The time got pushed back and they were able to start later than anticipated to accomodate the delay. The two men came prepared with the appropriate supplies none of my items were damaged. They were also unsure if they would be able to get a couch to the 4th floor of my townhouse, but they got it done. I was charged for a few supplies and it would have been nice to know up beforehand about it, but it wasn't a significant amount, so no big deal. I would recommend Aben for your moving services.

Around 11am I received a call from the main office saying there was a problem with the truck and the movers will be there around 3/3:30. At 3:30 no one showed up so I tried calling the office and there was no answer and the mailbox was full. I called multiple times and then just assumed that no one would show up. When they did show up at 5:30 the person who was trying to move my stuff did not even know what company contracted him. It was one man and his underage son with a rental van who did not properly know how to wrap furniture. I had already found another group of last minute professional movers so I canceled their service right away. Please use another moving company.

They supply blankets, plenty of tape, and have all the tools necessary to make the move seem simple. They have plenty experience doing moves, and you could tell. I also tried to reach out to NOVA to file a claim for the insurance coverage that comes with your moving expenses, and never received the information to place a claim. A company who doesn't take these situations seriously, is not a company you should trust. I am still waiting on a response, years later! This has not only been emotionally damaging, I have still not been able to replace/repair valuable furniture that was destroyed in this move. The owner was engaged on multiple occasions and chose to ignore the situation. The harassment I received during my move was Disgusting! However, not only did the movers put dents in my dry wall, scratch up walls, put rips in my couches, beat up all my furniture (dresser, tables, etc.), but when I reported the damage, the owner mentioned I have waived certain coverage when I NEVER even saw a contract.. I even confirmed with one of their employees that I was never sent a contract, and he said that one isnt typically needed with a "small" move. Boy, was he wrong. This was frustrating as we were moving into our first home, and now we have quite a bit of repair we need to do. If you don't mind getting your furniture and house beat up, lying from their employees, and incorrect and improper responses from the owner in a bad attempt to remedy the situation, feel free to hire them.

As I checked, they had just updated their ad 40 minutes prior so it was very current. I called that evening on Mothers Day, they answered, I explained what I needed and they gave me a price. My mother's 55+ building renovated apartments, requiring residents to transfer from one apartment…read moreto another, and, unfortunately, they hired Hulk Moving. The movers themselves were very polite. However, minutes after they left, we realized that they had pulled apart wires from my mother's electric recliner. This may not seem like a huge issue, but she has various medical issues that require to use (and even sleep in) that recliner. We noted the issue within minutes of when the movers had left. I had no contact information for Hulk, so I got in touch with building management who called the owner, Adam, and was told that they would not send anyone back out to fix what they had screwed up. I then got Adam's phone number and called him and explained the situation to him, including that we had to have that recliner fixed for medical reasons. Adam did not care in the absolute slightest. He told me that his employees had another job to go to and he would not send them back to fix what they had broken. He told me to file a complaint. When you hire a mover, you expect them to care about your belongings. I would light my belongings on fire before I ever hired Hulk Moving. You'd get the same care for your belongings and save some money in the process.
