She actually took the time to walk me through some of the common problems so that I can troubleshoot. Once we figured out that the issue will need professional help she got me on the calendar as soon as possible. I was scheduled with Lou A. He was super communicative prior to the appointment. Once here, he quickly diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor and got the ac working in no time. Despite having a jammed schedule he did not make me feel rushed and answered all my questions. They were cordial in working in masks in this trying time (and with us wearing them in our home as well to protect them). Removing the old furnace was a task in itself as it easily weighed OVER 500 lbs and had to be broken up in two pieces to get out of our basement! Scheduled AC maintenance a month ago, specifically timed before I close (selling - what's the point if I'm no longer the owner). At 2:51pm, day before 8-12pm appt next day, I get a message they need to reschedule. They could only do day before my closing (too late), then promises me they'll call back. They don't. I had to call several times, then at one point "Brock" told me I've been rescheduled 3 days after my closing (?!?) and then finally tells me he can schedule me next day (miraculously) - basically got back my original appointment. To make long story short, after several calls day-of to get tighter window, dispatcher calls at 1pm to ask what exactly I need - it's maintenance! Like I already told Brock!! She then tells me nobody's coming - had me wait for over half a day. Unbelievable. And clearly, Brock put me back to my orig appt just to shut me up I guess. Because no maintenance for me. DO NOT TRUST. I hired go green to take a look at my split level central air system. The 2nd floor…read morewas blowing cold but the first floor was about 5 degrees hotter....after spending 2 hours with his assistant fiddling with the outside unit , Justin charged me over $600 and told me it "should cool down in a few hours"....the Central air unit was completely broken by the time they left and my home heated up to over 80 degrees overnight (hotter than outside). Our newborn and my wife barely slept through the night...it's now over 85+ degrees with my Central air on and we'll be staying in hotel....we need to hire another company to actually do the work CORRECTLY....Justin has yet to return any calls. Between the repair fees and accommodations I've lost over $800 by trusting Justin and Go Green Air.
