$40 monthly membership and you can come whenever you want as many times as you want from open to 6pm. $10 per visit if you aren't a member so the monthly membership is definently worth it if you plan on coming here often. There's a lot of stuff to play with here: huge thomas trains, toy cars, bikes, shopping carts, slides, trampolines, seesaws, stuffed animals, fake kitchen, fake grill, fake cookware, fake washer and dryer, drums, guitar, piano, music playing the whole time you are there (we heard moana songs a couple of times). They sometimes have special events for certain holidays. Recently we went to a easter bunny/egg hunt event which was really fun for the kiddos. We even got a few pictures with our 19 month old and the easter bunny. They have cheap snacks if you're baby/toddler gets hungry. There's free coffee, a diaper changing room and a bunch if bathrooms, one bathroom had a clogged sink. The workers are nice but don't seem to clean much so I had to take off a star. Plenty of the toys were dirty but it was okay we just didn't let our baby touch her mouth or face without cleaning her hands first. We had to keep a close eye on her which some of the other parents didn't seem to do with their kids. Some of the kids were running around wild while their parents spoke amongst each other or were on their phones. Bring socks cause they are required to play here. If you do forget socks for your baby don't worry they sell them here for a cheap price, I believe it's $2 a pair. Overall I can't complain much for $40 a month. We definently get our moneys worth and our baby loves coming here. read more

This place discriminates against children with disabilities. If you have a child with autism or any other developmental disability don't come here. They will not accommodate you and will be very rude. My response to Giggles: I tried to speak with the office manager and she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to accommodate my seven year old son who has complex medical issues and developmental delay. The office manager told us we could go in as long as my son didn't bother the other kids. Does this sound welcoming to you? Not us. We both left this place in tears and spent our day at Makutu's Island instead. Before we left, I tried to explain that Giggles need to revisit their policies on children with disabilities, otherwise they may be violating the American Disability Act. My seven year old son couldn't attend these type of places when he was younger because of his complex medical problems and developmental delays. Now that he's doing better medically and can actually participate, he is being excluded because of his "age". He may be seven but his skills and abilities are not the same as a typical child his age. Many times he can't participate in activities that children his age engage in regularly. That's why brave families have fought for inclusion for their children with disabilities. Children with disabilities are excluded every day from activities that typical people take for granted. This wasn't our first time being excluded from activities, due to ignorance about disability. Giggles, you need to realize families come in all shapes and sizes. It's time for your company to learn how to accommodate family's affected by disability. It's the law! The Idea Museum has age limits in their play area but have no problem accommodating children with disabilities. Many other organizations have age limits but accommodate older children with disabilities so Giggles argument that it's all about age is a moot point. It just demonstrates to me, and every other family affected by disability, that you have no knowledge or interest in accommodating for children with disabilities. Educate yourself. I've talked to all my family and friends about my terrible experience at Giggles and will never go back. read more

My (almost) 3 year old LOVED this place. So much so that I definitely think we will be throwing her 3rd birthday party here. All of the kids appeared to be having so much fun. The only cons: 1) A lot of parents not watching their kids. Whether they have their face buried in their phones or they are there with other mom friends in conversation, there were a lot of kids unsupervised. I didn't mind it so much at this place though, only because of the age limitations and the fact that everything is so safe and age appropriate. But I don't like having to ask someone else's kid to not take a toy away from mine or to not aggressively swing the tire swing, so moms - PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR KIDS. 2) By the time we left at 11:30am the place was in complete shambles. The dress up clothes were nowhere to be found, the grocery store was destroyed and all of the food and things were scattered throughout the facility, the little camping set up was destroyed. And nobody attempted to fix any of it. I get that it's hard for one employee to follow around toddlers cleaning up their messes so maybe this too is something parents should be aware of. This place has been fabulous for my two toddlers! Every time we go I'm amazed at how clean it is. All the kids have been well-behaved and friendly which is also surprising but it's simply a happy, joyful place for them it seems. The staff is friendly and all the toys are well-organized. Very nice clean new place however, even with a name, they have no way of tracking a membership during each visit like Gymboree, all children's museums and IDEA museum. They receive two stars because I came in with a newborn and my Two year old and the young lady at the counter was going to argument me down about why they need to see my receipt. She tried to charge me for my toddler even after I gave her my number and the correct name. Unclear why this is so hard to do! Membership tracking is done all over the world! Masks are "required" here. That's the whole reason we came in the first place. But upon arrival you'll see a completely different story. No proper enforcement of the mask policy. Tons of older kids not wearing masks, and tons of adults not wearing masks, or wearing masks down below their nose and pulling them up when an employee walked through. This of course doesn't even factor in how often the adults are touching their masks and then touching things around the building. Because of this, we left not long after we arrived and got a refund. Unless something changes with the way this place is being run, we won't be back until COVID is over. read more

I found this place on accident while doing a Google search. Thought to try it out because price wasn't bad and it looked like it has a lot of stuff. I was hesitant because the pictures looked like everything was wood but when I got there it was really open and everything was very kid friendly. The wooden structures were put together securely and the wood was in great condition (no splinters, or sharp corners, or any accidental head bopping from low beams). My kids had lots of fun and knocked out the trip home. We arrived when there was a birthday party but even with the extra people there was still a lot of room. I definitely recommend this place to families where their kids need to burn off energy, there is plenty to do and lots of activities. read more

