I have not been to giant pizza in a very long time. Many years I called in an order arrived quickly got seated place was clean got greeted at the door. Service was excellent. I had ordered fish and chips, but with onion rings instead of french fries a garden salad it all came out so quickly the salad was fresh. I asked for more dressing it came quickly. The meal came out. It was a wow there was so much on that plate for the price. You'll see what I mean in the pictures. I took home enough for another two meals. There was plenty of seating TVs to watch. Ordered the loaded fries, portion was big and toppings were generous. Had a large pie with mushrooms, peppers and onions. It's Greek style pizza and it was DELICIOUS! Best thing in our order. We have been eating here for years and years. We stop every time we drive through. We stopped on 09/21/2024 and had tuna subs and the new bread has ruined the sandwich. Our waitress confirmed the bread had changed and she said they have been getting complaints. I hope to hear they switch it back. If not, they might be over for us. It's always something at this place. Usually it's they forget the chicken on top of a chicken salad or something Similar to that. Today it's the bathrooms are not working here. And then after pointing out that it's a health violation to not have a working restroom and serve food with a sit-in eating area... Total attitude from the young lady working the desk. Over $50 spent on food and couldn't use the restroom. And then the attitude on top of that. So if you want to know what you can do better Giant pizza... Something has definitely changed in the last year. Did they change owners? The pizza is not as good as it used to be. Toppings have been DRASTICALLY reduced. They certainly don't know the difference between well done and not soggy and burnt. The tuna grinder roll was WET and not properly toasted even though I specifically asked it to be toasted crispy. The people that are taking orders really need to be properly trained. There is much distraction going on from background noise, people talking, phones ringing etc., making it difficult for the order taker to hear you. Giant Pizza has been solid for decades. Our orders are normally 95% great and the few times something has been wrong, they fix it immediately. Tonight, we ordered a pizza and grinder and the grinder was missing quite a few ingredients and was burned. Worst experience! Picked up 2 pizzas to go-one was suppose to be Gluten Free. Get home and no, it's a small onion/pepper. We call and they say, yes, we gave you the wrong pizza. Lousy experience tonight. Was on hold for 15 minutes waiting to order. Tried the website but it would only allow me to order a select few types of pizza, not the one I wanted. Called back again and they answered in 5 minutes. Got my giant bacon and onion pizza home only to find it was overcooked and had hardly any sauce on it. I'm extremely disappointed! Honestly so disappointed with this location on multiple accounts but today blew it out of the water. We enjoy their pizza the first time we ordered in like February/March time. Since then we tried on multiple occasions to order again and it always comes out to be an undercooked, not even hot pizza. We even ask to over cook it knowing that they don't brown the cheese at all. As you can probably guess from the name, the best thing to order is any "giant" sized pizza. The crust and sauce are what make it for me. They are a little on the sweet side and not too crispy. My burger was not how I asked it to be made. I asked for no tomatoes and it was loaded with it. I expected my onions to be crispy like their page said. I had no A1 sauce on it what so every. I have stopped in a couple of tips when in the area for a job. They have always been very good, the service is fast. Inside is clean and has been redone not to long ago. My husband and I love the buffalo chicken pizza but this place is too inconsistent. We ordered the black and blue burgers from here and wow they were disgusting. Instead of asking how you want it cooked they ask if you "want pink or no pink" dead giveaway it's frozen patties. Anyway burgers come out and they're grey. My husband is a rare kinda guy but this was just disgusting. He went up to the register because our server made it pretty clear it would be another 10 minutes or so before we saw her.
