Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

This is a guy who rents trucks, pulls kids out of class as a crew and says he can conduct out of state packs and moves. He absolutely cannot. He's a smooth talker and very charming but is chaotic, unreliable and shady. He never showed up for a scheduled walkthrough, did not show up to pack as quoted and tried to tell me that I rescheduled my own move to the following month. After days of unanswered texts and calls before a 6 thousand dollar quoted move he finally responded and acted like everything was all good. He then arrived 3 hours late and one man short and you can imagine how to move went after that. And of course he tried to charge me the same rate as he quoted me with a 4 man crew when he only had 3. Maybe he can help you with quick small moves around town. But do not pay a premium rate for amateur service.

After talking to them, I knew I wanted to go with them. Their customer service, attention to details, and organization are 5-star levels. One thing that really stood out to me was that instead of asking me how many boxes I need, they asked me to send them pics of my place and stuff, and they calculated the number of small, medium and large boxes I need. It's so easy to underestimate and get a different price at the end. Also, I know I wanted packers because its speeds up the entire process of moving and settling in. I'm so glad I did with Roadway. It usually takes me over half a week to pack and be stressed for over a week, but Diego and his 3 teammates packed up our studio in 2-3 hours. They're so professional. They moved so quickly with care and accuracy. Most importantly, all my kitchen appliances were wrapped with care and delivered and arrived to my new apartment in the same condition. It took us about 2 hrs to settle in, and they once again unpacked most of the furnitures and reassembled them, making me feel settled in and relaxed. I cannot thank their team enough. They're all so polite, friendly and efficient. Within 1 day, I already feel 95% settled in. It's the easiest, stress-free moving experience I had in a while!

Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress. What really stood out was how above and beyond they went. They helped me figure out which part of my couch would actually fit in my space, laid out my rugs, and organized everything so I could still move around my studio comfortably. Also shoutout to one of the crew members who was on his first day. You truly could not tell. The whole team was professional, efficient, and just genuinely great to work with. They have always worked quickly and done a great job. I've never had anything damaged or broken. There was a minor scheduling error the first time that I unused them that would have caused me to be charged more, but Paul took care of it and ensured that I was only charged the originally agreed upon rate. So I've had good customer service experience with them as well. I highly recommend them!
