We had our daughters birthday party at Get Air and we are so thankful for the service we received. All staff was friendly and helpful. Referees were on top of keeping our kids safe while jumping. We were very disappointed with the customer service provided by the staff during our 2nd visit. On our first visit, SOCKS WERE INCLUDED with the online price but not for the 2nd visit. We were requesting for a courtesy to give us the socks included in the price but they refused to. We ended up requesting for a refund. Business 101.......keep your potential, returning customers. Came here for a 5 year olds bday party. They have a great area out of the way for parties to set up for food and gifts. I saw a lot of employees around and near the pits and felt it was a safe environment. The only catch 22 was in the toddler or small kid area you as an adult obviously can't go in but the child wants the adult to go in. Wish there was a way for both to be allowed. read more

I can see this being fun for older children; however, I am frustrated by their rules for small children. I took my 4 year old here and was shocked that I was forbidden from playing with him. Small children are banished to a single small little area called "lil air" and parents are not allowed in the same area to play with their children. I asked to escort my 4 year old into the other area where I could play with him, that was forbidden as well. I watched a mother get yelled at for going into the "lil air" area to get her crying child. Wow. This is not a place to take your small child. Their rules forbid you from enjoying time with them. Cool idea. Not my favorite. My youngest was only allowed to play in the lil air section(and the foam pits)-which I totally get. But they wouldn't let her sister play with her and she is 1 year older but very petite, she's below the height rule of 46", and doesn't weigh much more than her sister. So of course they were sad they weren't allowed to play together. I get the rule! you don't want little ones playing with bigger ones. Liability and safety are important but I was very frustrated that within those rules they still wouldn't follow through. It felt like organized chaos. One staff member said one thing and the other said another. I think it's a great place for older children. (Above. 46" tall) and adults. Not so much for little ones. So. I've been to places like this before in other cities. This was one of the best. Other reviewers cited AC issues...was 100 degrees outside when we got there but i thought it was comfortable inside so AC must be working. My biggest issue was waiting 90 minutes to get in (and we did the lines in the right order). The place was packed when we got there and thinned out while we sat there waiting so I know we could have gone in....I think some investment in technology to manage a one in - one out system would be significantly more efficient and make them a ton more money (for a half hour before we got in there were at least 50 people that had left from when we got there so that is lost revenue for them). If my 5 year old hadn't given me the puppy dog eyes, I'd have left for sure when they told me what the wait would be. I thought the "refs" and supervision of the bounce areas was pretty good. My family and I went to get air and the place was HOT, which almost made me pass out, and the ninja obstacle course was really bad. Speaking of the obstacle course, at the end of it, there's a pole that is set in a very bad area. It looked like about 1 story high and the ground you slide down on is rough, and I should know because I broke my foot there. So if your planning to go to get air, DON'T! We booked a birthday party for a 10 year old. The other kids were 13, 10, 8, 7, 6, and 4. They all had a blast. We could barely get them to sit down to eat, have cake and open presents. They did not want to leave when the two hours were up. I would not recommend bringing little ones that you have to watch constantly. It's a very busy place. The host didn't have to do anything for us, but he offered. He did take a group picture for us at the end. If you book a party, bring your own drinks, snacks plates and decorations. Overall it's a bit pricey, $150. but worth it. The birthday boy got a t-shirt and 4 free 1 hour passes for Monday through Thursday. I'm sure we will be back. read more

My kids went here for the 1st time with my sister, they loved it, they were able to use the whole place, my sister said it was awesome, so I decided to give it a shot and go. There was A LOT of people in the front waiting to be pay and gwt in but only ONE girl checking everyone in, only 2 computera to sign the waiver and another bunch of people there. Once we were in I loooved the place, fun music, clean, a lot of ataff supervising kids; however they don't really know what's going on, in the front the lady told me they could use the whole park, once we were in they let my 6 year old to go ONLY to the left and my 3 y/o to go ONLY to the right (in this little tiny space for little ones)as a parent who is always alone with her kids this made things pretty hard, later on they told my 6 y/o he was too short to be on the left and he needed to come ONLY to the right side, it was pretty frustrating getting different information from everyone. read more

