We scratched our floor 2 hours after having it installed when moving the fridge :(. I thought the vinyl plank would be more durable. It is nice we don't have to worry about water damage on the vinyl though.

On the negative side, there was a lot of problems with my order: A) The tile that I ordered was not in stock so it took an additional 2 weeks to ship the tile. B) The tile arrived broken. I would normally say that this would be the fault of the shipping company, however the tile was packaged very poorly. It was 50 lbs of tile which was cushioned only by Styrofoam peanuts. I'm surprised that anyone in the tile business would ship tile that way. C) Processing my refund is taking a long time. They said 2 weeks and it's been over that without a word. I sent several e-mails asking for updates and they are not responsive. Finally when I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they got back to me. They seemed to be unapologetic too. I guess they don't really care about their customers.

Then they tell me the salesperson wrote the order wrong, the price was clearly wrong and can not get the sofa for probably months. My wife tells them to refund the money. They say ok but it's been 4 days waiting for refund. I've bought from here a lot but this leaves a really bad taste.

Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

I'm in the market for good ole used junk and most of what you'll find here is new junk. The used…read morejunk can be highly suspect (half used cans of spray pain and toiletries at one vendor - eeeww!!) and much looks like the remains of a bad garage sale. That said I've learned to bypass most of it and go to the vendors along the far back wall. I found a cool vintage milk delivery tin which now sits happily on my front porch and the boy (who is an audiophile) found a stereo piece at a price that made him very excited. He wasn't able to hook it up there to see if it worked and the vendor was willing to take it back if it didn't. It worked perfectly. The neighbors found a beautiful antique chandelier for $5 stuffed in a box under a table. I wouldn't drive out my way to come here but it's cheap weekend amusement if you live in the area.
