But it turned out they did an incompetent job of resealing the tub, so it was still leaking. And six months later, the water damage was back. I made repeated attempts to contact them about this, but they just ghosted me. That's when I checked the California State Licensing Board website and discovered that Get Rapid Restoration doesn't even have a license, and had been doing the work illegally. Stay away. My rental in Victorville unexpectedly had a huge leak coming from the kitchen ceiling. My tenant was calling me telling me that it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. However, I reside in Los Angeles about 1.5 hours away and it's already late in afternoon. I started to call and message various plumbing companies in the high desert. After searching we found Get Rapid on Yelp and contacted them right away to see if someone could come fix our issue. Ron responded quickly and was able to come to our condo within the hour. Ron is very nice, professional, honest and understanding. He wasn't able to solve the issue right away and stayed until 9:00PM. Ron promised to come back the next day afternoon to help us and bring back more equipment to fix the issue. The next day they installed a high-quality heater and will be back next week to install the right safety straps for earthquake safety. The cheapest option is not always the best option. I went with him because he quoted 95$ for my clogged toilet. He came on time and 3 hrs after he left the toilet clogged again. I called him and he said I had to pay 650$ for a Hydrojetting for the clog to go away since it was caused by buildup in the pipes.Luckily my handyman that we used on a regular basis was close by and we rented the big snake from Truevalue to clear the clog. We found that somebody had flushed some masks down the toilet. Since Ron did not use the big snake it temporarily relieved it and the clog came back. He did use the professional big snake that big companies use. Sadly, I will not be using their service again. read more

Worst service ever. Ron charged me $225.00 to clamp a leaky pipe in a small section of my closet and $2500.00 for two blowers and a dehumidifier because of mold from the leak. He recommended his company to handle the whole job. After feeling pressured by someone he connected me to on the phone I agreed. He had his equipment hooked up for 2 days. When he came to get his equipment a plumber I hired came out minutes after he left. He stuck his hand under the clamp and showed me water dripping in his hand which prove that Ron did not clamp it correctly. Now I am out of all this money because all he did was blowed hot air on a leak he did not secure correctly.
