This was some incredible Italian. And it was pretty packed for a Sunday night IMO!! To start we had complimentary bread that was really good, and we also had some pumpkin spice martinis (incredible). For my entree - I had the chicken parm and it did NOT disappoint. I definitely out ordered everyone else lol. And then we had some dessert as well and it was all delish, but especially that cheesecake. Will def be back here.

Loved the food, our server, Bethany and everything about this meal from start to finish!! My daughter ordered the mama's lasagna which was so good!! Layers of pasta with cheese and veal. Delicious!!!! She got the Lavender blossom martini and I got a Hurricane. Both were refreshing and fantastic! I got two appetizers as my meal, the burrata caprese and charcuterie. It was the perfect combination and I can't wait to go back!

First time, a lower than 4/5 star review by me in 6 years!! We have been going to Gios for 6 years and unfortunately, not my favorite any longer. I ordered the Spaghetti Di Tornola and had a 1 1/2 " piece of lobster claw meet, 3 shrimp and 3 scallops, minimal pasta, as noted in picture, very disappointing. Service was excellent, getting additional lobster. Ambiance is fine, tight quarters.

    House soup- wonderful

We ordered takeout from GIO's and it was exceptional in every way! All was delicious and plentiful! Full of flavor in every dish and hot! 5 stars!!! See photos of each dish: 12oz sirloin-grilled to perfection! Mussels-broth full of flavor and mussels were Devine! Ranota's Favorite: HUGE butterfly shrimp in Alfredo sauce with sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and broccolini. Fabulous every bite and enough for leftovers. Quattro Formaggio-stuffed cheese ravioli with marinara sauce. Incredible!!! All dishes were HUGE, fresh and fabulous!

Best meal of the trip. Everything was great from the bread to the meal. Each meal comes with soup of the day or a salad and I recommend the Caesar. This was the best scampi I've ever had. The sauce was thick and creamy and I added capers.

We also live and dine in Manhattan NYC frequently, The food, service, and the atmosphere is superb Highly recommend dinning at Gios.... The two stars are for the mix drinks.. Please Improve on your alcohol content, We have ordered numerous mixtures every time we have visited... All Very weak ... Order wine or beer.. Always a good experience with the food. But always disappointed with the drinks. And keep that door between the dinning areas open ! We sat right next to it and it sounded like people were coming in and out of the kitchen...... nonstop... Very irritating...

    Really artistic presentation!

Well deserved five stars. We were in a bit of a rush on a Friday evening - theater tickets. Asked if we could be out in an hour. Answer was "of course" so we took a seat in an elegantly appointed dining room. White table cloths, real napkins and were immediately served a delicious, hot, crusty bread with an olive oil/balsamic dip. The balsamic reduction was placed on the plate in the restaurant's logo. We knew right away what was to come would be great. Chicken Marsala was awesome. Three small chicken breasts with an amazing marsala reduction with mushrooms. Served over fettuccine noodles. The flavor was incredible. Chicken was cooked perfectly - tender and juicy. Chicken Parmesan was equally as good. Lightly breaded chicken, covered with cheese and an fresh made tomato sauce. Also served with house made spaghetti. Broccolini soup was rich and tasty. Fresh salad was just right. Served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Portions were more than ample. Wine list was extensive. Our server was so sweet and kind. She acknowledged right away we were in a hurry. She was attentive, but not in a rush. We were out the door with time to spare. Prices were reasonable for a fine dining restaurant. Chicken entrees were in the $19 to $23 range. House wines were $7 and $8 a glass. My only be complaint was that we didn't have time to longer over this delicious meal! We WILL be back next time we are in Myrtle Beach. Zac

Took a weekend trip to Pawleys Island, and found this restaurant off of yelp. On the website, it says to book through OpenTable and it said that there was no space but decided to call and they were able to give us a reservation for two- same night. The ambience both outside and in is amazing. My boyfriend and I were able to take a precious photo in the terrace garden area. The food was absolutely impeccable. The meatballs were mouthwatering and the pasta was delicious. I was also extremely impressed with the pricing of such a nice restaurant. Would definitely recommend Geos Italian Kitchen to all who find themselves in the Pawleys Island area.

This place is so good, prefer the Myrtle beach location to the Pawleys Island location, but I'd take either one it's always delicious.

Caffe Piccolo is hands-down my fav restaurant (& we've dined at dozens of eateries from Little River to Pawleys Island!) The ambiance of the outside patio is magical; it's beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The servers are lovely... very warm, friendly and attentive but not obtrusive. They all know the menu quite well, including the specials, which they explain in detail and never rush through them. Since we've dined here so often, my husband and I have sampled many entrees and have never been disappointed. The Marsala has lots of mushrooms and a delicious, velvety sauce; Piccata has a light lemon sauce w/salty capers - perfectly balanced! Our absolute favorite are the Stuffed Banana Peppers, which we have every time we visit. My husband has one complaint: the bar didn't have Bacardi rum on several occasions.

This was our first time dining at Caffe Piccolo, selected by our friend (for husband's birthday)…read more Having had reservations, it made no sense that the 4 of us were seated at a table separating us by a half-wall from four service stations being the (1) entry/exit to the kitchen, (2) electronic processing for customer transactions, (3) restrooms and service door(s) and (4) 2-way traffic for active servers from bar-to-kitchen-to-one-dining-room-to-another. Acknowledging that every table/booth in every restaurant is $money$, this table for 4 we were escorted to should either not exist or would do far better being creatively encased with an added structure to camouflage both these spaces and dampen the associated noise. On behalf of "the man of honor" who deserved far better, I appealed to the hostess to be seated elsewhere and graciously, she did so, in the dining area where the bar is located, not lending itself well to relaxed conversation, however. Oh well. Making up for the initial shifts and adjustments above, our server "Hunter" and the entrés 3 of the 4 of us chose were so delicious! Starting with Hunter, Cafe Piccolo would be wise to invest in retaining his skills in any possible manner. As a server, he was attentive, knowing what we needed and exactly when. He was warm, patient, personable and gentlemanly with a charming sense of humor. I cannot figure out how he was able to demonstrate such positive qualities with the 4 of us in conjunction with attending the other diners in this completely FULL dining room! The three of us ordered one of the specials offered--seared scallops with spinach-mushroom ravioli...magnifico!! This was prepared with super plump scallops, seared to perfection and the dough of the ravioli was light and thin. One of 3 salads is offered with entrées and, without hesitation, the one with Roquefort cheese dressing was a quick choice. Unfortunately, we live over an hour north of this delicious Italian cafe so returning frequently isn't likely. But if we're ever passing through the area, Cafe Piccolo (w/ Hunter as our server, of course) is #1 on our list.

The place is lively, and has ac inside to keep you cool in the summer heat. They give you a nice basked of bread when you arrived and large drinks. I ordered the shrimp appetizer for dinner and it was so good. I didn't leave a single bite for leftover. My daughter got a burger and it was pretty big for kids size! It also came with fruit which was appreciated. My husband got the po boy and also enjoyed it. The server was very friendly, helpful, and took time talking to us. The Romain was grilled to perfection and topped with a lot of crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, pistachios, bacon, and blueberries.
