Big burger, but know seasoning cooked in the meat. The fries were hot and service was good.

Best burger I've ever had, staff are very friendly and it's well worth the drive if you want the best.

I am eating Carnivore and asked to order just the hamburger patties and was told by the owner that I had to order the full burger at the full price. I said I'm only ordering the meat he said then order the entire burger @7.99. I went to McDonald's and ordered off their men, got 4 1/4 pound patties for $7.00. I will never do business with them and just sharing the experience I had with them. read more

Did not have high expectations from a burger joint attached to a gas station, but the dog had to pee and we had another 4 hrs to our destination, so we decided to chance it. I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, you better be hungry. Each patty is around 1/2" thick and large. My husband ordered a double and couldn't quite finish. The meat is slightly pink and juicy. Toppings are fresh, and even though the bun was soft it still managed to hold it all together. I've paid twice as much for a burger not even half as good. Fries are nice and crispy, but need salt. Holy cow!! Besides the fact that they accommodated the weirdest food allergy order (ever) & even called us back to double check the allergen list, these were the BEST DANG BURGERS EVER!! Huge. Delicious. Juicy. Fast. The Philly cheesesteak was so well seasoned, Philadelphia should be embarrassed or they need to rename the sandwich here for something proprietary...like Philly-cheesesteak-is-weak,-ours-is-better. I had heard of Giant Burger from my wife for several years since she used to have a business in Rhome, but for one reason or another, we had never had the opportunity to eat there since we have been married. That was happily remedied today while out on a morning motorcycle run. I am a huge fan of a good burger. Nothing pleases me more than a juicy hand formed beef patty on a large bun with all the vegetables. I really got that today. This burger comes with 10 oz. of perfectly cooked beef (yes, that was TEN ounces) on a 8" bun with fresh tomato, lettuce, and onion. It came at my request with bacon (3 slices). This was exactly what I was looking for. Along with it I ordered onion rings which were crispy on the outside and still moist and tender on the inside, perfect. Now, this is a "burger joint" attached to gas station, but it was clean, cool, and with plenty of tables to sit at. The menu had other things besides burgers so there are options and they have a breakfast menu as well. If you are looking for 'ambience', this is not the place, but if you are looking for a great burger, Giant Burger has to be on your list. Oh, I almost forgot. They do double, triple, and quad burgers if you want. How you would get them in your mouth, I don't know, not my problem, but those are definitely something to think about. read more

There was nothing I did not like here so yep, they get a 5 star. The hamburgers are petty big, they do live up to the giant burger name. The fries and onion rings are served hot, along with our protein choice. The dining are was clean and not only was the cashier friendly but so were the 3 workers in the kitchen. You could see them preparing and cooking the hamburgers from the register. They said hello when we were watching. The menu is simple. The location is next to a convent store, but has its own door. It has a TV. There were plenty of tables and chairs to collect a nice crowd. I had my burger for the month, so I tried the Philly on this trip. Yep, this restaurant is a do over. read more

Giant burger is a medium disappointment. Supposed to be 3/4 lb. But that must be half fat because what we got was WAY less than a 1/2 lb burger. No flavor, bland. Fries so-so and limp. If this is really the best burger in Wise county, someone please open another restaurant! Whataburger is better than this, faster and cheaper. Never going back. Why would we? My grandma and I waited over 30 minutes for our burger and so did many other people here waited just as long if not longer. I am currently writing this as I am STILL waiting for my order.They are not requiring people to wear there mask while they are ordering or waiting. They are cooking one order at a time. Okay so I probably should know better than to order wings at a place called giant burger! It was on the menu and they got really good reviews on burgers. In fact my son in law was very pleased with his burger. Here is the thing.... don't put something on the menu that you can't do well. These wings were expensive at 9.99 for wings that I could have got at Walmart or Albertsons. They were also tiny! There are a bunch of leg less pigeons out there. So next time I will have the burger but they really have no business making wings. Don't just put things on the menu to have them or show the same passion you have for your burgers. read more

Never had any problems here. Food has always been good. Staff is usually pretty nice. If you're worried about wait time, like some of the Karen's reviews I've seen about having to wait to long, then just call your order in ahead of time. Simple. It is a little expensive but I say it's worth it every once in a while. read more

The prices have changed online, and seemingly the place itself. The girl taking my order, was slow on the ordering process, questioned everything I said and then repeated it twice. She failed to give my the order total, nor did she tell me the prices and menu items had changed. I thought i was ordering the same as usual, but everything had gone up a dollar, and now the meals do not come with drinks, and when I told her that the menu online was wrong, she said "ok, anyhow your total is 26.24". She seemed utterly uncaring. The burger appeared to be the same size, which was the ONLY good thing. My burger ended up with mustard which I took off, my brothers had tomatoes on it, which he had to take off. dad said its not worth mentioning what was wrong with his burger, he was going to just eat it. The order of Onion rings, which used to be over flowing and crispy, were limp, and tasted burnt. The fries were the same, burnt tasting, some also burnt/overcooked also. The kid that was cooking the burgers didn't have a hair net on, along with the guy on the fryer. The lady behind the counter working the tickets seemed stressed and seemed to be irritated when i mentioned the online items had changed, I'm not sure if she knew about it already, or what, but the eye-roll was unappreciated. I was in the area visiting family and decided I would give this place a try do to the other great reviews. However, I'm upon arriving 50 minutes before posted closing time I was able and informed unless it was a pick up order they were close due to slow business. I would recommend better customer service in the future or perhaps readjust your schedule to better fit your down times. Sorry, I didn't get to try you this time maybe on the next go around.
