Great place. It's so empty on weekdays it was almost like my son and I had the place to ourselves which gave him lots of room to do everything. weekends are just as fun but with a crowd. I'm upset I didn't get the name of the young man that worked at the register on 3/13/24 around 6/7pm he was very polite and friendly.

This is one of my cheap go-to places when the kids need to run off some energy. I usually get the 2 hour pass from Groupon and let them run wild. There are plenty is spaces for adults to sit, there are massage chairs, vending machines and they sell jump socks for $3.50 each.

Unsafe condition

This place is super rundown and some what unsafe. Equipment is old and needs attention. Square padding is gross and falling apart. It's gets all of your clothes. Price is comparable to ones that are much better quality. They even go so far as to put do not use signs on the water fountain in order to make you pay for drinks. Yet they do not have any water just sugary sodas. All the padded squares are falling apart and get all over your clothes. Plywood exposed in a lot of locations where somebody could get hurt. Springs constantly open that could cause injury. This place is a joke.

It's finally time this area got something that the kids can enjoy. The closest trampoline park is so far away so this is a win. I like the fact that they offer Groupons occasionally. We visited on a Friday and although there was another function scheduled they did not have a problem accommodating our group of little people at the same time. The owner even came out to make sure we were good while checking in, I thought that was very nice. It presented clean, safe, and all without traveling across town. As for the adults I wish there was a little more for us to do while waiting. Maybe more comfortable seating or a lounge perhaps. Also, a kitchen would've been nice to order food from other than pizza.

My daughter was down from DC so we decided a trip here would be a great idea for her and my son. Check in was seamless and they have socks you can buy at check in. The space is plentiful and even with a couple of birthday parties going on my family had ample space to enjoy jumping. Everyone had a good time for the 2 hours we allotted! I think I had just as much fun jumping as anyon

I don't know why this place gets anything less than 4 stars. My two boys had so much fun. We went during the week early so it was only about 6 other kids which gave by boys a lot of space to enjoy. The workers were not as attentive or pushy but honestly I like it that way. I signed the waiver, I'm ok with my kids getting wild and I'm ok with other kids getting wild with them. They are boys and they got some good unorganized play in. Also all the parents where watching their kids so if a kid had to wait either I or another parent would just say so, easy. The attendants job isn't to watch your kid for you. I may have felt different if I had girls or if it was more crowded. Awesome experience with my boys. They had a ninja course, basketball, a foam pit, and a ladder challenge. Cool stuff.

The kids had a great time!!

I visited this location earlier today for a birthday celebration. This was my first time here but it will not be my last. Upon arriving the cashier was very helpful and pleasant. The facility is clean and very well kept. The "play" area is divided into two sides. One side is for the younger kids and the other for older kids/adults. It is also well supervised by the staff. I noticed that a couple of the younger kids had wandered over to the other side and the staff member blew his whistle and escorted the younger kids back over so that they did not get hurt. I had a good time here today and the kids had a even better time!..I think that I may use this facility for my older son's party.

When you go on Saturday and Friday it is the best they turn off the lights and it's called club air! Recommended

Review by @SoldByMarvin on Instagram,TikTok,FB…read more We were very happy to be back here for the first time since the pandemic started. Our daughter was due for a show of appreciation for being a great sport. And she has wanted to visit this place again for a long time. There's lots to do for kids of all ages up to teenagers. It does get a little busy depending on the time of day that you visit with the staff has always appear to be very helpful and friendly.

This is pretty easily the worst indoor amusement park I have visited since the kids were born…read more Stopped by for a visit with my two kids, ages 10 and 7. From the moment we walked in, I had a sense we were in trouble--they were out of trampoline socks in all sizes except extra small (to their credit, we were not charged extra for socks). The staff wasn't that friendly. My 10-year-old went on the climbing wall, but the staff member there didn't tighten the harness enough. The Wipeout activity, along with a few other attractions, were not staffed so we were charged for the access to these attractions but couldn't use them. The go karts were a dumpster fire; many of the cars were not working, the staff looked disinterested in, I don't know, working, and those who did drive usually only got to drive for two laps...on a Sunday night that was pretty empty. The Hologate VR activity wasn't working and it turned out that only one of its four games even did work...and the attraction was staffed by a person who had never played the games. The tables were pretty messy; is anyone working to clean equipment and eating areas during the day? This place is a disaster. If there is anyone managing the location, it is clear they don't care about quality given the state of the space. I'm glad I stopped by to confirm that I won't be coming back to an Urban Air location anywhere else.

And they had WiFi so I could work while they played?? Sold! Parking was easy. They don't share their lot with any other business. The space is a decent size , with bounce houses and air hockey. The staff was younger, and not really engaged. Similar to what other Yelpers reported, but that wasn't a big deal since I wasn't hosting a party and I honestly didn't need anything besides the WiFi password. They had a space to order food even though I didn't see anyone there and their bathrooms were pretty clean. Overall, my nephews had fun and it's an option to consider if I need to do something last minute and inexpensive.

