This business could be amazing but it's dirty and run down. There are many dramatic play food centers with zero food play items. It's basically just a few playground climbers. The front desk clerk was also very rude and never said welcome in or hello or even make eye contact, I came in today at 12:. 45

Nice tiny tots kink of place. Its $13 to get in for the day, you can come and go for the whole day and bring your own food as well they have an eating area great for busy little tots, make sure child and the adult has socks.

Came back here 5 years later and still had the best time. I'm happy to see the same things we enjoyed 5 years ago and I love that my oldest got to recreate her memories with her little sister.

(You have to bring your own food.) Another great aspect of Giggles is the nursing room available for nursing moms.

I've been here a few times with the kiddo and she's always had a good time here. There's a variety…read moreof equipment to climb, slide, and bounce on and there's also a smaller kid area so it appeals to kids of all ages. There are benches for parents to sit on, as well as massage chairs for an extra cost if you would like to indulge. The staff have been friendly and I haven't encountered any problems here. They do require grip socks so make sure to bring some or you can buy some at the register. The time that you pay for corresponds to the band color they give your kid and they will announce on the speaker when your time is up. For the most part the area is fairly well maintained. It's an indoor park where lots of kids are running through so a little chaos is not unusual. Some of the restroom stalls seem perpetually out of order but there are enough available that we haven't had to wait. Some of the benches could use a re-upholster but for the most part things seem clean enough. At our last visit the young woman at the register was very nice and she was such a hard worker, keeping the entire area clean. Kudos to her dedication!

We have been coming to this fun place for the past few years. The kids love it a lot! They also offer the birthday party group with the two hours or more as you wish. As a parent; I found this place is easy to keep an eye on your kids, safe and a lot of choices for them to enjoy their fun time!. This place could be very crowded during the weekend and late afternoon especially in the summer time. If you are looking for the fun spot for your kids and not sure where to go, come and check this place out!

We enjoyed going down some of the slides together and climbing/crawling through the maze of padded fun. My son also asked me if he could play one of their claw machines. It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. And playing with your kids in the playground itself can be quite dangerous as some kids can be quite rambunctious so just be cautious especially if you have much younger ones.

There's so much to do that we can easily spend the whole afternoon here. It's great that it's built big enough for adults to climb through and explore with the kids, we always have a blast. The claw machines are play till you win, which is amazing, cause my kid always walks away happy, and with a ton of rubber ducks lol

Even with free entry, it was immediately clear that the regular price is not justified in any way. The facility is in poor condition. The nets in the main play structure are old, sagging, and torn, which is a basic safety concern. Half the attractions were closed due to not having enough staff to operate or maintain them. The food was not tasty whatsoever, especially considering what families are normally charged here. The most alarming issue was the inflatable slide/jump house, which was not properly aired up. Because of that, a young girl hit her head on the floor while sliding down. Had the equipment been inflated and supervised correctly, this could have been avoided. On top of the safety problems, the staff was extremely rude, making unnecessary comments to my older girls that made them uncomfortable. The overall energy in the building was unwelcoming, and the environment felt disorganized and poorly managed. Additional concerns included: * Outdated and worn-down equipment * Minimal staff presence and oversight * Multiple attractions unavailable * Poor overall maintenance and cleanliness Even though we did not pay, the experience made it clear that the admission price is not worth it whatsoever. Until major safety, staffing, and professionalism issues are addressed, this is not a place I would recommend for any family.

We weren't able to bring in a cake for my daughter's birthday because we didn't have a party planned. So Cherie was so sweet and gave my daughter a little dipping dots, candle and lighter so we could sing to her! Devon, Sean, Julz, Adri, Ty & Reese are also amazing. All very kind and attentive to our needs!
