I was a single girl that needed reliable transportation. I could always count on them. we got new tires from them not that long ago & somehow got a hole in one (thank you construction). they not only didn't charge for the services of trying to get a stubborn lug nut out that I ended up having another shop have to do. but they cut us a great deal on a new tire. I can't say enough good things about them. maybe if they get too busy they'll just create more employment for handy people needing work. i never have to worry knowing these guys are around!

No one came out to talk to us though so we just sat in the car confused, until I finally got out and found a guy to help us. He directed us where to park our car and who to talk to inside. We ended up dealing with Cheyenne Phelps and she was wonderful! She listened to all our concerns and said she would make sure to address them with the service staff. Once we signed the paperwork with approximate pricing, she directed us to the waiting area. There was a large TV showing the World Cup, multiple chairs, a table set up with a puzzle in progress, and another table set up with chess. They also provide complimentary water, coffee, doughnuts, and cookies. My mum and I appreciated the puzzle--it was fun to work on while waiting! Cheyenne came by a couple times to update us on the progress of service and also to share recs from the service advisor. We ended up spending more money than expected but Cheyenne was so great about finding and applying coupons and discounts for us, which was so helpful.
