She took the time to go through the credit cards that were left there. Unfortunately my card was not in the stack but I completely appreciate her taking the time to look. Thank goodness it was slow and nobody was behind me. She also help me find an item that I was looking for. Yasman is excellent at her job, honest, professional, compassionate, personal, and cares about the customer which I am proud to say I am one of them. That shocked me to begin with. Although she was out of stock she recommended calling my doctor and having them adjust the dosage as she had a different strength available. I did as she suggested and everything worked out! She even called to tell me she received the script from my doctor and I could come anytime. I showed up at 5:30pm as she closes at 6 and she said you must be Renee. I was like omg hey yes I am! The pharmacy is so cute and so private you don't feel uncomfortable like at other pharmacies. I honestly always feel judged whether it is from a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech. Mai and I got to chatting about other medications I take and she said she would make sure they were stocked on the shelf for me. Wow! How great! I also let her know my troubles with CVS/Rite Aid and she agreed pharmacists shouldn't be interfering with what the doctors recommend. Love that! After a delightful few minutes, I was all checked out and ready to go and Mai offered me a drink! Like an actual drink which normally people would buy. I was like are you sure?? She was like yes please be my guest and she even walked me to the door. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had in a pharmacy if not just in general! I have had a mix of interactions with the staff here, nothing outwardly negative, just generally unfriendly. BUT there is a gentleman that usually works in the dairy/processed meats section and he is always SO NICE and so friendly. Even when I come in at 6 in the morning on the weekends! Overall, I like this location, and I will definitely keep visiting (obviously with the 1 million check-ins!)

I just went to the prescription counter, picked up the medication and was on my way. My main complaint was the parking. The lot is off of busy Connecticut and the entrance ramp is somewhat steep. Parking is tight and sometimes full. I used to have my step-sister come with me so she could wait in the car in case I couldn't find a spot. More recently we have a dog on compounded medication for gastrointestinal issues. There was a little confusion about her prescription because it was first submitted by an emergency vet and then transferred to our regular vet. Staff was very helpful getting it straightened out. We also opted for delivery at a nominal fee and are so glad we did. It's easy, reliable and the medication is hung right on our front door knob. I must say for very long term prescriptions there are some very good mail order pharmacies that are less expensive.

Incorrect pricing quoted to me this morning, and they can't partially fill my pets medication - which she needs now and fill the rest when it comes in (which they always have done before if it's not in stock). I'm happy to pay for the whole thing now. I can't understand why when there is not one person here waiting, there still is at least a half hour wait? Costco needs to hire better pharmacy managers.
