Since we did the all-day pass for the littles, the two older kids and husband and me were include. All-in-all, it was $76 for admissions and 6 pairs of socks. We hung out for a few hours, went home for dinner, and then came back for a couple hours. After spending the entire day, we decided to convert to a monthly membership. The facility was so clean in the playgrounds, eating area, and bathrooms. The staff were pleasant and patient. The play areas were so much fun and large enough for adults to follow around the kids. My husband and I had a blast playing with the kids and were able to navigate the playground fully. With summer coming, we will be spending a lot of time here and will recommend to any others.

We enjoyed going down some of the slides together and climbing/crawling through the maze of padded fun. My son also asked me if he could play one of their claw machines. It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. And playing with your kids in the playground itself can be quite dangerous as some kids can be quite rambunctious so just be cautious especially if you have much younger ones.

You pay a monthly fee for a specific number of classes and can add on if you choose for an additional feel. The classes are planned out in advance and very organized in transition through each event. Kidstrong offers clinics, summer programs and even birthday party events. Each child has a starting point and they can rank up after a certain amount of classes. They are also offered Coach awards that circle around giving it their all, stewardship to their fellow classmates or just impressing the coach during the class. Most recently Kidstrong came out with a parents app that you can easily track your child's progress, view last classes and monthly challenges.

This place is CRAZY! My two year old is pretty adventurous so she loved it but I would definitely…read moresay with all of the climbing and big slides, it is more aimed at bigger/older kids. That being said, we killed a couple of hours here on a recent trip to the area. She spent the most time in the big kid climbing area but also really liked the ball pit. Her highlight though was the claw machines. You have to get a little pre-paid card with virtual "tokens" on them and two year old LOVED swiping the card. The big pro is that they are "play til you win" so you're probably paying a little more but your kiddo will walk away with something. There was a machine with little plastic toys that she won a little giraffe and little golden rubber duck from and then there was machine with stuffies and she won two from that as well (one was from plays that were left on the machine by someone else. I deducted one star because it was pretty stuffy/humid inside the building so that affected the overall comfort of the space, especially since we were climbing around with the toddler, and also because you're not supposed to bring in your own drinks, even water.

Even with free entry, it was immediately clear that the regular price is not justified in any way. The facility is in poor condition. The nets in the main play structure are old, sagging, and torn, which is a basic safety concern. Half the attractions were closed due to not having enough staff to operate or maintain them. The food was not tasty whatsoever, especially considering what families are normally charged here. The most alarming issue was the inflatable slide/jump house, which was not properly aired up. Because of that, a young girl hit her head on the floor while sliding down. Had the equipment been inflated and supervised correctly, this could have been avoided. On top of the safety problems, the staff was extremely rude, making unnecessary comments to my older girls that made them uncomfortable. The overall energy in the building was unwelcoming, and the environment felt disorganized and poorly managed. Additional concerns included: * Outdated and worn-down equipment * Minimal staff presence and oversight * Multiple attractions unavailable * Poor overall maintenance and cleanliness Even though we did not pay, the experience made it clear that the admission price is not worth it whatsoever. Until major safety, staffing, and professionalism issues are addressed, this is not a place I would recommend for any family.
