Nail salon number 6 on my search for a new home salon in the area. Located at the Foothill Ranch Town Center, I was intrigued given the name LUXURY spa. Made a same day appointment. Check in at the front desk with your phone number. Loved how clean the place was. Everything looked new and organized. It was easy on the eyes. Given I don't do any fancy gels/dips... I chose the GG Luxury pedicure ($60). They had me choose between lavender or eucalyptus for my treatment - i think it was the bath salts and the lotion for the massage. They used the entire packet. The pedicure was mid. I should've just gone with the regular pedicure. I had a male nail tech that didn't even bother filing down the sides of my nails after he cut it. Did not even clean the dry skin or clean under the nails. He did give a great massage (5 stars). I had to file the edges of nails when I got home because it felt sharp and was not comfortable. The nail polish was also done very thick. The pedi felt rushed but spent a lot of time with the massage. Overall, I think this would be a great place if you do gels/dips with the fancy nail designs. Just not for pedicures. Staff was really nice, just not the service I was looking for. read more

Got a regular mani pedi. The massage upgrade was lame dont pay extra for it. My manicure literally almost cost me my finger. My skin was cut and it kept bleeding during the session. The manicurist tried to paint over the dried brown blood (with clear polish??) while it was still also ACTIVELY bleeding. It bled for a whole day and 3 days later its so painful. He also didnt even ask if i wanted a cut he just took 2 seconds to file the corners. Look ay my cuticles 3 days later looks horrible. I dont recommend this place. read more

I recently started coming here after experiencing issues with another local nail salon (gel not lasting, nail tech refusing to listen to my wishes). I explained to Tammy my concerns and specific requests, such as trimming cuticles only by hand and not using the e-file, and she was very receptive and understanding. She really took her time with my service to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the results. She does a beautiful job with my gel manicures and they are lasting me 2-3 weeks again. They have a wide variety of gel, polish, and powder brands and colors to choose from. read more

Best pedicure work! Tim does an amazing job and was so satisfied with my pedicure, I got the one below the top one and wow. $45 was so worth the service! Tim was so meticulous and had such attention to detail. Very gentle when doing my ingrown toenails and removing lol the excess cuticles. Massage chairs are too notch. Salon is very clean and uplifting. Only wish there were more glitter options but overall great experience. Love this spot and it might be my new go to! read more

Henry is my favorite nail tech. He did 1 new full set of French manicure with builder gel on me a few weeks before my wedding and they were great. I think full new set was about $90-100. Henry did my nails again a few days before my wedding, and I got a gel-builder fill with French tips. I believe it cost me about $70-75 (hard to remember because I also got a pedicure that day). I got so many compliments at my wedding and even 2 weeks later! My nails are not lifting after 2 weeks and being hard on my nails with cleaning/cooking/working out. Salon itself is relaxing and clean. Nice upbeat music playing that isn't too loud and Netflix is on the TV with episodes of Bake-Off playing. read more

First of all, let me start off by saying I have been coming here since I moved closer to Foothill Ranch and let me just say this place is just fabulous. I have never walked out of here disappointed! Henry just did my nails and I showed him a picture of what I wanted, he did exactly what I asked for. The color, the shape, the length everything was just on point. These people are awesome! The people here are genuinely so kind and Henry was making me laugh! I love the inside, it is so gorgeous! They decorate for the holidays which I LOVE! I had a terrible experience at this salon and would give negative stars if that were an option. I called ahead to schedule a 5:30 appointment for a poly dip manicure with cat eye, and the gentleman who answered confirmed the time and service. When I arrived, one of the female techs started removing my old gel polish and applied acetone foils. She seemed distracted, juggling her children who were running around the salon and helping walk-in customers. She told me to let the acetone sit and that someone else would finish my nails, she then immediately started working on another client while my nails soaked. Twenty minutes passed, and I asked her how much longer I needed to sit. She pointed to another technician and said she was finishing a top coat and would be with me shortly. I waited another 15 minutes. By that time, five other customers had come in and were already receiving service -- while I was still sitting there with foils on my fingers, over an hour after arriving. In over twenty years of getting my nails done, I've never experienced such disorganization and lack of professionalism. I finally expressed my frustration, and the woman switched back to me briefly before passing me off to a different technician, who giggled and apologized throughout the process -- which felt incredibly unprofessional given the situation. I left feeling completely disregarded and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for timely, professional, or quality service. read more

