She's created a small menu of great and affordable dishes . I'm Vegan and went there thinking I'm in for a mediocre experience - especially because this place isn't DEDICATED to veganism . Well I was proven wrong. I had the endless egg salad sandwhich. She broke down how she made it. We got raw deserts. A brownie with no sugar and all whole food ingredients. The only problem was, she was the ONLY one working...at lunch time. While we were there, she called someone to come in to help. But by then, it was too little-too late. Not very many healthy options in the AV so we wanted to try this little restaurant. We got there ordered to go and it took at least 30 minutes for a salad and sandwich which were both amazing! The only problem was they have one person making all the food and one person running around not really doing much to help. Tried it again the next because we liked the food so much even brought a friend with us to try, but we weren't even greeted at the door and waited there for 10 minutes while she was on the phone, looked at the dining and saw no one really had their food so we decided to go across the street for Panera. What a find. The butternut squash soup I had was the best I've ever tasted. Likewise the sweet tuna sandwich was unique and delicious. My husband had the turkey/kale soup and a turkey sandwich and he said both were very good. I'm very sensitive to MSG so it's wonderful to be able to eat something so good and not get sick. (Mozzarella on request) THE soup was amazing it had so much flavor! The pizza was amazing, it had a thin crust which I LOVE. I ate all of the soup and had left over pizza.
