Sent an email was told they'd get back to me with a proposal, missed their own deadline. Sent another email to Nicole: "really don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. No response to my 2 internal request for a quote, I have to email you. Then your own deadline isn't met." Then Nicole asked me question some that I already answered in my initial requests. Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. They have competitive pricing. I brought in my own balloons and a few days later when I came to pick them up, they were wonderful.
