This was my first time in West Palm Beach and Parasailing (bucket list). I bought my ticket online, signed a waiver and came to the Riviera Beach at the southern dock an hour ahead of my scheduled time. Our hosts were Paulo and Kaitlyn. Both were very generous & passionate, and helped explain the rules. We had a great speed boat ride going and coming back. The ocean was absolutely gorgeous 500ft above, glistening with the sun's rays. I'd highly recommend anyone that hasn't gone parasailing to do so and give Adventure Watersports a try. read more

tried to book a sunset cruise for 2 but wouldn't let me book for less than 3. When I called I was told the minimum booking is for 3 people "to cover their costs". I guess they don't want my business. If zero was a option that is what would be given. We were email the night before our Parasailing excursion and boat tour with a cancellation saying because of bad weather the tour was canceled and we could rebook in two weeks. Yet is was 90* degrees all weekend. We set our reservation almost 3 weeks in advance as the Excursions are normally booked. After the cancellation we were not able to rebook with any other excursions because they were all booked out. We were fully reimbursed but that ruined the full day of activity. When we called they were not polite at all even with the situation. read more

Tried to go parasailing here over a long weekend, but Adventure Watersports canceled our reservation 3 separate times. Each time they called to cancel just 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time, so we had already packed our car and started heading down. We were very flexible and rescheduled each time at Adventure Watersports's preferred time, but it didn't matter. While they gave different reasons for cancelling each time, it turns out that they were just bumping us for larger parties or canceling when they couldn't find additional parties to join us on the boat. read more

Based on our experience, can't say I would be quick to recommend. My 17 yr old daughter, who had parasailed in Hilton Head before, was excited to take her friend parasailing for the first time while on spring break. My husband and I couldn't go along as spectators because they ended up with a full boat...no problem, we understood that was a possibility when we signed them up(although we didn't realize how many "flyers" the boat could accommodate...and 12 is too many IMO) so we just had a couple drinks at the bar nearby while we waited for them to return. Upon return, my husband was headed over with tip in hand. My daughter intercepted and said, "I wouldn't bother dad...it was pretty underwhelming". She went on to explain how the captain(and mate) didn't do much to engage the passengers. Our family has done a few parasailing trips over the years and this just wasn't what we were expecting...especially when spending $200! read more

It was my daughter's 14th birthday Friday, and I went online to find a place to go parasailing. I live in Boca and the places vy me have horrible reviews. So when I came across adventure water sports and read the reviews I decided to go there. She has never done it, and I haven't done it in 22yrs. I bought the tickets online through there website for next day sailing. Im very happy to say that the reviews were right!!! We drove out there and upon arrival we were greeted by a valet parking attendant for Sailfish. His name was Fred and he was very polite. He directed us where to go. We walked up to a Lil hut where I confirmed my purchase and filled out a waiver. We waited about 15mins for the boat to come back in. Then greeted by Jason and Kenny and boarded. There were two couples coming along as well. The boat was clean, and in great condition. We got out on the water and strapped up in harnesses. Jason and Kenny gave instructions and had great personalities. Everyone had a great experience. While waiting our turn to go up (we were second) we saw a group of dolphins swimming adding to the awesome experience. They wished my daughter a happy birthday and took great photos of us( bought the photo package). We had a smooth sail and my daughter loved it. When we came back into port, my daughter and I were talking with one of the other workers at the hut Austin about water skiing. So after about 15min discussion we decided to go out and try that. We received a 10% discount on water skiing because we had just went parasailing. It was a different boat, also clean and great condition. Austin was the captain and the instructor and it was just me and my daughter. He asked what music we liked and played it. He had a great attitude and was very patient. Water skiing is definitely harder then it looks but we had such a great time trying to do it. The pics and videos I took are priceless. A classic "what you think you look like, and what you really look like moment." The experience was awesome! I honestly could not have planned it to be that awesome. The crew, the boats, the equipment, the service was on point. Definitely check them out if you want a fun day on the water. We will be going back for another attempt at water skiing. This was so much fun! We were four 60+ year olds and felt like teenagers! Half of us were first timers, and Jason and Stephanie made us feel safe and secure as we sped out to the Atlantic Ocean. The equipment was in outstanding condition. They required us to wear our life vests, which we were fine with. They were training Patrick, so we also got to hear the safety features and what to look for. The check-in procedure was easy. We purchased the photo package for the 4 of us, and Stephanie took 200+ pictures which she gave us on a photo card to keep, so we could download the pictures to multiple computers. We would definitely go back. It also feels good to support a local, family-owned business. read more

had my family in town and came up with the idea to rent a boat on friday afternoon at 3 PM, through the use of getmyboat.com, by 4 PM i was booked with Captain Jason for the next day from 12-2. The boat was exactly as described, Captain Jason, his wife and beautiful kids set the boat up with tubes, wakeboards, water and other beverages, etc. My family had the best day together. The online reservation process was very easy. Jason stayed in contact with us throughout the day because there was some rain in the morning, but thankfully moved out before we went​. It was our last day of vacation and it was the most fun we had during our week in Florida. Jason is super nice and was very patient with us because my daughter and her husband had never been water skiing before. He was very thorough in his directions on how to do it and very helpful. After trying to ski, we did some tubing (which was more up my alley) and he made it fun as well. After that, we had a nice tour of the area and then back to the dock. It was by far the most relaxing day of our vacation thanks to Jason. My husband commented that we should have just had Jason take us out every day instead of trying to find other things to do in the area. If we ever go back there, that's exactly what we will do! Great day with Captain Jason on his boat. Clean, fun, friendly. We did a private charter and we were asked what activities my three teenaged girls wanted to do. They had s blast! Cpt Jason was helpful, patient, very nice, funny and so accommodating. I recommend his company to anyone wanting to get out on the water. I suggest a 4 hour charter because 2 hours is not enough. It is way more fun than you expect and time flies. We were there over our winter vacation and we will come back to them every time! read more

We charted a boat on Thanksgiving and it was the best Thanksgiving we have ever had. Captain Jason was fantastic and great to spend the day with. He was great with our teenage daughters and very patient in teaching them to waterski! Spent Friday morning on the boat with my wife and 4 kids. Captain Joe was awesome. We all had a great time. He was great pulling the tube with the kids on it. He even gave me a fun ride on the tube by myself. We got there early and they took us on out and even kept us out longer than we were scheduled.
