They were not pushy with the additional items they recommended fixing and was able to prepay for 5 future oil changes for around $200. What a great deal! When I got in my car, they had vacuumed the front seat and placed a thank you card by the steering wheel. The little things are what count in customer service and they did a great job and will definitely be referring people their way. They have a restroom, snacks and beverages along with a huge parking lot. I also heard they offer loaner cars if you need one.

Then on two occasions I brought my vehicle in for service before taking road trips and got stuck a thousand miles from home when something broke that they should have fixed. The first time, I was driving to Colorado and the car quit when I reached the Rockies. Turns out the air filter hadn't been cleaned or replaced. When I returned home, I told Happy's what had happened and their explanation was that the filter got dirty between home and Colorado, and they hadn't done anything wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and a few months later got my brakes done before a trip to New York. By the middle of Pennsylvania, the brakes were squeaking and pulsating so badly that I had to limp to a local garage that my sister recommended. They redid the job for about 2/3 the cost of what I'd paid Happy's. That was when I decided to take my business elsewhere.

They fixed my truck right up and fixed the stem valve on a leaky tire. So excited not to have to add air every other day, especially in the winter months! The prices are very affordable for amazing quality work. Staff is always very friendly and they have nice refreshments if you opt to stay like I did. Told him id like a standard oil change or the cheapest in can get. Right off the bat, "you have a car that requires the most expensive oil change". Go figure right. I told him numerous times that I want the standard synthetic 75$ oil change. As I know cars, yes not the best oil for my car but I needed to get buy for 3k miles. Then I asked for a tire rotation. He walked out the side of the door and told me hed lead me in. Again cranky as heck. As we are outside i show him a coupon that states "we miss you 25$ off any oil change" no restrictions besides the expiration date which wasnt for another month. He stated "that code for that coupon wont work for this oil change." Literally argued with me as I said it says nothing about having ANY RESTRICTIONS and it says ANY OIL CHANGE. So at that point I said screw it i just want the oil change no rotation. He leads me in and does the oil change. HE CHARGED ME FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE OIL CHANGE FOR 116$, with coupon it came to 100 even. The man was so combative with me to begin with i wasnt even gonna argue with him and was going to call the manager and file a complaint. Not know this guy was SOMEHOW THE MANAGER. After leaving 3 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks i hear nothing. Yesterday I notice somthing sticking out of the hood of my car in the front. A needle nose pliers he slammed in the hood and dented the front of my car. (It was minor) So I drove there. Low and behold, no customers there as id figure. If these are not yours, your finger prints shouldn't be on them at all. He didnt say a word after that and we left. I called corporate, and not long after received a call from one of the owners im assuming. After all that said and done. I asked for a refund or the difference of the amount of what I wanted and my scratch to be repaired. Instead I got a free tire rotation at another location in white bear lake. Thats a 20$ value btw. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be getting my tire rotation and I will be making sure I let EVERYONE i know never to go to ANY OF THESE LOCATIONS. Especially the Stillwater MN location. Showed up today and was told my appointment was at 2:30, despite having two emails to the contrary. Bottom line, you have been warned. After my vehicle was inspected and work completed I am adding additional information to my post. I feel that their service/evaluation was thorough, and their communication throughout the process was exemplary. They are going to do follow up work on my brakes and I will see how that goes. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, and I think they deserve a second chance at a first impression based on how they handled the scheduling error, and their word-of-mouth reputation.

I pressed and asked why appointments can't be made and was told it's because the owners don't feel it's necessary. Um clearly the owners are clueless because the customers want it and when customers are being turned away it's clear you need appointments.
