I came to buy some mussels however, they didn't have any fresh ones. The counter guy directed me to some frozen ones. It was my first time at this location so I wasn't familiar with how to move around.I ran into Tara and she was such a big help! She walked around the store with me and made sure I found everything that I needed. I so appreciated that! They have a great grab & go area. The bulk area has a great selection! Sprouts is a very pleasant place to shop, with a plethora of fresh organic, and non-organic items, from produce to fish to poultry, beverages, dairy, frozen foods, canned, boxed, and bagged pantry items, flowers, and plants. Sprouts carries a wide variety of high quality products, many in bulk form from barrels by the pound, from nuts to dried fruits, coated, granola, baking items, spices, and much more than you can find at Whole Foods, or any upscale supermarket. They carry toiletries, cosmetics, vitamins, dental care, hair, bath, and body products, cleaning items, pet food, and paper goods. The store's baked goods, are fresh and delicious. The in-store experience, and selection is excellent, with attentive, helpful, and professional employees, led by stand out management. Sprouts has a nice selection of fresh prepared foods, including fish, meat, vegetables, sushi, sandwiches made to order, in addition to other side dishes. If something appears to be or of stock, unlike most stores, Sirius employees will check to see if the items have come in and haven't been restocked on the shelves yet. I've shopped at the store and when a certain section of the store was closed for the evening, the manager went in back of the store, and pulled what had been placed in cold storage, and graciously provided it for me. That's the Sprouts difference...among others. This is a spacious and bright location, conveniently located next to and within minutes from stores for any, and every variety. IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO SPROUTS, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. Sprouts should definitely be one of the places you visit to do your shopping, along with Trader Joe's, and the large supermarket chains. They have a useful app that allows for a variety of information, recipes, digital coupons, the ability to make grocery lists, along with ordering delivery through Instacart. Oftentimes, sales are buy one get one free or buy one get one at 50% off. There are weekly sales, as well as monthly sales. Their app is designed well for usability, and is helpful for seeing the latest circulars, clipping digital coupons, and more. Many times, if you want to buy a case of non-sale items, simply ask a manager, and they'll provide a case discount that's usually around 10-15% off the listed price. The store is extremely clean, organized, and stocked as well as conceivably possible. Staff are constantly working to load items onto shelves, and replenish. GO TO SPROUTS! Definitely a 3 1/2 store but I rounded up because all of the staff I've ever interacted with are so sweet. I love shopping at health oriented grocery stores and I feel like sprouts has a wide selection of healthy foods. They're a bit on the pricier side, but I don't think anymore than any of their competition. If you shop their sales that is where you will get the most bang for your buck. For instance they do a lot of bogo offers. They also do discounted food when it's about to expire which is my favorite thing to snag as you can also score a good deal then. They do have a nice variety of prepared foods and a lot of like non dairy options if that's what you're into. As I was saying they're very comparable to other stores like this so they may or may not have the products you're searching for just as other stores may or may not. It is very clean inside which I appreciate and it is fairly easy to navigate. There is ample parking the one thing I dislike is there are no cart corrals in the lot. They also charge you for bags so bring your own! read more

I prefer Sprouts Farmers Market over Acme and Giant however there are pros and cons as there is with everything. Pros : Very clean store, a section for meals that are prepackaged and all you have to do is heat up in oven giving the feel of a much healthier and fresh experience over frozen TV dinners. You can find some bargins, salmon skewers that are $3.99 and preseasoned (You can make a meal of one or two skewers). Very safe location with Starbucks on the corner and a Wine and Liquor store in the center depending if you are trying to perk up with some caffeine or wind down with your desired poison of choice. Cons: For the first time I bought a fresh to go meal of black garlic chicken with mushrooms and it was loaded with fat, so much so that I had to return it to the store after getting home and trying to prepare it for dinner. Every piece of chicken was loaded with white grimey fat and unedible. I have gotten this before and it was magnificent in the past. Hoping it was a one off as when I returned the chicken that same night I purchased a chicken parm meal that was twice the cost but ahh it was at least edible. Suggestion to Management : Have a second associate inspect the premade meals before they go out on the floor for quality control. Literally every package of black garlic chicken with mushrooms on night of 10/04 should not have hit the sales floor. Final Thoughts : If you are getting tired of your routine shopping trips to Acme, Giant, or other generic market give Sprouts a try, you should be able to find a few things that strike your fancy. I was out shopping one day and ran across Sprouts. It wasn't open yet at the time, but wrote down the name so I could come back to check it out when it opened. Finally made it back in October and was pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and orderly. The carts were being cleaned by a young man to keep us safe during this pandemic. Hand sanitizer and towels were also there for our use. Sprouts is a specialty store that kind of reminds me of Trader Joe's. They don't carry a lot of name brands and are very Vegan and Organic friendly. You can even find Vegan pies and cupcakes there as well. Every place I went to from the fresh meat counter to the fruits and vegetables to the pharmaceuticals, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I must say, this is not the cheapest store in town, but for convenience, freshness and for the health conscious, I would highly recommend Sprouts! read more

My kids and I enjoy our visits here every time we're in the area. Everything is arranged smartly and colors are pleasing. The meat section always looks fantastic. There are numerous healthy and "healthy" snacks. Some of the items seem kind of expensive for what they are, but the sale items are not to be missed. Where else can you find a container of Van Leuwen for just $4.99 on sale? I think the pastry section could use improvement as everything seems pre-made versus homemade. I like the by-the-pound section. This is where you can find lots of guilty pleasures that would make sugar addicts blush. read more

