The ambiance of this place is nice. The inside is decorated well. Feels like a good place to have a meal with family or a friend to catch up. The food is good would recommend the lo mein and the chilli potatoes were amazing. The egg drop soup was also very good. I would not recommend the dumplings they are under seasoned and not worth the price as you only get three. The lo mein was excellent because their noodles are wonderful. Oh god. If you want to waste a meal and spend way too much money for a good ambiance and ok service then this is the place for you!! Came here for lunch with a group of friends for a quick meal but I was instead quickly disappointed. We were given egg drop soup "on the house" from the owner. The egg drop was slimy, over-salted, and disappointing. We then ordered the recommended dishes: Mongolian Beef, Butter Chicken, and Orange Chicken. The Mongolian Beef was nothing but sugar, the Butter Chicken was watered down (literally!), and don't get me started on the orange chicken. It was school cafeteria chicken (tasted frozen) with orange juice and pieces of orange... gross. The Mongolian beef was the only really edible dish we got. While the ambiance is great and, at least during non-primetimes, the doubly secluded nature of the Worldgate Centre and the restaurant in particular make for a relaxing respite from the chaos that is Reston-Herndon, I cannot offer a rating greater than 2 out of 5 stars on account of the food. To begin, the service is great, prompt, courteous, and attentive. The prices are more than fair for the area, and provide for the duality of a cost-effective meal or a tapas style multi-dish sharing adventure; whether for oneself, with a date, or among friends. Likewise, the amalgamation of many cuisines is a plus for those who are adventurous or come from places that involve numerous cultural and culinary influences. The quality of ingredients, freshness and quality, is both of good to slightly above good quality. Presentation, likewise, affords some notice; especially when framed in mind for a restaurant that isn't exactly a luxury experience. What incurs my seemingly stringent rating, however, is the quality of execution; in that (a) none of the items are particularly great nor noteworthy; (b) are full of spice but not necessarily flavor or superiority of cooking technique and product; and (c) are inconsistent inasmuch the ratings, per item, vary between C- to B-. Likewise, portions are peculiar and not exactly symmetric when considering different dishes. With all that said, my rating does not indicate discontent or disfavor with the establishment so much as it is average and has room for improvement. All the same, I highly recommend patronizing the restaurant; whether as a one-off or as a regular spot, for the reasons aforementioned. We ordered take out and I was pleasantly surprised at the big portion sizes. We ordered garlic chili chicken, peppered chicken with green and red peppers, Singaporean noodles and rice. Everything was great but I wouldn't order the Singaporean noodles again as they were bland and felt like they could be made at home. I ordered Tikka Masala a month ago. It was very delicious. The dish was creamy and flavorful with just the right thickness. Hooray I thought I found a hidden gem with this restaurant. I informed all my co pilots about this place. Welp tonight is a little different. I ordered the meal to go like I always do and when I opened it I found a very different looking Tikka Masala. My eyes gazed immediately at the amount of grease or whatever was sitting on top with about the thickness of a quarter inch. Taste was good but I could literally feel the oil or grease accumulate in my mouth with each bite. I called and spoke to the manager and informed me that they just changed the menu two day ago. The staff is callous and there is a general level of apathy around. The toilets in heavily crowded mall are better kept and cleaner than the toilets in this restaurant. Food has no taste and if I have to add additional sauces kept at the table to enhance the flavors, then we may as well cook at home and avoid this restaurant! The sauces kept at the tables look like a toddler used them and stuck the caps back on the bottles! The staff will come around just to take an order, deliver and vanish... even when there is no crowd. No friendliness, or warmth! We went to this place for dinner on a cold and windy night. The restaurant is well decorated with a few interesting statues and bamboo decorations. We were seated immediately, the hostess and the servers were friendly. The menu is easy to read and follow. We are the three dishes to share. We are the chicken lo mein, Mongolian beef, and Kashmiri lamb stew. I still cannot decide which one of the three or my favorite. However, if I have to rank them I'll probably put the Kashmiri lamp first followed by the chicken lo mein, and then I'll probably place the Mongolian beef as third. This ranking does not mean that the food wasn't good. It's just that I cannot tell you which one of the three was my top favorite because all three had their unique taste flavor and the spot for me. This is a great place to go with a large gathering where everyone orders one meal but yet we all share everything this way you get the taste of a lot of good food. Can't go wrong with its Inchin Bamboo if you are looking for Indo-Chinese food. I have visited this restaurant multiple times and it's always packed. So be prepared for some wait times especially over the weekends. But the tables get cleared pretty quickly because of the fast service. Food is always good and they always cater to your spice tolerance. Definitely recommend the paneer tacos and lat mai paneer in the appetizers and Hakka noodles and vegetable Manchurian for entrees. Decent ambience, however they could improve the washroom facilities and sanitation, but I understand this can be difficult to maintain with so many patrons. read more

For mains we ordered American chopsuey, hakka noodles and chilli garlic noodles, everything was good fresh and flavorful. This is a good place for pan-Asian (Indian style) food. The restaurant from inside is quite fancy and the decor makes it look upscale. There are some similarities to P. F. Chang tho. The menu is quite extensive and there something for everyone with all levels of spice available. We have done takeout from this restaurant a few times and have been satisfied with the food. These are our favorite dishes for takeout: Pan fried chili baby corn Crispy chili potatoes Chili chicken (dry) Cauliflower Manchurian Tofu Hot Garlic Fried Rice Hakka Noodles They do have a nice selection of sauce bottles that you an add to your order to enhance the flavor at home. The food was always excellent but I had found customer service average. However with Quan from Mindanao in the Philippines, service was excellent throughout and Manager Devikar has found a "keeper". Both are served piping hot, super crispy, and smothered in spicy and flavorful chili sauce. We went at a weird time because it was not lunch or dinner time, there was no one in the restaurant but the ordering still took forever with the slow staff. Inchin's does a good job in their entree creations. Whatever entrees we ordered, they were good. We tried the Mongolian chicken, fried rice, chili chicken and a beef dish. You need to let them know the spice level you want because they don't make it spicy until you ask them. The chicken corn soup was not to my liking because of the thickness and bland taste. The service is extremely slow so it's hard to find them if you need extra sauces etc because they hide away after giving you your food.
