These two have fixed 3 of my phones, even when AT&T could not. They are honest and realistic with how much time it will likely take (so far each had been done earlier than promised). If they can't fix it the price is much less for the same amount of work, which is really considerate, and they give a good idea of what they think is wrong and the likelihood of it being fixable. They have fixed broken screens, sand, and water damage, as well a software issues. If they think youcan fix it on the spot they are kind enough to tell you how, free of charge. I called around for prices to fix my shattered GS4 phone screen. Kenny was the ONLY one who took the time to explain my options and why his business would not do the least expensive option. In addition, before I hung up he told me what questions to ask other companies if I choose one of them to make sure I had some basic knowledge of the process in order to make an informed decision. I was promised my phone would be ready within 3 1/2 hrs and it was ready in 2 hrs. I had never received the level of service provided by Kenny by any company BEFORE becoming a customer and the level of service after was just as outstanding. As if that wasn't enough, the cost of my repair with the Gadget Ninja was better than the others I called for the same service. I won't go anywhere else. I only wish they repaired TVs too! read more

My lg2 cell phone had a cracked screen and i went everywhere for a solution. Everywhere said the same ideas of sending it in for repair at 310 and 2-3 weeks for repair, get a new cell at 700 or get an entire new plan! But i was lucky and i got a card for this amazing shop! They told me up front hat the cost would be (at only 120!) They informed me of the risk sense we both were unsure ho back the crack was and they got it done in under 2 hours :D It turned out as good as new and they even took the time to go over the best case that i should get for it.! Used these guys 3 1/2 months ago to replace a cracked screen on my Samsung S6, noticed 2 days after picking up phone that one of the edges seemed a bit raised but I went out of state and just never found the time to go back so I took responsibility for not taking it back and getting them to fix. However, the past 2 weeks my battery has not been working properly and I decided to go back to these guys, thinking it was possible if the screen was not connected right maybe it was shorting out or something. The gentleman there didn't acknowledge my concern at all and just said "so you want to replace the screen and battery?" I said no, nothing is wrong with the screen please just the battery and make sure the screen is on right this time. So We leave, come back 45 minutes later and he says the battery was definitely bad, charges me 66$ which we were quoted 50 on the phone. The he proceeds to tell me he has bad news, so he shows me a black dot in the upper right hand corner of my screen, he tells me he broke my LCD screen. I look at him and said uh, what? What are you guys going to do about this, he says oh I am sure my manager will give you a great discount on a new screen. I said uh no you need to replace it for free. He says well I need to talk to my manager first, so I demand he write on paper and sign that he broke my screen. I ask him if this black dot will spread and he says no. So we leave, drive a block away and noticed the screen is getting worse. We try to call, but we know they were closing for the day. We leave 2 messages. The next day my husband calls several times until he finally got ahold of someone whom he thinks is the manager and this guy tells my husband, no no no, dont worry we will take care of it we are express shipping a black screen to be here Saturday or Sunday we will call you when it is in. So by Saturday morning my whole screen is black and the phone is not usable, so my husband calls them several times again until someone answers and they say they wont have the screen until monday or tuesday. So my husband tells them that is unacceptable and I guess we will have to go with white or gold. So we drive down there, I show them the screen and the "manager" immediately says "only water damage does that to a screen" He proceeds to blame me for the damage and argues with me for a good 10 minutes. He says he will eat the cost and fix the screen because they are not out to steal peoples money but then proceeds to ask me if I want 7 million dollars next. I asked him if he was really being a smart ass to me after they broke my phone and if this is normal for how they run their business. Now this whole time, they have another customer standing there listening to all of this. I politely slid my phone on the glass counter and said please just fix my phone. So he did fix it... but I was so appalled and how I was treated and how unprofessional they were. My phone has NEVER had water damage. Please be aware, if you use these guys.. if something happens to go wrong they will treat you like crap and try to say it's your fault. read more

What a complete waste of time , i called for a quote, the receptionist who seemed very rushed on the phone, tells me they didn't have time to fix my phone currently, (was given a price quote over the phone) But if i'd like they would make an appointment. I agreed to set an appointment date, i called back to confirm when i would be bringing my i phone 5 in and all of a sudden the price has gone up by 30 percent. Were not talking about in a months time or anything , but mere days it was 30% higher for the screen. How can u justify over charging your customers like this??????? Ive been self employed for most of my life and if i ran my business like this i would be out of business. I'll have to find another repair facility. read more

My Samsung Galaxy SII was having some issues which I narrowed down to be likely caused by a charging port problem. Since I have never had to take a cell phone in for repair (most of my phones have all been covered under warranty or insurance) I turned to the internet and a Google search directed me to Gadget Ninja and their basic website. A quick phone call put me in contact with Kenny. He had the part I needed in stock and he explained to me what the work would entail, how much time would be needed, and quoted a reasonable price... so off to Gadget Ninja I went (the storefront was easy to locate thanks to photos and maps from their website). Upon meeting Kenny, I was impressed by his personality. He is a genuinely nice guy and he seemed to pay attention to the phone's symptoms and listened to what my needs were to make sure he met my expectations and repaired the issue. He also tried a few simple fixes first to "save you the trouble and expense of a full repair if all it needs is a little cleaning", which didn't work so on to a full repair. He told me that he was very busy that afternoon and the repair could take a day or so. OK. No prob (its not my main phone anyway), so I went along with my business. I received a call just a couple hours later that the repair was completed and things were working great. I was unavailable to pick up the phone at that time, so my wife ran down to get it. She was equally impressed by Kenny and his customer service and thoroughness. He explained to her what he did to repair the problem and demonstrated the lack of symptoms present on the phone. My wife and I both felt confident that the repair was done by a competent technician (all their work also comes with a 90 days warranty). As a fellow small business owner/operator, I appreciate Kenny's (and Gadget Ninja's) outstanding customer service. He provided us with more than just a repair, he provided us with a pleasant experience. All my future tech repair needs will be brought to Gadget Ninja first! read more
