I walked into the Sports Authentics here in Chino earlier today and was promptly greeted by Alejandra. I already knew what I was looking for which was a Justin Turner autographed MLB ball. She went back into the small warehouse where she came back with not one but three great signed balls to choose from. Even better they were all '17 World Series balls, WOW talk about selection. I ended up choosing one which looked much better than others I had seen at other Memorabilia stores. I really can't understand the bad reviews this store has received. Alejandra was very patient with me in my selection process. Perhaps the less then favorable reviews were from people having a bad day. I'm a firm believer in supporting my local businesses rather than purchase online. It's great for the local economy and keeps neighboring people employed. The parking is terrific being just seconds from the store. There are a few other things which I'm interested in so I'll make it a point to return here when I have more time. In closing I can honestly say I got a great deal on the Turner COA ball I ended up getting today. Great quality & price, you get what you pay for here. I have nothing but great things to say about Sports Authentics! This place has everything you're looking for in sports memorabilia. Authentic signed jerseys, baseballs and tons of other items packed from wall to wall. If you're a Laker fan, Dodgers fan or even an LA Rams to Raiders fan, you have to go see all the cool stuff they have. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I got to meet numerous Dodgers there signing autographs from Yasiel Puig to Kike Hernandez. Lakers star Kyle Kuzma was awesome also! The owner, I think his name is Ozzie, was so friendly when there were literally a couple hundred people lined up outside his shop, I couldn't believe how he stayed so calm. This place SUCKS. Placed an order online for two signed silver surfers (about $350) and 5 days later they cancel my order with no explanation. I call to find out wtf and the chick is like "oh yeah, we don't have those items." Well either keep your website current, or don't wait 5 freaking days to let someone know. Jerks. read more

The store itself has great memorabilia items but their customer doesn't quite match the inventory. I dropped off a poster to be framed I helped measure the item with the store clerk and then filled out the form and paid half and was told that when the item returned within 1 week that I would then pay the balance. I received several calls from their framing company asking for $400 additional US dollars. I told the manufacturing company to contact the store directly since I made agreement with store and the pricing was quoted to me there. The manufacturing company continued to harass me with phone calls. I finally went to store and asked for my poster and was treated very poorly the guy treated me as if I had stole something. I then said that if there was a mistake made, it was made by the store clerk. Why give me the bad customer service and treatment. Then I said just return my money. The guy wanted to keep talking. He then said " how do you expect to get a frame like that for this amount" ( he pointed their wall at similar item and to receipt) I reminded him that the store makes the arrangements and writes out the order, not the customer. He went on and on and he even threw in some F bombs. Very un classy place where you meet great athletes and get memorabilia with the worst customer service. If you are an athlete and you care about your fan support, stop doing business with this store which doesn't care about the fans. read more

Sports Authentics had such horrible customer service today at Frank & Sons with Hulk Hogan's autograph signing. I'm very upset, & your security & staff are just rude. I had bought a autograph ticket and waited all morning. I was told by two of your staff members that we allowed to take a selfie of Hogan autographing our items. Of course not posing which I totally understand but we could take a photo of him signing our stuff. When the moment came around to get my one item autographed, it just went downhill. My item was held by your staff ahead of me, so by the time my moment with Hogan autographing my item, i was just trying to take a selfie like your staff said i was allowed to. Suddenly, one of your staff members knocks my arm down yelling, "No selfies allowed!" So i just quickly just wanted to take a photo of Hogan autographing my item. You know what happened next, he had already done it and was onto the next item. I was already upset. I asked Hogan if I could at least shake his hand and thank him, & Hogan was just going to do that but that moment was interrupted by the same staff member of yours. He had told me my item was over there and I had to move along and he pushed me off. Therefore ending my turn. I complained to another of your members explaining the situation just like I am now and he told me I couldn't go back just to shake his hand although he'd try. What's more upsetting is that I saw many other people had the opportunity to at least thank him and shake his hand but when it came to me, you failed me as your customer. That once in a lifetime experience was ruined, and you now lost me as a customer. I don't reccomend anyone going to Sports Authentics events, go to Gemini Sport cards instead, they actually care about their customers. read more
