The owner was unable to get a contractor to get the phone out that night, so he worked all day the next day to retrieve the phone himself so I wouldn't have to wait another day. On top of all that, they paid for my dinner because I had to come all the way back from DC to get the phone. Crazy ordeal, but just an example of how much they are willing to do to help out their customers even when they weren't at fault. I will absolutely be coming back any time I am in Fredericksburg. We never had to ask for plates to be cleared or flag someone down when we were ready for dessert. We started with the calamari, followed by the lasagna, and finished with the lemon cake.
