She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom. Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. He offered advice on thermostat types and brands. Definitely will use again!
