A blast for the kids! Took a heard of children there while babysitting and they loved it. We spent the better part of an afternoon wearing them out. The place is divided into sections, based on age appropriateness. So, each kid was able to have fun and go wild with minimal injury. Dodge ball was a hit. They all loved the big foam pit, too. I fell once, by the second time I bounced on the trampoline I was being whistled and blown at to "stand up!!!" Sorry folks if I don't move like I'm a teen anymore, but I'm not. Even the young children were chastised for not getting up quickly enough, and these kids were doing everything they could to get up and jump more. Get Air is great fun...but....it I would echo the safety issues. My daughter was jumping their today and indeed she tried something she shouldn't have. Not anyone's fault that worked there but she took quite a hard hit to the head and was literally sobbing. I was holding her in the corner right next to the employee monitoring the place and she never, not once, asked if she was ok, offered ice or anything. After my daughter complained of blurry vision we went to the ER. When the doc heard our story, he asked "do you know what we call that place" We said, "no". He said, "Job security". Then he filled us in that at least several kids each weekend show up in the ER after going to the trampoline park. Diagnosis of my daughter? She had a minor concussion. I get that it is not a guarantee that kids stay safe and as a parent I watch them pretty closely but you can't control everything. I would have expected at the very least someone would have said something when they see someone crying and clearly in pain. Maybe it is a liability thing, I have no idea. My basic message. It is a blast, it really is, but it is not safe. I saw lots of kids jumping with no parents watching them. It is so easy to assume that there are people watching and you can relax and leave the child minding to the workers, but they are certainly not the least concerned when your kid gets hurt. My son was assaulted in the dodgeball area and their staff did nothing to break it up. He was tackled by one kid while another punched him in the face. My son ended up with a black eye, and they tried to blame it on him saying he started it by hitting first. That was until we watched the video and saw that neither did my son start it nor did he hit anyone. The facility did not do an incident report, and said I would have to call the police. They were out of water and when we bought Gatorade we were told it couldn't even be in the jumping area even if it wasn't open. Bring lots of water if you plan to stay for more than an hour. They need more people watching the kids. At least 2 people would feel safer. I did my best to watch all 3 kids but obviously it's kind of hard to know where they all are all of the time. This weekend my family went to Get Air, we will not be going back for some time. In the past when we have gone with our son, now 3 years old, either my husband or I would pay for a participants wristband. This way one of us could play with our son while the other watched and or took fun pictures. The Lil Air area was great and we always enjoyed it. Apparently since this past summer they changed the rules so that parents are not able to jump with their little ones anymore. Let me be clear that when I say jump, considering the babies in the area it would be more appropriate to call it light bouncing. When the referee came over to ask my husband to leave the young kids area he was rather rude and unwilling to have a dialogue about the rules that I KNEW hadn't always been. The bottoms line is that if you are considering taking a young child that may be slightly timid or nervous about playing on a trampoline solo then this is not going to be a place for you to enjoy an afternoon. Honestly without the parental interaction being permitted I would think it better to just get rid of the lil air jump and end the guise that the place is available to "the whole family". read more

We took our three year old here for a fun outing for him, aaaand the eternal quest of all parents of wild small ones - the hope of burning off some of that inexorable energy. He's alternately fearless and strangely timid, so we weren't sure how he'd do, especially with so much stimulation - the kids, the music - but he really had a great time. There are a few options for small kids - a couple designated trampoline lanes with large bouncy balls, the foam pits, and I think they mentioned a basketball hoop, which we didn't use. So the good: he was entertained for the hour we paid for, and I thought it was very reasonable - around $10 for an hour and the special socks. There were enough attendants and they were paying attention to what felt like a pretty good balance to me - they were correcting kids when there were too many in one spot, for example, but not harshly, and not so fast that an attentive parent wouldn't have a chance to correct their kids first. I was worried that my son would be too young to enjoy it, or that he'd be in danger from bigger kids, and those fears turned out to be a non-issue. The not so good - their check-in process is NOT very streamlined, which is exacerbated by having hyper children that are ready to play. I think you can do the waiver online ahead of time, which I recommend - I wish we had. Also note, it must be done for any attending adult, even if you're not jumping. And finally, as we were arriving, Fire department paramedics were coming in with two full stretchers and equipment, which was a little unnerving. I'm assuming it wasn't a life threatening emergency, because they weren't moving very fast, and business continued as usual, buuuut... it did still give me second thoughts. Paradoxically, I felt like I was pretty comfortable with safety in the age-appropriate areas for the little kids, but would have felt a little more nervous with the more aggressive jumping of the older ones, had my kiddo been older. read more

The staff is very annoying; they should make the place "bounce at your own risk" and let the parents decide. Kids less than 46" high are bound to only two areas and you cannot go into these areas to play with them. And then there are THE RULES... so many rules that it's virtually impossible to actually have a good time. The staff are always lurking and calling you out for anything. I have a 6 and a 4 yo and they were not able to play together and when I tried to put them together I got a 14 yo telling me how to care for my sons! They don't get me again; I prefer to purchase a trampoline and make my own "Get Air" at home. If they add more areas for little ones and allow parents to use their judgment to whether is safe or not; this could be a very fun place. We finally made a stop at Get Air today and I have mixed feelings about it. We came in and you have to fill out a waiver, which they require you to give them your phone number and email. I am not sure why both are Alabsolutly required, so they got fake ones. The prices are not to bad to be honest, for me and one of the kids it was $26 for an hour (she was under 46 inches). We were given instructions on where we could go with the little one, which to me is really limited. She could only do the "little air" and the foam pit, and not sure if she could do dosge ball but it was not her thing. I really felt that she was limited at this place, and that they could do a little better for the little ones that are almost at the limit. I will give it to the employees, even when they have to remind kids of the rules, they are super nice and friendly. Bottom line if you have a child that is right at the limit you will feel very limited, but if you are going with bigger kids it should be a better experience. read more

