When it was my turn, I had lost my cell phone reception to give the customer service girl with the weird eyebrows my account number and there was more people behind me so I didn't want to make them wait longer so I suggested to the girl with the weird eyebrows that I will go outside and get better reception and come back to her and she told me that was fine. I come back inside after a few minutes and there were MORE people waiting in line, so I walked to the customer service desk and was going to wait until the person standing in front of the girl with the weird eyebrows was done and the old lady started yelling at me saying there was a line and to get back there. I told the old lady I was already here and was waiting and the girl told me to come back. The lady told me, "Yeah, to get BACK in line." I told her, I'm not doing that and I wasn't jumping in front of you. I was waiting for the girl to help me when she could do so." The old lady told me SHE was waiting in line over there (wherever that was) to get in this line. The old lady then asked the girl with the weird eyebrows to speak to a manager and then she threw her hands up and said, "There! Now You Go!!" and I told her, "I will!!". I told the old lady, there always has to be a "Karen" wherever I go and she didn't respond. I suppose she was done yelling at me thinking that she "ate". I told the girl with the weird eyebrows, "Thank you for backing me up, you know you told me I could come back." And she responded, "Yes, I told you to come back.....and wait in line." I told her, "You didn't say that part about getting back in line. She then replied, "I'm sorry". At this point, after the old lady spoke to the manager, the manager came behind the customer service desk and started helping the other customers in line. Like, why did it take that long for the girl with the weird eyebrows to get assistance at the desk? Why didn't the girl with the weird eyebrows ask for backup assistance when the lines were so long? This is not the first time that I have had other customers get very rude and yell at me when I am in the store. I do not know what the problem is with this Giant location other than the customers who shop here are weird and a bunch of Karens. Men included.

It is a very small Giant location, unintended oxymoron, for those of us that are type A personalities and pay attention to detail. The deli section has a new kiosk so you may place your order without talking to humans (bonus!). That being said if you do choose to engage with the associates it does seem to take a while to get your meats and cheeses, all the while other people waiting in the area hoping your putting your last deli order in so they can start theirs. This is the case in any Acme, Giant, or store that serves up deli meats though so nothing new about this. The star rating here I could have opted to give three stars as the checkout lines can be mildly annoying at times but the trade off for this is, it is not a huge store, which makes it easier to run in and get a few essentials and run out. Totally unprovoked. I've been practicing medicine for 33 years, and in all that time I have never dealt with someone so aggressively rude, neither personally nor professionally. Placing the order was very easy. I especially liked that Wegmans provided replacement suggestions in advance and allowed me to approve them or select "Do not replace." Some other ordering sites make you search for your own replacement, so I appreciated the convenience. I received a text letting me know that my order was ready well ahead of schedule. When I arrived, I noticed that Wegmans does not ask you to enter a parking-stall number. You simply check in and let them know that you are there. I'm still not sure how they knew which car was mine, but I waited less than five minutes before my order was brought out. It was quick and easy. All of my original things that I ordered was available so that was great. I had got a little small pasta salad. 6 ounces was like six dollars. I feel like that was too expensive and the pasta Italian pasta salad was OK. I ordered the Ezekiel Brown hamburger buns and the Ezekiel tortillas is flowerless. They seem to be the healthy bread without all the chemicals and things in it. It came frozen so how you know it's a good bread I got some Wegmans medium salsa. I got some meatless spicy patties Jamaican patties. Can't wait to try those. My only suggestion would be to add more signs directing customers to the pickup area. Since you can enter the parking lot from different directions, I did not see a pickup sign until I was almost at the designated spaces.
