What I appreciated most is how knowledgeable they were. They took the time to actually explain what was going on with the AC instead of just throwing terms at me. Ive had techs in the past be condescending or vague on purpose, but that wasnt the case here at all. Customer service was great throughout the whole process. Fabian can promptly at 3pm and looked at my system and showed me what was wrong - I had a blown surge protector and that was why my HVAC wasnt blowing cold air. Absolut Airflow had quoted me the day before and their technician told me I needed a brand new furnace AND air conditioning unit!!!!! They did a few tests and told me what they thought could be the problem. We will assign it to someone else and they will call you! That was 6 days ago and I haven't received any calls. I called Nexgen yesterday and they had no record of my visit. Save yourself the headache and frustration don't buy anything from them!! Their products take forever to heat up and then it never cools your place properly, and rarely works!
