Horrible customer service. Ordered one bottle of product. check the tracking every day for 7 days straight and USPS tracking still sitting at "shipping label created, still waiting for product. how long does it take to put one bottle in the mailbox? I sent an email asking whether or not they have the product or if this is scam? Also if they were just out of stock just tell me and refund me. I'm not waiting a month for something I paid for when I'm on a budget. especially when there are hundreds of other websites that do have it in stock. Apparently reading hurts their brains as well because my email was lengthy (to them I guess) and instead of answering my questions, the reply was "that's some crazy talk. chill out bro, nothing is that serious". that was it how the hell does this place have good reviews? they must pay people with the money they get from scamming people online or they just use bots. how hard is it to reply to an email with an answer as to why it's taking so long? It's easy you just say "oops sorry we're out of stock", or "oops sorry we forgot to put your order in the mail, it'll be in the mail today. here's a discount on your next order. sorry for the inconvenience". see how easy that was? you slimy pieces of trash. I would have let it go, had they had the decency to respond with customer service instead of "chill out bro, nothing is that serious" who the hell owns this piece of garbage business?! I have family in so cal, I will make it a point to visit all of your garbage brick and mortar locations for whole business day and stand outside and make sure anyone going into the store knows that they scam people online and tell is to "chill out bro, nothing is that serious" when we question why it takes so long to put a tiny bottle of tablets in a mailbox. sorry for hurting your brain "get yok'd" nutrition's customer service bro, with my apparently lengthy email (oh is this lengthy too? I've been coming to this particular Get Yok'd location since I moved to the SGV. I am beyond impressed with the prices, the cleanliness of the store, and the supportive environment. That isn't why I come to Get Yok'd though. I come to this particular supplement shop, because the people who work here are extraordinarily dedicated to making YOUR goals, THEIR goals. Two people in particular have gone above and beyond to make sure all of my training goals have been met, and exceeded: Jake (who has moved), and Alex. Both of them have been extraordinarily kind, supportive, and friendly. Each of them explain the benefits of the supplements I'm looking for. They, as the rest of the employees at this store, are never pushy. They aren't trying to shill stuff to you, and everything suggested is done in a way that really seems genuine, and patient. Good stores with good prices are everywhere if you look for them. What is harder to find are quality employees who make you PROUD to support a business. Go in and check it out! read more
