Ginza is good in a pinch, but nothing to write home about. A little more expensive for the quality, but still decent overall food. Nice to have a sushi restaurant in Champlin.

Low sushi quality, dirty tables near you don't get cleaned up. $120 for some sushi rolls and nigiri. Not worth it for the quality of food and service.

    E9. Snow Mountain Roll

My husband and I went here when another sushi place was closed and we were NOT disappointed! At first, I thought everything was a little pricey, but after we ate our first bites I stopped complaining. I ordered the Snow Mountain Roll, which was super tasty! My husband ordered the #34 House Special (fried rice, steak, chicken, and egg) that came with a side of yum yum sauce. It was so freaking good, we ordered another just to take home. I highly recommend this place! The workers were so nice and the food was quick and hot. We will definitely be coming again.

Food was really good and came out at a reasonable timeframe. I got the ha a hi scallops and they were sooo yummy. I also got the crab ragoons. One of my favorite items anywhere they have them. These were perfection!!! I'm a tea snob and their hot tea was just amazing especially on a chilly day. I ordered spicy tuna roll, which had the crunchies in their version. Loved that layer! Then... Because my mama didn't raise a quitter... I went for it. I got the fried green tea ice cream. It was massive. Suggest to share it and not be a chunk like me and conquer it. Definitely a must order.

E24. Double Touch Roll and R12. Salmon Avocado Roll

We had the best lunch here! We got gyoza, avocado salad, double touch roll, yoshi roll, and salmon avocado roll. Everything was so delicious!! And the service was AMAZING, we've never had a nicer waitress. We felt right at home, the fish was so fresh and it was plated beautifully. We can't wait to come back!

My daughter and I on date night!

The raw sushi is really fresh and super good, and everything we ordered was delicious. The spicy yellowtail and tuna avocado rolls were so good, and the shrimp tempura had a nice crunch without being too heavy. This place has officially become our go to sushi spot in Rogers. Great quality, super affordable,…read moreand just all around great. We're both vegetarians, so sushi can be hit or miss. Usually it's just cucumber rolls and maybe avocado if you're lucky. But this place has so many good veggie options. Everything we've tried has been fresh and flavorful. Our favorite is definitely the sweet potato roll. It's warm, crispy, and just insanely good. We also love the AAC roll (avocado, asparagus, cucumber), and there's one with avocado and peanuts that sounds kind of weird at first but is actually amazing. The combo totally works. We even get the Philadelphia roll with no salmon, and it's still super tasty. The staff are always friendly and super accommodating. They're happy to customize rolls however you want, which makes a huge difference for us as vegetarians. It's just easy and relaxed. The space itself is also really nice. Open, bright, and clean. It has a fresh, modern feel without being too fancy. Just a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a good meal. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Or even if you're not, honestly. It's worth the trip.

I really loved everything we had. Edamame, yellowtail jalapeno, Crazy Jaguar, and Sexy Lady were amazing! I can't remember what the 3rd roll was but they were all delicious. It was about 80% cucumber with barely any crab, which wasn't what we expected. Unfortunately, the service really overshadowed the experience. We weren't greeted when we walked in, and things felt off from the start. We had a stroller with us, and instead of helping us find a comfortable spot, we were initially directed to a booth that clearly wouldn't work. When I asked about it, the waitress moved a couple of tables and pointed us to an end table with an uncomfortable chair. I politely asked to sit somewhere else, which felt awkward to even have to do. There were also a few moments that felt careless, like when she reached over my baby and stroller to grab a drink instead of going around. That's just not something you should risk. When I finished my salad, she told me to keep my fork rather than bringing a new one for sushi, which came off as odd. I also know how to use chopsticks so it seemed weird to assume that I didn't and would reuse my fork. The waitress didn't seem friendly or welcoming, and we didn't feel acknowledged at any point..even when we left, despite being the only customers there. It's a shame because the food, music, and overall vibe had potential, but the service really took away from the experience.

Everything we had was flavorful and fresh - the hibachi was especially delicious, even if it wasn't the full show-style experience you might expect from a traditional hibachi place. The rolls were well-prepared, with good texture and balance. Service was friendly and quick, and our food came out without much wait, which is always a plus. That said, the interior could definitely use some updates. The decor and furniture feel worn and outdated, which stands out more when you consider the price point. It's not enough to ruin the experience, but a little refresh could go a long way. A few small things: the spinach salad served with the hibachi wasn't my favorite - the dressing was a bit off for my taste - and I missed the usual mushroom soup that typically comes with hibachi meals. Also, a heads-up to fellow diners: the fried rice came with chicken by default, which wasn't listed, and I would've preferred the plain white rice instead. All in all, Hajime delivers on food quality and service. With some minor adjustments and a facelift inside, it could easily be a standout. We'll be back!