Tammy is the best! I've been going to her for over 8 months now, and she's always done the most perfect nails on me (I've had different shapes and color combinations). I had my wedding a week ago and went to Tammy a few days prior, they turned out absolutely perfect and I got soooo many compliments. I even asked her if I could get an "M" for my new last name on one nail, she got specific letters for me to choose from. My mom comes here with me and Henry does her nails who is also fantastic. Their prices are reasonable and they have great pedicures. Very clean salon as well, which is important to me. This salon is right by my house, I made the switch from a previous salon I was going to for 8 years after moving into the area and I am so glad I found an even better place! My first gel manicure was truly a delight, with the nail tech taking true care and detail to my nails. I am someone who pays a lot of particular attention to my nails and appreciate someone who puts so much effort into the quality of my manicure. My next time back, they communicated they weren't satisfied with how my gel manicure was lasting and recommended gel x. I was very impressed with my first gel X experience and when I returned, was told unfortunately the prior nail tech no longer worked there but was set with Tammy who has taken diligent care of me ever since. We're coming up on almost a year of gel X on a single set and I have NEVER experienced a single issue with my service or nails. Every three months I go in and I get a pedicure with just a basic color - not gel. I get really disappointed because the plastic nails that they show you , that have are supposed to represent the color polish , are not matching to the colors that they bring to you! And I went through about five choices and every single one they brought me was so off it was shocking. After a while, you just wanna give up and he said that really those nails that they show you are really for gel nails, so I don't even know if they match at all, but I was very disappointed. The last two times I got stuck putting a color on that I don't like. you know for 40 $50 bucks I'm walking out unhappy with the color , this is happened the last two times and he looked at me like I was crazy like, are you serious? You're not happy with the color, but there was six colors that they tried and none of them matched the fingernails that I had selected from the Plastic fingers that they show you. I won't be going back. your colors don't match anything that I picked or what I'm looking for . they look like they did when I got in the door because what they showed me was misrepresentation of what they actually have and they don't want to tell you that ! so I am very discouraged with this place. I'm I'm not gonna go back ever.. I would suggest being honest and upfront. Allow people to pick the colors on their own since your regular nail polish colors are limited and don't match any of the plastic fingernails that you tell them to choose from. Secondly, be honest and say they don't really match. We'll try to adjust the color so somebody can choose a gel color that actually would match, if I knew I couldn't get the color I wanted I would've chose gel, but I was never given that option. Give them the option instead of torturing them and making them sit there and go through 5 ti 10 different polishes before they find one that's anywhere near or something they would even considered. It's a dishonest . practice. I like when people can pick their own nail polish like they used to your situation doesn't work for me and wouldn't it work for most? It's deceitful and disappointing in the long run. Nobody comes there to get their feet washed. They come there to have the exact color that makes them happy for that month or two that they're stuck wearing that polish.! read more

've been to a few other nail salons in the area, and let me just save you the time--go here for Gel-X, trust me! Ask for Tim or Henry. I hate when nail techs make my nails look wide; my nail beds are already wide, so only really good techs with an eye for detail can make my nails look nice--and Tim and Henry do it the best. I've never gotten a pedicure here before, so I'm not sure about that, but even if the pedicures weren't great, I'd still get them done because of how perfect my nail shape turns out here. I have been a regular here for almost a year now. I have always been very picky about how my nails are prepped for gel polish as my nails tend to thin and weaken over time. But I come here every 2 weeks to see Tammy and omg, she has changed my view on getting my nails done. She is so meticulous with her work, from removing the previous polish, to prepping my nails and cuticles, and to the application of the gel. She never ever applies over my cuticles and my polish lasts until my next appointment. Tammy is also the sweetest person ever and she genuinely cares. read more
