Taco Fixings: Just a heads-up that the tacos come with meat only by default. It was tasty, but I really wish it had come with some standard toppings or fixings. The Fish Boil sells out fast: They host a fish boil right by the lake, but you absolutely need to reserve well in advance. The first time it came out, it was green--it looked exactly like the guac, so she sent it back, explaining that one should be able to see the fish and it shouldn't be green (and she tasted it--whatever it was, it was not ceviche). The second time, it was certainly fish, but it was more like a fish salad, but it did not have the acid in it that one expects in ceviche, as that is what "cooks" the fish. She said it tasted it fine, but just not--yeah, I've said this a bunch--ceviche. Oh, and her cocktail was fine. We will definitely go back next time we're up that way. On a sunny day, it would be gorgeous. The cherry hard cider was fizzy and refreshing, It looks like the restaurant used to be a fire house. To me, it's like if the Hot House (Menomonee Falls) and Mission BBQ had a baby.