You will still need to use the Groupon to buy the ticket in advance online though and buying tickets online involves filling out a waiver form. My toddler isn't quite 2 yet and took a bit to warm up to this space even though we came on a weekday morning with what seemed like mostly nannies and kids. Not too busy but the inflatables were a bit intimidating for my little one and then she eventually warmed up. There's an infant area too but I would have loved to see some pretend play like a toy kitchen. It's a really affordable play area though and there's no limit to how long you can stay, so you can eat there and I even saw massage chairs haha

I had no idea how extensive this course was when I bought my daughter and her friend (for her…read morebirthday) a gift certificate to this place. We live in in-town Atlanta near the zoo and have done the tree top quest there many times. You can't really compare this one to that and I think most climbing/zip lining places (like we did on our last summer trip in the old city of Montreal which has a fun one) are different. I thought the price tag (around $45) was on the higher end but given the time you spend here it's definitely more reasonable than I thought at first. Even after probably 2-2.5 hours my 8 year old didn't want to leave. For the little ones, they have a smaller course which probably won't occupy them quite as long, but it's also cheaper, and he (my 5 year old) also enjoyed it as well as the trampoline in the sky ball throwing place. Skot, the manager who helped us get set up, was super nice and friendly. The staff in general were helpful here and the tutorial for how to use the harness and hooks seemed to suffice, although at times we would have liked for more people around. Part of the course being so spread out is that even on a busy holiday weekend, at times the kids were really by themselves. The thing that maybe stands out the most about this place is how independent it is. At times the kids found this frustrating but I think it inspires independence, helps build confidence, and ironically the lack of help at times maybe ends up being more of a plus. It also means that there are fewer bottle necks assuming you aren't doing the course with a big group, as there are many points where you have to wait for someone to finish the section before you go. The scale of the place also helps thinning out any sort of lines. It's important to understand that there are a series of levels and difficulties and different courses within the overall park/terrain and it's a sort of choose your own adventure situation. In this way, you can hook and unhook yourself to these different courses as you transition and walk within the space. My daughter really wanted to advance past level 3 and had gained the confidence to do so, but you have to be 12 or older for levels 4 and up. From a weight perspective with some of the course set up (and zip lines), I think this makes sense and ultimately my daughter loved it and still didn't want to leave. We saw quite a few teens there who seemed to be enjoying themselves too, but they said there were fewer zip lines and more obstacle type situations with the higher levels. I would definitely come back here and especially as my younger one gets older (I think it's 7 and older for the bigger course?) try some more of the tracks. There are also some snacks at the main ticket place where people standing by can munch. Be sure to wear closed toed shoes

They have a small lot and then some street parking. I would advise to get there early to find a spot. Registration was easy and waivers could be done online. There are portable toilets for use. Upon arrival you get a colored coded wristband. Then you go to a platform to get harnessed up and gloves are availablefor purchase $5 each. When I visited in 2023 they were provided for free. Luckily, I had noticed this change and used my gloves from before. You can wear your own gloves. I would recommend durable, garden type gloves that allow flexing and gripping of your hands. The staff harnesses you up on the platform. Next is orientation where they show you how to use the hook and zip line attachment. There's a few practice areas. Brief but detailed orientation and then you're on your own to explore. The guides don't lead the activities, you navigate them independently and are responsible for following the directions provided during orientation. No helmet provided. We opted to start at level 1 and within our 2.5 hour time frame we were able to complete levels 1, 2a, and 3. We skipped 2b and wasnt able to get to level 4. It wasn't crowded. It just takes time to get the hook over certain areas and having to help others with that kind of slows you down. But I didn't feel rushed. Every time we started a new level we we first and no one ahead to slow us down. The experience was fun. My kids loved it!!! I think people of all ages with decent health can do this activity. Its a full body workout for sure. I was drenched it sweat. Better have good knees. It was challenging as far as balance and navigating some of the obstacles. Workers are noted throughout for assistance but they're on the ground. Based on your colored armband the workers will call out your remaining time for your visit. And I wouldn't recommend if you have balance issues, get dizzy or fear of heights. They have the chickpea level for ages 4 - 6. The remaining levels they recommend for ages 7 and up. It worked out great to have my 11 year old go first then my 7 year old with me behind so the 11 year old could help in front and me behind with navigating the hooks when it got a little tricky. Even some adults need help at times. The platforms are small IMO. They said 3 people per platform but some could barely hold 2. Level 3 did have the best zip lining experience. I would definitely recommend for couples, families, solo and friends. Great team building thing to do as well. They have a concession stand that sells drinks and gifts. We had brought our water bottles and was able to drink halfway thru the adventure. They have benches and tables scattered around that you can sit at. They do birthday parties and have night time experiences. I would definitely recommend that you wear sunscreen, bug repellent, comfortable clothes and sneakers. I wore a slim fanny pack to carry my phone and keys.