Let me start by saying that its a great place for kids to have fun- jump around and enjoy. The lower rating is due to the poor management - especially for birthday parties. We had hosted a birthday party (30 jumpers + their parents). The time they allow for hosting party is 2 hours. They simultaneously allow multiple parties at the same time slot(it was around 5 including us). The poor management comes in when they already have 5 parties scheduled at same time and when the guests are arriving, they have just 2 people for check in( on a Saturday). What it leads to is that it took the guests 35-45 mins just to sign in. Even those who had signed the waiver online had to do it again as the staff claimed 'they didn't receive it'. On top that they were very rude to the guests too. Upon requesting the manager to atleast extend the party time, he said its not their fault- the guests should have come in 15 mins before the party started. I feel when they are expecting so many people to arrive between a certain time slot(just the different party people and not even the regular non party customers), how can they not plan it out by proper staffing.As per the manager, its the corporate which keeps it that way. In case the corporate reads this review- please let this be a feedback which you learn from. Many of our friends said they liked the place for kids but they probably would never host a birthday party here. read more

Leaving the line to get in the waiver line was annoying enough but then had to wait 15 more minutes in the paying line was really frustrating. Party Experience Not the place for a little tykes birthday party (5 year olds on 9/8/13). The $50 deposit is actually a fee to provide you a picnic table in the back area of the warehouse. Your party area is no more than a table among ~20 set up in similar fashion to Peter Piper/Chucky Cheese (YIKES). You receive no help from staff and are lumped in with the 200+ other kids amped up on spring board adrenalin. There is a lack of staff in most areas and no one helps facilitate any aspect of your party. Facilities The staff indicated air conditioning is on order and should be installed soon. DO A SITE VISIT if you plan on anything there. The room was easily 90+ degrees with 100% humidity. It was actually warmer inside than out... quite a feat for Tucson. They did a good job setting up the trampolines. Overall public awareness and social norms kept folks organized in lines with no crazy pandemonium. I was skeptical because I had read a bad review. I am so happy that we did not believe it and scheduled my son's birthday bash there! It was a very reasonable $25.00 for the reservation then $11.00 a child who jumps. When we got there we checked in at the special party check in table. I had included information for the parents to pre-register online with the party invintations so there was very minimal wait for the kids to start jumping! The check in attendant was friendly and very helpful. The party host was INCREDIBLE! She helped me bring in my decorations, pizza, cake and presents. She was very accommodating and overall couldn't of been a more attentive and pleasant representative of Get Air. She even made sure I had remembered utensils, when I realized I had forgot napkins she ran back and got me some. I LOVE that you can bring your own food, cake, decorations and favors. Much better than places that make you purchase their overpriced food. The children had an absolute blast at the party. We had so many complements about the venue and how much fun the kids had that in June when my step-children have their birthdays we will be returning here! Get Air is seriously the best place I have ever thrown a children's birthday party. I use to come to this place all the time just to let my kids jump and even had 3 birthday party here. I would drive all the way over from Oro Valley because I liked the place until I went there on Sunday 4-9-17. The staff is crap. There was about 5 to 7 kids in a group that for some reason got to do what ever they wanted. They were in the dodge ball area pounding other kids in the face which states on the rules no face shots. A parent went up to a staff member and complained and the staff member told her what do you want me to do about it. She said I will go talk to the manager and he said make sure you tell them my name is ( don't remember the name) my kids went inside to play and the same group of kids did it again with the face shots. Now I am getting pissed because the staff has talked to these kids about 7 times and nothing happened. One of the many kids that was hit in the face went to a staff member and asked why the kids had purple wrist bands that were call over a hour ago and they said o they have different wrist bands which is Bs. I went to a different staff member and asked the same question and he said let me check and got on his Microphone and asked then he walked off and never came back. I went back to the staff member that walked off and asked again why do these kids have purple wrist bands that were called over an hour ago and his reply was I don't have an answer for you sir. They are sure to take my money fast. If these bully kids have a hook up and get to stay for free and punk kids around like this then I will make damn sure my kids and all the friends I have that have kids will not spend any more money on this place. We've been going here for years- my kids love it! I have always found it safe and clean. However- it is really time to do something about the SLOW check in process. please!! it seems to take nearly 5 minutes even for those who already have a signed waiver- why on earth is this? The trampoline place in Mariana does not seem to have this issue. With a waiver on file, takes 1-2 minutes for the entire transaction. This place either needs more check-in staff or a computer system upgrade. Just too annoying! Also, the machine with bottled water is often broken- would it be so hard to put free water and disposable cups in the lobby? It would really be tremendously helpful. All in all, we really do like this place but PLEASE revamp the check-in process to speed things up. It absolutely can be done! read more

