This plumbing company is predatory and takes advantage of ignorance. Hire a local self employed plumber for 1/4 the cost. These plumbers are too scared and lazy to get their own van, they could make more and charge less. Boycott these guys. Plumber said our soceity is messed up, no, this company is messed up I won't pay 500 premium for a facade. read more

Took time off to get some Plumbing done. Sent owner pics. of job, very self explanatory. Plumber showed up and quoted a price at least 40% higher than going rates. I agreed knowing I would be writing this review later. 100.00 standard cheapo part and 50 minutes later I paid the 700.00. That's 600.00 per hour. Owner retorted "driving time" and "part sourcing." Nate came out quickly to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, and his bid included getting a permit and using the best materials for mountain wear and tear. He let us know it would take about a week to replace our broken water main. He kept us updated on his progress and when he would be back everyday. He was careful of our landscaping and kept area as clean and safe as possible, even putting plywood over the long trench to protect our dog from falling in. Highly professional and excellent communication! We've had a difficult time finding a reliable plumber in the Running Springs area and we are so happy to finally have found one in Brothers plumbing. We called Brothers to investigate our water heater that has been tripping the breaker. They responded quickly and professionally. Andrew spent about and hour at the home conducting a very thorough testing evaluation and reprogramming of the unit. We hired other plumbers to try to fix the issue but they were all rushed and provided bad advice. Today, we got to our family's cabin in Sky Forest after a few hours of driving, and lo and behold, we couldn't get the water on and there was something funky going on with the valve. It's 4:30 on Friday, and it's a holiday weekend. Panic starts to set in that we won't have water, which is brutal with two little kids. I am blown away by the professionalism and kindness of this family owned business in SkyForest. My Father is 93 and lives alone in Lake Arrowhead, with caregivers coming in on weekdays. During the recent storms, my Dad's only toilet got clogged up during a weekend and we needed to get immediate service for him. These guys trudged through the snow and uncleared roads to get to my Dad's place only to find that there was another plumber already there (my Dad had made some SOS calls as well.) Brothers Plumbing was completely understanding and gracious and when I called to insist on paying them for the house call, they refused to take anything----and only said, "Think of us next time." Wow. I wish I could leave 10 stars! We're new to Lake Arrowhead and we had some minor plumbing issues with a house we just moved into, so we called Brothers Plumbing and Andrew came out.
