Still good pizza. The sauce is different than I remember. Generous and tasty toppings. The crust wasn't crispy/crunchy, but the order was to go so I'll give them a break on that one. So, so sad to have to reduce this to 1 star. I ordered 2 giant pizzas late November 2024 which ended up being $68. I should not have left a tip. They were dry. Barely any sauce. The sauce was the reason this pizza was so good. What little I could taste didn't seem to have the original ingredients. The Giant is now barely 13 inches across. Oh Buck, where is thy Bang? Not here at Gino's anymore. I was excited to try Gino's for lunch. Walked into the right side & there was a large party going on, so we decided to try the other side. We started looking at the menu and this rude, blonde server asked if we were apart of the party.. we replied no and she basically said we had to sit on the other side where there were no tables at all. She said this side was reserved for a party at 3 pm, we were there at 1 pm. Unsure why she was talking to us like scum of the earth, but we left. I had a craving for pizza while on a road trip from my home 60 miles away and decided to try a place I have driven by many times. When I walked in at approximately 1:30 the place was absolutely deserted. I saw some lunch specials posted & decided to try a 6-inch one topping (no you are not allowed to add more toppings) pizza with a soft drink for $7.00. When they served it to me I could not believe home small the actual pizza was, it fit easily on a regular saucer with room to spare. The pizza crust was extremely thin and burned on the edges. I was pretty hungry and easily polished it off and frankly, could have ate two! No refills on drinks and while I was eating I was easily able to overhear quite a conversation between two employees that was a bit too personal. I will not be back. read more

So this review is going to be a bit difficult simply because there isn't a lot to report. I came here for a work lunch. Not my choice, but have never been here and was told that it was good. The layout is a bit different, when you walk in, there is a large window that looks into the kitchen. Kinda cool, you can see what is going on, however it's not really clear where you go to order. That's actually around the corner. My coworker ordered a salad and what I later came to find out was mojo potatoes, basically really large potato skins. I ordered a small salad and 10 wings. We got everything else ordered and begin the wait. We were a bit early, around 11:30 but we were literally the only people in the entire restaurant. Looking around, the decor is a bit aged, and just seems like that mid 80's vibe was alive and well here. Shortly there after the person who took our order came back to our table and let us know that they had no chicken wings and refunded the money. Wish I would have known at the time of order, as I would have changed what I ordered since I thought I was getting two things and now only one. I got my salad which was supposed to be with blue cheese. Here there do a bit of a twist and add dill to their blue cheese. That was off putting for me, simply as I was expecting blue cheese and not expecting a strange variant. A simple notation at time of order, our blue cheese is house made and has dill in it, would have sufficed, I would have asked for something different. I had a simple salad, so not too much to make an error on, just would have like to have known that the order wasn't going to happen so I could have ordered more accurately for myself. At some point, I would like to try some of their other food, but until then I have to go with my gut and a 3 star. Maybe next time, I will have a better experience that will allow me to change my thoughts. read more

Nice local pizza shoppe, came in to order pickup for 4 adults and an 8yr old. Large pepperoni, mojo potatoes, 20 BBQ wings and the Italian salad was the perfect amount. All pizzas are thin crust and ours was well made and we enjoyed our dinner back at the Airbnb. read more

I am local and I really enjoy their pizza a lot. I usually order by phone. Depending on the time a day you can get through. We stopped in a while back hoping for a revisit to the incredibly great experiences we had with the "original" Gino's we had in Beaverton, in the late 60s and 70s. That was the most fantastic pizza you could have, anywhere. Perfect crust, perfect sauce, everything about these pizzas was just legendary. But sadly, they're gone, as are the rest of the other stores, and this sole survivor in North Bend, now sold several times, continues on, probably with the same recipes, but they just don't have the spirit, the ability, or the attitude to make pizza like the Bennetts used to do back in the day. I'll admit, it's similar, but really, it's a far cry from the incredibly great stuff back then. It's really a shame. And apparently these folks don't really care much about their business, judging by the vast number of comments that say as much. I'm really surprised they keep the doors open. My God, if you could sample a Gino's Specialty as made in 1970, you'd be sure you died and went to Heaven. read more

I had high hopes for this place and I was very disappointed. We ordered root beer floats and one order of garlic toast. The floats came out and it was just ice cream cups flipped into a glass. We waited 35 minutes for 3 slices of garlic toast. We went up to the counter after waiting for 30 minutes and people who came in after us had gotten their pizzas. The waiter said it was almost ready and then we watched him walk into the kitchen to make the toast. It was lightly toasted and slathered in (garlic less) butter. Very disappointing. read more