This place is not good for young/short kids. For those with short/young kids they severely limit the options. So if you have a birthday party with lots of kids of different ages or family with young kids, skip this place. In fact as parents we were not allowed to jump or play with our four year old. We have been going to Get Air for years. We have had several birthday parties there and my children have always had a good time. Today I went on to their website to book another party and I was shocked to see how much they've raised their prices! A party that used to cost our family about $200 is now $320+ for the exact same service. I understand that they may need to raise prices to offset other costs, but a jump of almost 60% in less than a year seems insane! Came here after the kids had a half day of school. I wanted to do something to get them out of the Heat and we came here to three out of four AC units not working. When I made a comment to the girl at the front desk she told me we are in a metal building and it's hot outside so of course it's going to be hot in here. when I registered all of us for jumping they gave us bottled water and said they didn't want anyone to get overheated. I have been here in Cashiers and they have never offered bottled water. It was always cool enough so they know that they are too hot in here and as far as I am concerned they should get it fixed before letting people jump it is borderline dangerous! read more

This place was absolutely horrible. For start we walk had never been before we see a long line so we decide to stand in seeing as how there was only one person cashiering on a very busy day when there is two lines that can be used. We wait in this line for 15 to 20 minutes to be talked to like a 2 year old child by a very rude MONIQUE who told us that we need to check ourselfs in and the kids and points at the tiniest lol white paper sign stated what she just told us. Not telling us that even if were not jumping and just watching the kids that we have to sign the waver and get out of line for a second time I mean come on its getting to be a joke by this time. She then tells us everything as if she absolutely hates it here I say here cuz I'm still standing here watching the bull crap. After being talked like I was I ask for a manager she then cops more attitude with me as if I woke up to ruin her day she says she's not here and won't be here all day handing me her card for a ms yaxaira dorame. With no number of contact no email what so ever. After paying 42 dollars for three kids to jump around. We decide to grab a couple of snacks from the machine that didn't give us any snacks took our money and we asked to be reimbursed they told us know that they didn't own the machine and that we wouldn't be getting anything in return and to just contact yaxaira once again. Maybe more then one manager an at least one adult that cares about this place would be nice. I think the gentleman underneath me said it the best place for kids ran by kids we will never return except to get our money and have a talk with yaxaira who evidently is the worst manager ever. We were 3rd in the door, the place was completely different then I expected, I guess I was just expecting a place like the other trampoline parks. The employee who was working was not interested in the jobs at all and looked annoyed. I don't understand why they call it toddler time when there was kids there who had to be about 5 or 6. I'm sorry toddler goes to maybe like 3, 4 at the oldest. The whole point was so the little kids can play without the big kids but they were still there and not very nice to the little kids. They had music going which was good for the vibe but the overall facility was bare and lacking the fun look, unlike other facilities. It was definitely not as big as I thought. The jumps socks that were given to my 2 year old son were bright pink and way to big, that was the smallest size they had and my son was distracted by them falling off the whole time. The ref who sits up on the wall by the dodge ball court was just talking back and forth with the guy at the front desk on the walkie talkie about random stuff, even making fun of people which I overheard. They were not as strict as I read in some other reviews, I was allowed to jump with my son which I was so happy about. If I wouldn't have been able to play with my son we would have left right away. The trampolines in general were okay, some areas were not safe, they have the bumpers over the springs to keep you from hurting yourself and alot of the areas had the springs exposed. Which is unsafe. My son did not have very much fun because there was older kids in the little kid area which had two balls and they would purposely run away from him and not share, till I finally gave the little kid a piece of my mind and he threw the balls and left that area, where he should have never been anyway. Overall I won't come back here, I would rather drive to the other side of Tucson to the "other" trampoline place which is bigger and has more to offer. The only plus is your little kids or "toddlers" can play in all the areas during the "toddler time" which is a plus, I would NEVER come here during regular business hours and my son being confined to that one little area for little kids, it would be impossible to keep my son in that area. Took my daughter for her birthday here on Saturday. It was pretty quick. Signed a waiver, purchased socks. Got a little discount online. First 30 minutes was great. My kids 14, 10, 8 and 3 were having fun jumping around with good music. Then a female employee told us my 3 year old had to remain in the Jr section. He couldn't play with his brother or sisters and was confined in a tiny area all by himself. He was puzzled. He started to cry and my other kids wanted to go and play with him but they weren't allowed in there. Something needs to change there. Siblings want to be together. They were able to play in the foam pit. That looked so filthy. There are stains everywhere, including the jumping area. Another employee told my 14 year old she couldn't push my other kids in the swing... She wasn't pushing them hard. Just helping them. It's full of rules and regulations and just not worth it. The employees seem like they hate their job. The check in guy at the front was pretty cool and the other guy in the Ninja zone was the only other employee smiling. We started going here when they first opened a few years ago when my daughter was about 3. We've been going several times a year since then. We went back about 6 months ago and my 40 inch tall 6 year old who has had the run of the whole place (except the ninja course) is now suddenly limited to the very small kids area. She was entirely ALONE without other kids around so she couldn't even play with her barely taller brother or cousins whom we came with to have a playdate with. When I tried explain to the check in person that my daughter has always been able to go all over the park until now she was extremely rude and condescending. We just had my kids birthday party here this past weekend. I wish I would have read these reviews before I booked it. Most of the kids had a great time but it is kind of a nightmare as a parent. You have 2 hours which seems like a lot- if you don't book your party right when they open at 10. we spent the first 20 minutes signing waivers and waiting for an employee to take us to where we needed to be and set up. Then, the birthday girl is only 3 so she was it the little kid area without most of her party. My littlest one is only 1 and she fell really hard on her face in the little kid area so obviously I went in to comfort her- don't do that!!!!! I was bouncing a little (feet not leaving the ground, staying in one place) as any mother does when comforting her baby and got yelled at by the kid monitoring immediately. Also, try explaining to your 2 toddlers why you can't jump and play with them. My birthday girl went to try to to jump in the foam pits- she was yelled at by another kid for "not jumping far enough back". She is 3 and tiny! She wouldn't make it from farther back. Why let the littles in the foam pit at all? Then we had very little time to eat and have cake. We were rushed out right at 12 even though there were plenty of places open for people to set up their parties and had no time to open presents. We had to pack them up and open them at home and send videos to people of her opening presents. I give it 2 stars for being clean and the kids did seem to have fun for the most part. read more

