This place has always been good and a nice go-to spot for sushi and tempura. Staff is always friendly. The miso soup is good, the salad is basic and has too much dressing for my liking. The dining area is very standard and they have multiple TVs going. Fairly quiet and laidback. Food comes out quickly. The bubble tea is very sweet to me. Side note, this is two restaurants in one so you typically have to ask for both menus if you are curious, but your table can order off of both. 4 stars! I'm bumping Ginza Sushi up a star! For some reason I've been on a sushi binge lately, and two of us just stopped in to give them another shot. It was nearly 7 years since my last visit. Ever since I've been eating keto/carnivore style, I have a new appreciation for sushi...and Ginza. Between the two of us we got soup and 5 kinds of sushi rolls. It was my first time and the driver who was delivering to me, said that they didn't have my order at first and then was very rude to me on trying to find where to drop off my food. I came here a few days ago to try the chicken again and it was the same thing add in a thinner teriyaki sauce and it lacked flavor. Found a bone in my yellowtail sashimi, tuna sashimi was fibrous and impossible to chew. Rolls were mediocre. I would've expected this disappointment maybe at an all you can eat sushi spot but even they beat this. I've always been satisfied with both my meal and service since the opening but in recent weeks, with the new waitresses, I've had many instances where my order is wrong or the service is incredibly slow even when the restaurant isn't busy. I just moved here so i wanted to try some good sushi and i did not have the best experience with this place. Customer service needs some help. As i was ordering, i forgot the second half of the sushi roll so i asked the server, "i wanted the sushi roll call snow something," and she didn't know what i was talking about so had asked me to go back and look at the menu, so i did. It was snow mountain, and the only roll they have with the word "snow" in it, so its weird how she didn't know her roll. Then i had ordered the "Yellowtail Jalapeño," and she DID NOT give me this order, instead charged me for a Yellowtail sashimi. ???? We asked if we can have some extra h&s sauce, she told us she already put a lot in the bag, but NO she did not. If we didn't go back in to ask for it, we would have NONE. I called her back to let her know she had messed up my ordered, and all she told me was, "oh, u want to come back? But there's a price difference u need to pay." WOW! They messed up on my orders and expect me to pay the difference, and wanted me to go back, so i told her NO i would not go back because i live about 15 minutes away. Dead on a Friday afternoon First the service was horrible. We try to get the love boat at first and wanting the sub for a roll and was willing to pay the price difference but she didn't let us which was fine than we order the sashimi and sushi for two she tried to explain to me it was raw fish and it's like of course I know the sashimi is raw fish. She was trying to say that is not filling when I didn't want to have rice at all in the first place. Second the food is so NOT FRESH all the all the fish was frozen and it had a sour and bitter taste to it. We couldn't even finish the food. It was very disappointing. When it comes to Asian food Korean is my favorite and good Japanese food, excluding sushi. would be a close 2nd. The problem is finding good Japanese food. Or at least what I consider good Japanese food. When eating Japanese I will, without fail, order tempura or teriyaki if it is available. I prefer to have both if I can get that. That is exactly what I had on my one visit to Ginza. The tempura was good and very close to what I expected. The teriyaki steak had a good flavor, but the teriyaki sauce was more like a thick Chinese sauce or gravy than any teriyaki sauce I had ever had before. It was disappointing. read more

The Pink Lady was good flavor but they rolled it almost heart shaped and that made the quantity of the middle much less than a normal roll would be (pictured). I ordered online to pick up at 11am and when I got there right at 11 (right when they opened) and they told me to wait, order wasn't ready. 15 minutes later they gave me my food. You shouldn't be able to ask for an 11am pick up time if they aren't going to have it ready. They weren't busy or anything. I'd drive a little further and go somewhere else next time. read more
