He wrapped up and cleaned up, and after we discussed possible next steps, he got us an estimate for further work within the hour. So, like everyone who has left a review here, I too can also rave about Sam and his company. I got Sam's name from a man who had installed a central heater in my 1928 house. I loved the guy's work who installed the heater, but I didn't want to use the same company he was with because I did not like how they handled the business side of things. Sam was exactly what I was hoping to find to install the central air. He explained in detail what I needed to know, how much it would cost and how much time he thought it would take. He kept his word with all of that! During the install, he also found a 100 year old pipe attached to the toilet that had corroded and was spilling the contents into the crawl space. If he didn't catch that when he was under the very small crawl space, It would have gotten way worse and cost more. And who knows when we ever would have ended up finding it! He came back to fix that in a few days for a very reasonable price and within hours so our tenants didn't have to be without a toilet for long. He also saved me a few hundred dollars by fixing it in the very small crawl space instead opening the wall in the bathroom! I just love this guy! He is one of those people who care about the quality of his work AND is very reasonably priced. To me, that is golden and very rare these days. read more

The Owner of the company (Sam) arrived on time for a client supplied toilet installation wearing PPE. He actually assisted me in bringing up the toilet from my SUV. Once he viewed the currently installed toilet made a surprising determination. That there was no need for a new toilet and that the this one worked just fine. The water supply line to the tank was disconnected and simply needed to be reconnected which he instantly did. The only item that needed to be purchased was a toilet seat. He did not charge me for the visit and explained how to install the seat and texted me the purchase location and preferable brand. Sam also checked to see if it were in stock. He offered to install the seat if I needed him to for a minimum fee but felt that I could easily do this myself. I went to HD and purchased the seat and later that evening successfully did the install per his instructions. I have never met a more upfront contractor. Due to his advice and honesty he saved me $500.00. I recommend this licensed contractor for any of your plumbing needs. The only way you go anywhere else is if this one is unavailable. read more

We had a water leak at our house. We couldn't diagnose it ourselves, but our meter was running constantly resulting in a huge water bill. A trusted friend referred me to Sam at Get That Fixed Plumbing & Drain Cleaning. Sam picked up on the weekend, and was at our house in less than two hours. A couple weeks later he came over with the new faucet unit, installed it which was not an easy job considering the 1947 degraded tile he had to chip away at... It wasn't long before he had installed the new unit and it's been working like a charm since. His bill was fair and reasonable as is all his jobs that he's done here at my home. How about this, I'm away working on location on a movie out of state, the 1947 sprinkler pipes burst out front and who comes to save the day, Tom! Over the phone via text he sent me pics of the damage and his repairs, and the bill was again fair and reasonable. My 1947 sink gave up the ghost year before last, Tom came over and was able to save the old vintage unit (it looks too cool to replace it) and it's been working beautifully since, and here it comes... the bill was fair and reasonable.
