Mounted (old) new tires on my car. My car is a 2013 and the date the tires were manufactured was in the 3Rd week of 2012. To add the bad business practice of unloading old inventory, the staff can't even read the tire specifications of the car and pumped all 4 to max tire pressure rated by the tire manufacturer. They had it set to 40+ psi on a regular sedan while it only calls for 32psi cold. Do your homework people! Save the headache and order from tirerack.com or any other honest sellers. read more

Been coming here for years have 2 cars one work truck and a Motor home RV and both my husband & me would never get Tires anywhere else! Why first and foremost Very very honest and sincere! I was getting oil change at Grease & Go the other day and they tell me my tires are bad and I need new ones and he can sell me some off the wall brand for $850 for all four! I said not today I will check at my Tire place he didn't know what to say except that if I get the tires there he will throw in a filter I need under my dash! Lol lol I paid for my oil change and I will never go back to them! I will be writing a review on them later but never trust these oil change places I haven't found none of them honest! But take my word Gillette Tire Co. will be honest and look at your tires and if you need them there prices are very reasonable and fair and they get you in and out! Today I went there for them to check and he said your tires got a lot of tread and said I didn't even need them rotated for at least another 5,000 miles! Knowing I was happy left there went on a shopping spree! Lol lol I was prepared to get new tires but thanks to the Honest employees there I saved money today and most of those guys been working there for years not like some of these places you go different employees working most have no clue just like at Grease & Go I call places like that Fly by Night! Lol so if you lookin for some friendly Honest & sincere employees and you need tires go to Gillette Tire you won't be sorry! They do RVs too they did ours 2 years ago! Best price around! A lot people don't know they are back there in Glen Burnie but you turn right there where the American Bowling Alley is off of Ritchie Hwy! google it they been in business for over 20 years! Very Honest and Friendly... I noticed a huge nail in my tire, and Gillette Tire was highly recommended to me as the place to go to have the nail removed and tire patched. They removed the tire and nail and came in and informed me that "it had not penetrated" the tube, and that I was done and could go. I was not even charged for the time and effort it took to remove the tire/nail and test for leak. That experience will have me recommending them, and going back to them for all tire needs in the future! Everyone needs people that are honest and trustworthy, especially these days. read more
