Ginger Clove is an all time favorite for my family and I. The service is great, if there's a wait, it's always short. The servers are very kind. The Mocha Caramel Cold Brew is MY FAVORITE!!! Great gluten free options.

Found this place on Yelp and we are glad we tried it. Everyone enjoyed their meal and would go back. 2 of the 3 would order the same thing again. The sweet potato hash was the table winner. The corn beef hash was okay but had limited corn beef and lots of potatoes. Was please with eggs and grits with dish.

Food was pretty delicious Pancakes are amazing, as you can see. They have some really dessert-y breakfasts The quesqdillas were okay, not the best It's a very cute small restaurant . There's a bar, it's very cozy Service was very quick No lattes or espresso machine, but coffee was good They have a lot to offer on the menu and cocktails are also good .I recommend!

This was my second visit to Ginger & Clove, and it is a welcome addition to the Hampton area. I don't usually do breakfast out very much, but every so often it appeals to me. As others have mentioned, this is a bit more elevated than a typical diner. Service is friendly and competent and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. I tried a pancake, and it was giant, I was only able to eat half. It was a good pancake, but I prefer a lighter and fluffier style. We also ordered biscuits and gravy, which tasted great, and again a very very large portion. The classic bacon, eggs and toast also a very large and tasty portion. Note that this venue also serves brunch style cocktails.

1st time for breakfast with some friends and it turned out to be fairly solid. My wife & I shared the veggie omelette with hash browns & rye toast. Our friends shared a breakfast wrap also with hash browns. The wife's both got some tasty Bloody Mary's. The guys stuck with some good morning joe. The menu has a very good selection of breakfast items so we'll be back to check out some other menu picks. Oh yeah, service was great and the prices were quite reasonable. Giving 3 stars being this is my 1st time but expect its rating to go up on future visits! But I do recommend it, so Enjoy.

Highly recommend this cafe. Food was awesome! Service was A+. Price was right. Not too far off the beaten path if you're in or near Hampton.

A clean and large space for breakfast. Food was good, but quite expensive. A but if a sterile feel and no real vibe from the staff.

Our drink orders were taken right away but after the drink orders service was a little slow. The waitress explained they were short staffed. I take no stars off for this. Short staff is a common issue including my place of business. Our waitress was very friendly and really good with the children in our party. I really liked the variety on the menu. There were affordable options with some higher priced dinners. There was an option for everyone in our party. I had the stuffed haddock covered with a seafood stew. I'm a little bit of a snob when it comes to seafood stuffing so I was a little hesitant to try it but OH BOY am I glad I did. The stuffing and stew were amazing! No leftovers for me. The rest of our party had various options off the menu and all of us were please with our meals. I highly recommend The Old Salt. A nice ambience. Friendly service. Great food. We'll be back on our next Hampton Beach vacation.

I can only imagine how packed this place gets during the summer. Anyways, service was great. Both bartenders were friendly and one offered a marker + tape so we could hang our dollar bill on the ceiling. As for the food... IMO it wasn't up to par with the Manchester location but still good. The nacho appetizer was disappointing as the pulled pork on top was lukewarm and there was hardly cheese/toppings under the top layer. My BLT and fiancés burger were both good. Fries perfectly crispy. This is probably one of the better (if not the best) place to have a meal at Hampton Beach.