After going to the ninja course and watching a few kids run the course, one kiddo came up and was unable to complete certain portions of the course. Yet the young man working/controlling the course was very helpful. The young girl was crying because she couldn't do parts of the course, but he sat her down and told her to try her best and do what she can because that's what counts, she eventually finished what she could on the course, but I thought it was reflective of their employees and their business that he took the time to help the young girl and boost her confidence. read more

Horrible for family's with toddlers. We use to love it but they recently changed their rules for kids shorter than the front desk. They must stay in the kids area which is extremely small in comparison to the large warehouse and parents can not jump with them. Anyone with an active toddler knows trying to confine them to a little room in a big building that to them looks a large playhouse is not easy. Then the staff does not let them climb, and if a parent goes out there they are on you in a second. We litter ally spent the whole hour watching toddlers be reprimanded by the rules and parents getting irritated trying to enforce them also. Whoever came up with the new idiotic ideas was not a parent. They said it is for insurance reasons. Breaking news though you sign a waiver, that should cover it. You check in at the front and sign your life away in a waiver warning death and paralysis. Sweet. Lots of vending machines, including a healthy vending machine (that's a new one) but don't worry it's right next to the junk food machine and a hurricane simulator. Pick up a pair of required jump socks for a few bucks. Fork over a whopping six bucks, walk past the signage barring intoxicated people (smart move- keep the barf off the tramps) and walk up the ramp all while ignoring the safety video. Everyone has a colored wristband and when your hour is up they call your color. I love that they have a separate trampoline for kids under 48". Perfect for a two year old. Even better they had balls and my child loves her some bouncy balls. After a half an hour of bouncing we were off to the foam pits. A trampoline that rockets you into a giant pit filled with foam blocks. One child per pit- another solid rule that I appreciated. Taylor Swift and the Biebs were heavy on the sound system with a little can't keep my hands to myself thrown in. Man, I just can't get Selena's jam out of my head... I know I could but why would I want to... Plenty of trampolines for the big kids. Dodgeball, rock climbing, obstacle courses like next ninja warrior, and party areas are all representing. No ambulances or paramedics were seen- so that is a good thing. The refs were paying close attention and blowing their whistles when needed. Teeny bopper girls with raging hormones were lusting after the refs. Pretty comical to watch. It's like the modern day roller rink. I'm old. I will own it. The second hour is discounted. Bonus! Great value for the money and a great time. Plenty of bench seating if you are just observing. I even spied a few massage chairs in the lower level- get those bad boys up near the lil air so I can get my much needed rub down like Edgar M suggested- Genius. Was Excited to finally have a trampoline place in Tucson. However, not that impressed with the place. No clear direction when you first get there. Pricing doesn't really make sense. No A/C and Mosquitos. No clear area distinctions for young kids and older kids. We waited in a line to pay, which was the only line there, only to get to the front of the line to be told that we needed to be in another line to fill out a waiver. Then get back in line again to pay. Not fun with a 2 and 4 year old. The 1 hour thing seems silly to me as well. Just let me pay a flat rate to jump. My kids are too little to actually jump for 2 full hours, but can realistically jump for about 90 minutes. Pricing gets a little expensive for 2 kids under 5 to jump for 90 minutes. Also, if I'm coming here for my kids, I'm not really jumping. But I'm not gonna let them run around by themselves, so I'm gonna have to get on the trampolines, which means I now have to pay a full price jumper fee. :/. Why not changed the perceived value for the customer? Parents jump for free, unlimited jump, with a flat rate. Realistically, I'm not gonna be here longer than 2 hours, at the most. You could probably get more money out of me that way versus the hourly thing. Just saying. read more

I hosted my boyfriend's 31st birthday party here and everyone who attended had a blast. It is impossible not to smile and laugh when jumping on a trampoline, and despite the gaggle of kids running underneath your feet and that slight tweak you just felt in your back it's kind of impossible to stop. The process to set up the party was easy. You have to pay a $50 charge for an hour of jumping time plus, like, 45 minutes of party time with a table in the back of the place. Each person jumping pays $11. There's a waiver that you have to sign prior to jumping, it's available online as well and I would recommend signing before you go, so you can avoid the line. It's a bit disorganized and the customer service is not quite up to par at the sign-in. There were 4 people who looked like they could have signed us in but none of them really greeted us and I had to muscle my way to one of the girls to figure out how to sign-in. They have party associates assigned to each party to help guide you through the process - Isaiah was super helpful and let us store our party stuff in the back since our party table time wasn't for another hour or so. Again, customer service is lacking, the majority of the employees seem to have no idea how things are run - I think they're just there as crowd control. When our pizza was delivered the delivery guy called me but there's no service so I didn't get the call (not to mention I was having a blast jumping). I think they should train the employees at the front to watch for deliveries and have the party associate tell you your food is ready. Ultimately it's a great deal for the price you pay. You get an hour of jumping time (we actually jumped for probably 1.5hrs) which is plenty for an adult, because even the most in-shape adult will get tired here. Kids no doubt could stay all day, but too bad so sad. This is a fun for all ages kind of place! I definitely recommend it for parties or just a good time - just be prepared to deal with a certain level of incompetence. I mean, they just opened so maybe the employees will get it together with time. They have the air conditioning and good music blasting too. Fun! read more

He can't do anything but the toddler area and the foam pits.. even though it's EMPTY, he's played on other ninja warrior courses, knows how to jump on trampolines and I desperately need him to waste some energy.