This used to be such a good place for pizza. I still love the thin, crispy crust and the sauce is so good, but... the service is so bad!!! Usually I am ignored by the help. No "Hello, be right with you." It seems like consideration and manners is a thing of the past. The last couple of times they got my order wrong and the waitress practically threw the pizza on the table and ran off! No asking if we wanted peppers, etc. When my son went up to ask for a box for leftovers, it was a long time before he could get anyone's attention (again)! They had all disappeared into the back. I usually don't put tips on a credit card charge paid before I get to see how the service is. This time I was thankful I stuck to that practice. We grew up in Beaverton with one of the original Gino's Pizza Inn shops a couple of miles away... that was the hands down most fantastic pizza you could ever imagine. Delicious cheese, the toppings were always fantastic, the crust was unlike any other, and the help was fantastic. We we greatly saddened when they closed that store... but it was fantastic. No way to overemphasize this - this pizza was completely unlike any other pizza back then, and we've never found a replacement as good. They closed in around 1978 I believe. We've been to the North Bend store twice. It is sadly nothing like the original Gino's that we loved. I'd give my eyeteeth for the original crust recipe but I'm sure that's long gone now. The most I could say is that the pizza is "sort of" like the old time Gino's but the crust is lacking, the sauce is lacking, the whole product is lacking. Moved to Coos Bay over 10 years ago and never tried this pizza...heard good reviews so we gave it a try today. We wanted it to go, so while out shopping decided to call in the order to go about 1:30 pm....figured the lunch rush was over, but no answer. Drove over and not a car in the lot, not one customer inside, I went up to the order counter. The older white haired gentleman behind the counter stop and looked at me then gave me a dirty look! I should have walked out then, but I thought maybe he was mentally challenged or something...4 minutes later a nice young lady came and asked if I had been helped, I said no, so she took my order. 35.00 for a pizza and 4 pieces of chicken and a few potatoes is ridiculous...pizza is a "cracker" thin crust so beware... The "Big 4" was to include garlic bread, but did not... Doubt I will give this place a second chance...I have a feeling the rude man behind the counter was the owner...he's not getting another penny from me! read more

Questioned the manager (who is like pillsbury doughboy with no personality) who refused to do anything! Been here several times, one time pizza good, next dry and tasteless. Pizza VERY high priced. Multiple TV screens in dining area all dark, doughboy doesn't even know when football is televised. when asked if they could turn on TVs, said "I did not know that, we don't do that". After 12 minutes of waiting I was disconnected. I called back several times and just kept getting no answer. Not sure how they run things there but I did see a help wanted sign on their outside sign. This place is so terrible I had to come back and leave a 2nd review years later. I went in with my family recently. We ordered a large pepperoni and a medium beef and mushroom. The medium came no problem. The large never came. We went to the front to ask where it was because normally they come at the same time, the girl said "its coming" without ever checking or asking who we were. Hour has gone by at this point we go up again, "it's coming." The girl finally comes to our table and says what did you order? They didn't even make it! The guy at the front who took our order charged us $40 for a medium pizza and pocketed the money, never put in an order for us! So they say they'll make us one to make up for it.... another 30 mins ho by, everyone has gotten their food in the restaurant before us, people who came over an hour after us, we finally get this super simple pizza after we've had to stare at them for an hour and a half and go up there SEVERAL times asking where the heck our pizza is. My family is raging, the staff was rude and blatantly tried to steal from us, and then delivered a burst pizza to our table. I will NEVER go back. And I will do my best to make sure everyone knows that they tried to rob us IN FRONT OF US, and treated us like fools. If I can help it, no one will go here! Worst experience I've ever had with this place. Oh and a nice touch was the fact the crappy, faded, barely readable mebus printed from a computer with almost NO ink had a sign that said "prices have changed " but doesn't actually tell you what the prices are. Hopefully you tried to pocket my pizza order money to buy more ink so you can print out legible menus since you're too cheap to have real menus made or updated. Have you tried charging $5 per drink? The absolute WORST pasta meals we've ever had! Mr. Picky and I have thought that his Mother was the only one alive who made the worst spaghetti on this planet, but we've now eaten at Gino's and they have that dubious honor. Mrs. Picky ordered simple spaghetti and Mr. Picky ordered lasagna. My pasta arrived 35 minutes after ordering and the lasagna came 15 minutes later. This was lunch time and it was just the two of us and one other couple. The pasta were incredibly mushy and over cooked. Flavourless meat. Mr. Picky described the dish as "over cooked and yet rubbery and tasteless." My spaghetti was nothing but nasty pasta! This was our experience and we wish we had read the Yelp reviews. If I could give a minus of stars, that is what our meals were worth, oh lord! I'm nauseated reliving this experience read more