Whoa! Didn't realize that Sprouts was coming to the suburbs! I had heard about the one that opened up in the city and was hoping to stop by at some point, but now it's even more accessible! I'd been to these stores in other states, so it's exciting to have them nearby now. I stopped in one evening after a Walmart run to check out the store, and I thought it was pretty nice overall. It was late, so it wasn't crowded, and the staff were pretty friendly even though it was near closing time, and were good about keeping some social distance. I wasn't planning to buy anything on this trip, but saw a great price on a brand of skyr I like, so I bought a few! Checking out took a little longer because only one line was open and there was someone ahead of me, but everyone was friendly. Maybe would be good to have some self checkout lines. read more

I go to the Sprouts in Arizona and California. The newest one in Arizona was laid out exactly like this one. It felt like home. It was extremely clean and well-organized. I've never done this before and needed to have my grandson show me how because I am just so disappointed with a recent experience I had at this market. Previous trips since it opened were pleasant and the people and prices were right up my alley. However, I just had an interaction that has soured me. While in the meat department, I saw two employees and wanted to ask them where to find a certain product I had heard about. While approaching, I overheard some very provocative statements from the young lady to the young gentleman which took me aback but did not let it bother me. I got the attention of the young lady and asked about certain apples that have a red center and she immediately dismissed me saying "that's not my job" and turning back to the gentleman who seemed annoyed at her statement. He then pointed me over to where all the apples are and where in that area I could locate them. Thank you to the gentleman whom I regrettably did not get the name of. The name tag on the young lady read "China" like the country. It very much surprised me to encounter such blatantly poor customer service and upset me so much that I did not want to seek out management at that time in fear that I may get too angry. I am sorry for the bad review but that young lady must be retrained or made to understand the nature of her professionalism. read more

I have been to Sprout many times, but am just taking the time to write a review. The vegetables are always nice and fresh. The same goes for the fruits. I have tried a variety of fruits that I had never heard of before in the grape and apple family. I am glad to see such a variety of offerings. As a catfish lover, I am always pleased to find this fish in stock. Also, the scallops, which are always fresh, are another favorite of mine. I always end up buying more than I intended as there are always some new items that I decide to try. I find the staff very helpful. I hope that the excellent quality and service continue, as sometimes the longer a store is in a community the more it goes downhill. read more

I purchased Sprouts bottled water two weeks ago. I felt sick from the first bottle. Then the second. Then the third. On and on til I had a 10 bottles opened. Of course my being sick continued for days. I couldn't believe it at first. I stopped for a few days, and the sickness lingered on. When I drank more - I got sick more. Then I completely stopped. When I've called, their "team" person is unavailable. And so, I've resorted to this platform to voice my complaint and evaluation. They've lost a customer in me. read more

First and last time I will spend my money in this store. Went on 06/12/24 @ 6:00 pm I needed groats or whole oats, I usually get them at Whole Foods. I walked in the store looked around in the bulk item section for about 7 minutes then walked up to the register 2 times hoping an employee (older man at register on the far right if facing the entrance and younger black woman to the left) would acknowledge me and assist (after all it is their job!) I was completely ignored! I walked around the store for another 5 minutes looking for an employee all the while listening to music which was, in my opinion to loud for a business! I finally managed to locate an employee I explained to her what I needed she seemed as informed regarding their products as I was, she was unable to locate the product so I settled for steel cut oats. I went to the register where the older man was he was very confused and distracted while assisting the customer in front of me. I left that aisle and went to the register where the young black woman was, she did not acknowledge me with a greeting and did not put my item in a bag, and did not say have a nice day in other words get your crap and leave! I was not rude, I did not say anything to anyone that would illicit these type of responses! Hey manager/owner! do you want to make money? do you want to attract new customers? start hiring people that actually care about working there! what I saw was a bunch of selfish freeloaders who try their best to waste 8 hours and leave! read more

I cannot begin to say how happy I am that Sprouts finally made it to the Northeast. It was my go to staple for veggie shopping and some great natural and holistic products wHen I lived out west for a few decades. Coming back to the north east without sprouts was definitely a tough transition and I paid a lot more money for my groceries and organic fresh produce since I've been here. I can't believe I didn't even know that this opened a year ago, but better late than never! Best quality along side best price for organic vegetables and fruits with an amazing selection of a lot of plant-based, veggie and vegan focused staples as well. I was going to make some face cream and there is the cocoa butter on sale on the shelf and I turned the corner and there is the beeswax that I need as well. They also have Castile soap that is not the overpriced Dr. Bronner's. Everything right at your fingertips. Can I say it again? Could not be happier! read more

This store never has enough registers open and the lines always build up quickly. I've been there multiple times and have seen the manager walk past the register without jumping in to help. This is very poor costumer service especially during Covid. read more

I did not like the small aisles - clearly not large enough for the modern size person. I did not like the lack of social distancing enforcement - there was none! People crowding everywhere! Am really excited this store opened up in the suburbs. I'd rather travel to this location than the downtown one even though it is a bit farther for me. Items were well stocked and organized. The reason for taking off 2 stars: there weren't any hand sanitizer or cart wipes available for customers to stay safe during current COVID pandemic. It's a nice store. Sprouts has a variety of basic items as well as a nice selection of speciality items. While I found many employees in the store working, they are not giving priority to the front checkouts during high volumes and long lines form and customers wait. This creates customer frustration. Having been in retail myself, managers need to adopt a training program where everyone learns how to run a register and floor associates are available to immediately go upfront to relieve long lines when needed. While shopping, I heard cashiers being paged but there remained only 2 cashiers and very long lines. read more

The store has a wide variety of organic and specialty food products. The produce and meat are fresh and high in quality. I found the aisles to be spaced efficiently and haven't had issues with waiting in long lines. The prices are reasonable compared to other specialty stores. read more