Went here for the first time with my 2 1/2 year old and loved it. They have pretty much thought of everything. Friendly staff, clean facility and plenty of things to do. We will be back! EDIT: Now that we have been going there for a few weeks, there are a couple things I have noticed that need to be rectified. 1. The check-in process (especially in the morning) is way too slow - need 2 registers so the line isn't out the door. 2. Too many big kids are being allowed in. (and they are just too rough around the toddlers) My feeling is that parents are lying about their age. Might need to change the age limit to 5 and under or be stricter about who is allowed in. I am still a fan of this place, but we might try going in the afternoons as the mornings now are just way too busy. read more

Pros: fun place with lots of kid appropriate things to do. You could spend all day there! Cons: too hot! They need to install some fans for better air flow. Everyone was dripping! No staff wandering around so all behaviors monitored by parents who are too busy talking with friends to see what their kids are doing. There was only 1 person working and she was sitting behind the counter on her phone. There were diapers piled a foot high in the changing room. It's really clean and has lots of things to keep kids busy for a few hours. Even the 8 year old found stuff to play with for a bit. Would recommend more for ages infant to 6 years though. Bday party packages are also cheaper than most places which is a huge plus. It's nice that the admission is good for all day too. The only thing I would improve is adding WiFi for the parents. It would be a nice place to have the kids play while I sit and do school work this fall. Overall, recommend and an adorable place to beat the summer heat. read more

This place is great! Perfect indoor playground for young children. A lot of fun for kids to play with and on. Eating area is available to take a break from playing and have some lunch. (You have to bring your own food.) Another great aspect of Giggles is the nursing room available for nursing moms. Diaper changing room is also available. Diamond in the rough! I wish we lived closer. We came here on a whim while on vacation because my toddler was bored at a different children's museum. I googled indoor playgrounds and this one had really good reviews. It's located in a strip mall so at first it didn't look too promising. But as the saying goes, "Don't judge a book by its cover," it was out of this world. We just don't have these kind of luxuries in Northeast Wisconsin and I really wish someone would take notes and open something like this up by us. The check in was relatively quick and they had little cubbies to store backpacks and shoes as this was a socks only playground. Right away my daughter was excited and ran to the slide. They had two wooden "playgrounds" with slides and climbers. Also had a little stage area with musical instruments like a piano and drums for the kids to play on. There were chairs everywhere for the parents to sit and observe. There were playskool cars toddlers could drive. Hammocks hanging from an eagles nest and an enclosed trampoline area. And for the wee little ones, there was an under two area for them as well. They had a separate area with a half kitchen for parents to make meals and sit down with them. I'd say I'll return, but by the time I get down there again I'm sure my little one will outgrow it. Kudos to the business owners for building it in the eyes of a child. read more

First, I have to say that I really do love this place. It's a kid's dream and even better for parents who want somewhere to take their kids when it's one billion degrees outside. I really wish they would open a second location! I've been coming here since right after it opened and have been here many, many times. With that being said, the condition and cleanliness of the toys, equipment, floor, etc just doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the amount of traffic that comes through here. I feel like they really need to deep clean the place more often. Not just picking up the toys (the folks in the front always do a great job of doing that), but rather the dirt and grim that accumulates from so many kids using the toys and equipment. For example, today when I walked in, I immediately smelled urine....yucky. Again, I love this place and recommend it to friends, I just wish it was kept a little cleaner. read more

Great concept and my kids loved it. Only bad thing is the parents that think it's a daycare and they don't have to watch their kids. Some kid was terrorizing all the kids while the mom was on her phone and doing something with papers. Never told him anything. Finally had to tell her something after he pushed my 11 month old intentionally. I know they're kids but they need parental supervision. They really need more than one worker here so things don't escalate like they did today. As of right now I'm not going back. I'd rather go to the other indoor centers with more workers that make sure parents are watching their kids. read more

I first went when my daughter was only 7 months( crawler) and I personally think this place is better when your child at least walks, so we went back now that she walks and WE LOVE IT! I like this place for what it is, a cute indoor play area that entertains my kids; they have a lot of fun each time we go and I cannot complain about that. What I did not appreciate was being kicked out during our most recent visit because another parent went up to a staff member and said they thought my child had pink eye (which he did not). So my kids and I were asked to leave (in front of multiple people) based upon the recommendation of another parent who A.) didn't bother to confront me personally, and B.) clearly didn't have a medical background. Although I personally felt embarrassed by the whole situation and didn't think it was handled professionally, the one redeeming factor was being given a voucher to return at a later date to make up for it - which I did appreciate. read more

WHAT A GEM! Over the weekend, we celebrated our son's 3rd birthday at Giggles and he and our guests had an AMAZING time! The place is PERFECT for toddlers--I highly recommend it! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay! The party room is cute AND spotless (actually, the entire place is)! The children had such a fun time, and were entertained with the variety of toys and games! The trampoline and play houses were all a hit as well! This place has it all, even a tire swing and hammocks! The parents all thought it was a great venue and said they would be back with their kids soon! I truly could not have been happier with our experience at Giggles! It was exactly what I was looking for in a party venue for our 3yr old. We had a good time on or first visit here. Came for my daughter's bday (just to play, not hosting a party). It was really busy during check in time so that would've been better to have more than 1 person checking in but maybe that was a fluke. The front area was for crowded when they opened. The kids had a blast and the adults were pretty impressed by all the modern new toys and set ups. Overall it was fun and we would go back. I like that they have a nursing room and a few bathrooms, even though I didn't use either it's good to have those accommodations. I thought the price was a tad steep but I guess if you were staying a long time it's worth it. After about 2 hours we were done and it was getting really busy in there. I didn't see any employees manning the play area either which may have been good since some kids were getting pretty rowdy and toys were being thrown everywhere.