We tried to take my two sons and their cousins here for one of the boys' birthdays (two five year olds and two three year olds). The birthday boy ended up being slightly - and I mean very slightly - over the height line for the kids area. The 15-year-old attendant told him he could not jump in the kids' area with his cousins, which means he would have been jumping alone. We asked for a second opinion and the second attendant told the first attendant that it was her call. The first attendant still refused to let him jump in the kids area, so we left. Note that he is five years old. The customer service is always terrible here and the check in process is very slow. We won't be returning. read more

Went 2/20 and had a horrible experience. First if we are going to make it a height requirement we should have an actual ruler to measure the kids! Not a estimation/guess on height. I brought two kids (3 & 5) my Little wasn't allowed to jump with me even though it's a jump at your own risk. So her brother went to jump with her (while no other kid was in the little section) got told to get out. I whole heartily understand the whole no big kids in the little kids section for injury reasons but we are talking about no other child besides my two where there. Also there was another child marked little even though she was my son's height. So I'll repeat get a ruler to measure kids heights! Don't guess on who can and whole can't !! Cause he's not allowed in. Mind you my daughter was so upset that she was separated from her family. How is this family friendly? Also the rule about double/triple flips that's played over and over the tv isn't valid unless your a friend of the people there. We saw a man doing several backflips and wasn't told anything. If it's jump at your own risk my child should be able to jump at my discretion and be able to jump with me and my son. The place has gone down completely. We had my son's 2nd birthday party there and now the rules have changed for the worse. Also your women's bathroom smells like you clean it with urine! Was told about toddler time and then in the same breathe told only my daughter could go and my son wouldn't be allowed. Don't waste your money here!
