This business could be amazing but it's dirty and run down. There are many dramatic play food centers with zero food play items. It's basically just a few playground climbers. The front desk clerk was also very rude and never said welcome in or hello or even make eye contact, I came in today at 12:. 45

Nice tiny tots kink of place. Its $13 to get in for the day, you can come and go for the whole day and bring your own food as well they have an eating area great for busy little tots, make sure child and the adult has socks.

Foam added in place of slippery floor (while fun, was showing wear and tear)

(You have to bring your own food.) Another great aspect of Giggles is the nursing room available for nursing moms.

The main reason was the staff. They were really good with the kids and seemed to really like their job. There was a ton of activities for our grandson to do. It's one of the few times where he hasn't told me he's ready to leave 30 minutes after we take him somewhere. I really liked the ambience too. There was music playing, which provided a lively atmosphere, but it wasn't so loud that it was annoying. Every kid I observed was having so much fun. The highlight of the visit was when he decided he wanted to do the climbing wall. Because of his age, I was hesitant but he actually did very well, and the safety gear looked really secure. He loved the challenge. The entire facility was very clean, including the bathroom. We will definitely be going back! Thank you, Uptown Jungle

As a parent; I found this place is easy to keep an eye on your kids, safe and a lot of choices for them to enjoy their fun time!. This place could be very crowded during the weekend and late afternoon especially in the summer time. The Mesa location has a lot more gym equipment, obstacles, and activities for younger kids, while this location feels much more like an open warehouse space with fewer things for little ones to do. The skate area is definitely larger here, but overall there wasn't as much to keep my 7- and 9-year-olds entertained. There were also a lot more older teens here, which made me uncomfortable letting my kids explore on their own. Even the 6-and-under area had bigger kids playing in it, and the main wheel zone was filled with older boys riding around pretty aggressively and balls just being thrown in different directions. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We needed to use the restrooms as soon as we arrived, and they were very dirty--toilet paper was all over the floor and multiple toilets hadn't been flushed. The facility also felt worn down, and some of the equipment looked like it could use better maintenance. I'm glad I was able to visit using my GetOutPass, but I don't think I would pay admission to this location. I really wish the GetOutPass included the newer Mesa location instead, as it's a much better experience for younger kids. The teens all working at the place also are too busy talking and mingling with each other...

She's even interested in some of the bigger kid areas and loves to explore. We purchased a play card and I love that you play until you win, which always brings a smile to her face. We signed up for the unlimited summer pass and will definitely get our use out of it, in this hot summer heat. My only suggestion would be for staff to routinely monitor the toddler area and step in as needed. There are signs that say "only for children still in diapers" but some 7-10 year olds were there almost knocking littles over.

We enjoyed going down some of the slides together and climbing/crawling through the maze of padded fun. My son also asked me if he could play one of their claw machines. It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. And playing with your kids in the playground itself can be quite dangerous as some kids can be quite rambunctious so just be cautious especially if you have much younger ones.

We went around 1pm on a weekday during the summer. 1. We were allowed to bring in our waters. I brought in my travel coffee cup, my kids had a snack and no one said anything to us. So it's not true you can't bring in outside food/drink, unless they weren't enforcing it? 2. All the employees ranged from totally fine/normal customer service to great customer service. Absolutely no employee was rude or anything negative. 3. I walked around the entire play area and I didn't see any nets that were torn or anything unsafe. I felt totally fine with my daughters playing with their friends without me following along to make sure the equipment was safe. I didn't see a bounce house, so whatever happened with that wasn't an issue at all. 4. The bathrooms were completely normal, clean and very consistent with other jump/play places. 5. We used Get Out passes and it went seamlessly. We did purchase socks as this was our first time going there and I know each jump place wants you to have their own socks - that's just how it is. 6. I felt like everything was well staffed. Various things were open at different times and I thought that all went good. The group I was with was able to do all the activities they wanted. I'm not sure if they have changed things within their business but I feel like all the reviews don't reflect what my experience was. If you are going to go, I'd suggest going at a down time like we did and see how it goes. Your kids are going to have fun!
