a party had to wait in line for 30 mins to sign up. Was told they had to clean up after the last party, that took another 15 mins. Then had to go up creepy dark stairs ( which are not safe for any child to walk up or down, there is no lighting) to the dirty rooms that had food on the floors and dust balls with food out side of the prison bars on the window. Pizza was supposed to be there at 6:30, these are all ordered in the morning before any party starts for the evening, the pizza did not get there until after 7:15pm. It was cold, not very good. I asked the child " HOST" who should take responsibility for late cold pizza, and I received an FU look from that child. I asked to speak to the manager, our HOST walked out of the room, did not see him for another 30 mins at that time he brought us in warm 2 liters of soda. Then when it was time to check out, that little twerp asked for a tip... REALLY!!!!!!!!!! So for over $250.00 you get a dirty room, rude employees, a cluster for party goers to check in, cold late pizza and a place the health department should check out. No clue who the management is, since never got to talk to them and why in the heck are they asking for any form of tips?????? would not got there again read more

Not happy at all. Had a birthday party here for my son at the end of July. The party was good and I would have been happy except at the end of the party, I had to pay for one extra guest and the woman that rang me up overcharged me. The cost should have been $31.29 (one extra guest plus a tip) but instead she charged me that amount 4 times. She called the manager over he supposedly fixed the problem and said it would take a couple days for my bank to refund the money. Well weeks later my bank account still hasn't been refunded the extra charges. I tried calling and talked to the manager who told me it was the fault of my bank - even though I confirmed the bank doesn't see the charge being reversed. So the manager tells me that it's all "fully refunded" on their side and there isn't anything else they can do. I ended up filing a claim with my bank. Super frustrating - I'm overcharged with my debit card and there seems to be basically no recourse via Get Air. Thankfully my bank provided a credit and is going after get air. I've spent way too much time trying to get this fixed for about $100. The party was fun - but pay cash if you go or you may find yourself stuck. I don't think I would go back after this. read more

Today we had horrible service. The lady behind the counter was yelling at arguing with only employees. The cashier were so rude to us. If you have a smaller child under 46' they have to stay in a kid area that is so small really only four kids could play at one time. My six old was left out. They charged me for sock that were required then told me they were sold out but next time I come in to request my socks. So I had to argue with her that I would not be coming back and to give my sock money back. read more

This place has a very open environment for kids and adults of all ages. It's more then just trampolines, there's obstacle courses, dodgeball, basketball, knocker balls, slack lines and more. Always enjoy my time spent here and it makes me want to come back for more. read more

Worst birthday ever!!! They are so unorganized!!! We booked room #2 and got placed down stairs. We booked a private room because we have tons of small children. Then we ordered 10 pizzas and only got 6. When I told her she was like oh we forgot to order them it will be another 30 minutes. Really?!?!! I said forget it in not waiting another 30 minute for my pizza when the pizzas were 20 minutes late any way. I kept having to ask for more forks plates and cups. Btw it is $3 for 5 waters. It isn't included in bday package. And $23 per jumper so if a parent goes with their 2 year old that counts as 2 jumpers just a fyi. We spoke to Taylor and devyn about our situations. They were super rude and didn't even care. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!! They are so disorganized. Then we received a t-shirt included in our package and she gave me a little toddlers shirt when my son is 10 like really?!?!?!? No apology or sympathy or nothing just oh well you should of asked. No customer service skills what so ever guess when you work around little kids all day that's how you start acting huh well that's what I got!!!!!! That was my first and last time there!!!!!!! Its sad that half of my guests had to sit on the floor because there weren't enough seats. And yes I did tell them I was having 30 people and we got 12 seats like really?!?!?! Horrible!!!! We go here once a week at this point ONLY for our kids. The staff are always rude and unattentive and never have enough employees for the amount of customers. We went last night and had to wait in line for 37 min just to jump, had only 1 register going and employees walking behind the desk, only to walk off again. Both change machines were not working. Gatorade machine ate 6 dollars worth before getting one to actually come out! The couch in the toddler area has a collapsed section. We have 4 kids plus 2 adults so we spend 70+ dollars and were told when we paid the cashier didn't know how to get us our points. This is my first time ever doing a review. And sadly have read through and notice you guys only are responding to the ones you are saying "see you soon at Get Air" So nothing will be done I am sure. But parents when going here bring your own drinks, you will save alot, don't use the purchase tickets ahead cause you still have to stand in line to sign in and get wrist bands, bring your own quarters cause their machines never work and they never have quarters at the till, and bring wipes because the place is VERY VERY dirty. took the kids there this morning for the first time. what a great experience. exceptionally helpful and cheerful staff at the front desk, and 'Triniti' in the actual trampoline area assisting the kids with advice on completing different tasks made for a really enjoyable time for them. it has a variety of activities to challenge the kids and keep them interested. great place - great people. read more

It took me 2 days, 6 phone calls, and a combined total of 1.5 hours on hold to book a birthday party. Also, the level of unprofessionalism I experienced was astonishing. I had one representative "accidentally" disconnect my call after holding for 32 minutes to reach someone. Another representative thought she put me on hold, but actually didn't, and she had no idea I was listening to her talk to her coworker for about 15 minutes. In that conversation, she told her coworker that she was just going to leave me on hold for awhile because I would probably hangup eventually, she had no idea what my last name was, which she would need to look me up in their computer system, and then I got to listen to her discussion about what kind of new phone she is planning on buying. I was finally able to book the party with representative #4 today, and at that time I requested to speak with a manager about the unprofessional service I received the night before. She said all her managers were in a meeting and that she would have one of them call me back as soon as they got out of their meeting. 10 hours later and I'm still waiting for that callback. If there was another trampoline park in Spokane, I would have gone with them in a heartbeat. Unfortunately you are my only option, and since my daughter has her heart set on a trampoline party, I have to go with your company.
